Background
At present, hospitals, primary medical institutions or other medical-related administrative institutions hope to realize personal reimbursement, revolution and account online payment of suppliers and automatic certificate generation according to the requirement of online quick payment by directly connecting bank interfaces, so as to reduce the workload of payers.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an online direct payment system and method, which can integrate payment and accounting processing and reduce the workload of a payer, especially accounting. Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the direct online payment system according to the present invention. The system of this embodiment includes an accounting computer 102, a cashier computer 104 and a hospital server 106 communicatively connected to each other. Cashier computer 104 interfaces with the bank of bank server 108 through a banking direct interface 104-1.

The direct interface is used for realizing the connection with the bank interface to the doctor of silver, and it includes: the bank identification parameter receiving module is used for receiving the transmitted bank identification parameters and distinguishing different banks and the distribution of the service calling interfaces by using different fixed parameters; the bank business processing configuration file calling module is used for calling the business processing configuration files of the banks corresponding to the bank identification parameters according to the bank identification parameters, and different banks are configured with independent business processing configuration files and used for configuring the difference data of different bank interfaces so as to realize the mutual isolation of codes and the expandability of the direct-connected interfaces of the banking doctors; and the bank interface calling module is used for calling the bank interface corresponding to the called service processing configuration file.
Accounting computer 102 is further configured to, in response to receiving a request to generate a voucher, obtain a saved electronic payment receipt and related data from a hospital server according to a determined accounting range, such as a payment date range, a payment document number range, and/or a payment type, such as a public payment, a private payment, etc., select one of the pre-set voucher templates, such as a revolving account voucher or a private account voucher, according to the obtained electronic payment receipt and related data and the corresponding payment document, and then automatically generate and display the corresponding accounting voucher according to matching between the saved data (payment document) and the selected template, such as the payment amount of the payment document corresponding to the amount of the accounting voucher. Accounting computer 102 is also used to receive requests to save and/or print the generated credentials, save the generated credentials to a hospital server and/or print to a printer connected to the accounting computer. In an embodiment, when generating the voucher, a voucher generation manner may also be selected, where the voucher generation manner includes, but is not limited to, a single voucher generation manner and a collected voucher generation manner, the single voucher generation manner is used to generate a voucher of one payment document, and the collected voucher generation manner is used to generate vouchers of two or more payment documents in a combined manner.
In an embodiment, the accounting computer can be further used for setting the debit and credit subjects corresponding to the voucher templates so as to set different voucher templates according to requirements.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a direct online payment method according to the present invention, which is applied to a direct online payment system including a payer first computer, a payer second computer, and a payer server. In step S202, the second computer of the payer responds to the confirmation to pay the payment document, and calls the direct-connected interface of the banking doctor to be connected with the interface of the bank; in step S204, the payer second computer receives the electronic receipt of payment from the bank and saves the electronic receipt of payment and related data in the payer server; in step S206, the payer first computer, in response to receiving the request to generate the voucher, obtains the saved electronic receipt of payment and the related data from the payer server; in step S208, one of the preset voucher templates is selected to generate and display the voucher according to the obtained electronic payment receipt, the related data and the corresponding payment document.

The system according to claim 1, wherein the payer first computer is further configured to receive a selection of a credential generation manner, the credential generation manner includes a single-piece credential generation manner and a collected credential generation manner, the single-piece credential generation manner is configured to generate a credential for one payment document, and the collected credential generation manner is configured to generate a credential for more than two payment documents in a collection manner.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the payer first computer is further configured to make and audit payment documents, and in response to the audit being passed, notify the payer second computer; and
and the payer second computer is also used for rechecking whether the payment information of the passed payment bill is correct or not by the payer first computer.

and the first computer of the payer acquires the stored electronic receipt of payment and related data from the server of the payer in response to the received request for generating the voucher, and selects one of the preset voucher templates to generate and display the voucher according to the acquired electronic receipt of payment and related data and the corresponding payment receipt.
