Abstract
本发明公开了一种沙漠中可蓄水的风电塔筒,包括塔筒,风电叶片安装于所述塔筒上侧,所述塔筒中设有用于安装风电相关设备的设备安装腔,所述塔筒中设有向外开口的安装腔,所述安装腔底壁固定设有固定环,所述固定环上侧安装有可展开的伞面,所述塔筒中设有位于所述安装腔下侧的过滤腔,本发明中提出的风电塔筒具有储水的功能,可在空气中湿度较高或降水时进行水的收集并进行储存,当在风电塔筒周围栽植有植物的土壤中湿度较低时,可自动排出水进行浇灌,从而无需人工对植物进行养护,节省了人工成本,同时也较好的利用了水资源。

技术领域
本发明涉及风电设备技术领域,具体为一种沙漠中可蓄水的风电塔筒。
背景技术
风电塔筒就是风力发电的塔杆,在风力发电机组中主要起支撑作用,同时吸收机组震动,在沙漠中,风力资源较为丰富,风电机组安装在沙漠中可以较好的利用风力资源,现阶段,安装在沙漠中的风电机组功能单一,随着人们环保意识的增强,越来越多的沙漠得到了改造,通过在沙漠中栽植灌木的方式起到固沙的作用,但是,沙漠中的植物需要人工进行养护,定时进行浇水,所需人工成本较高,如果可在风电塔筒中集成储水灌溉功能,则可较好的解决上诉问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种沙漠中可蓄水的风电塔筒,克服了上述的问题。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的。
一种沙漠中可蓄水的风电塔筒,包括塔筒,风电叶片安装于所述塔筒上侧,所述塔筒中设有用于安装风电相关设备的设备安装腔,所述塔筒中设有向外开口的安装腔,所述安装腔底壁固定设有固定环,所述固定环上侧安装有可展开的伞面,所述塔筒中设有位于所述安装腔下侧的过滤腔,所述过滤腔与所述安装腔之间通过连通腔连通,所述过滤腔底壁左高右低,所述塔筒中设有位于所述过滤腔下侧的储水腔,所述储水腔与所述过滤腔连通,所述过滤腔中右侧设有过滤网,所述储水腔中设有位于所述过滤网下侧的单向阀,降雨时,所述伞面展开接收雨水,雨水进入所述储水腔中储存,在所述塔筒周围栽种的植物周围设有浇灌机构,所述浇灌机构与所述储水腔连通,所述储水腔中设有自控阀,所述植物周围的土壤中设有土壤湿度检测仪,所述土壤湿度检测仪检测到土壤湿度较低时,所述土壤湿度检测仪向所述自控阀发送信号使所述自控阀开启;
所述过滤腔中设有清除机构,所述清除机构可将所述过滤网上侧积累的杂质进行清除。
进一步地,所述浇灌机构包括环形的浇灌管,所述浇灌管围绕所述植物设置,所述浇灌管中设有滴灌口,所述浇灌管与所述储水腔之间通过送水管连通。
进一步地,所述塔筒中设有滑动腔,所述滑动腔内壁固定设有驱动滑轨,所述驱动滑轨一侧安装有滑动块,所述伞面外侧安装有连接块,所述连接块与所述滑动块之间铰接有铰接杆。
进一步地,所述塔筒中设有信号接收模块,所述塔筒中设有空气湿度检测仪,所述空气湿度检测仪、所述信号接收模块与所述驱动滑轨之间设有信号传输,所述空气湿度检测仪可检测空气中湿度。
进一步地,所述伞面中设有金属的加强肋,在空气中湿度较高时,水汽可在加强肋上凝结。
进一步地,所述清除机构包括设置于所述过滤腔内壁中的容纳腔,所述容纳腔左壁固定设有电动推杆,所述电动推杆右侧的推杆右端固定设有杂质推出板,所述塔筒中设有向下开口的排出腔,所述排出腔与所述过滤腔连通,所述塔筒中设有向上开口的收纳腔,所述收纳腔后壁固定设有电动滑轨,所述电动滑轨前侧安装有封闭板,所述封闭板将所述排出腔与所述过滤腔分隔,在清除杂质时,所述封闭板收纳在所述收纳腔中。
本发明的有益效果 :本发明中提出的风电塔筒具有储水的功能,可在空气中湿度较高或降水时进行水的收集并进行储存,当在风电塔筒周围栽植有植物的土壤中湿度较低时,可自动排出水进行浇灌,从而无需人工对植物进行养护,节省了人工成本,同时也较好的利用了水资源。

结合附图 1-4所述的一种沙漠中可蓄水的风电塔筒,主要包括塔筒10,风电叶片安装于所述塔筒10上侧,所述塔筒10中设有用于安装风电相关设备的设备安装腔32,所述塔筒10中设有向外开口的安装腔24,所述安装腔24底壁固定设有固定环23,所述固定环23上侧安装有可展开的伞面25,所述塔筒10中设有位于所述安装腔24下侧的过滤腔21,所述过滤腔21与所述安装腔24之间通过连通腔22连通,所述过滤腔21底壁左高右低,所述塔筒10中设有位于所述过滤腔21下侧的储水腔15,所述储水腔15与所述过滤腔21连通,所述过滤腔21中右侧设有过滤网37,所述储水腔15中设有位于所述过滤网37下侧的单向阀36,降雨时,所述伞面25展开接收雨水,雨水进入所述储水腔15中储存,在所述塔筒10周围栽种的植物19周围设有浇灌机构61,所述浇灌机构61与所述储水腔15连通,所述储水腔15中设有自控阀20,所述植物19周围的土壤中设有土壤湿度检测仪41,所述土壤湿度检测仪41检测到土壤湿度较低时,所述土壤湿度检测仪41向所述自控阀20发送信号使所述自控阀20开启;
所述过滤腔21中设有清除机构60,所述清除机构60可将所述过滤网37上侧积累的杂质进行清除。
有益地,所述浇灌机构61包括环形的浇灌管17,所述浇灌管17围绕所述植物19设置,所述浇灌管17中设有滴灌口18,所述浇灌管17与所述储水腔15之间通过送水管16连通。
有益地,所述塔筒10中设有滑动腔26,所述滑动腔26内壁固定设有驱动滑轨12,所述驱动滑轨12一侧安装有滑动块28,所述伞面25外侧安装有连接块13,所述连接块13与所述滑动块28之间铰接有铰接杆27。
有益地,所述塔筒10中设有信号接收模块29,所述塔筒10中设有空气湿度检测仪30,所述空气湿度检测仪30、所述信号接收模块29与所述驱动滑轨12之间设有信号传输,所述空气湿度检测仪30可检测空气中湿度。
有益地,所述伞面25中设有金属的加强肋,在空气中湿度较高时,水汽可在加强肋上凝结。
有益地,所述清除机构60包括设置于所述过滤腔21内壁中的容纳腔38,所述容纳腔38左壁固定设有电动推杆39,所述电动推杆39右侧的推杆右端固定设有杂质推出板40,所述塔筒10中设有向下开口的排出腔14,所述排出腔14与所述过滤腔21连通,所述塔筒10中设有向上开口的收纳腔34,所述收纳腔34后壁固定设有电动滑轨35,所述电动滑轨35前侧安装有封闭板33,所述封闭板33将所述排出腔14与所述过滤腔21分隔,在清除杂质时,所述封闭板33收纳在所述收纳腔34中。
工作步骤为:将浇灌管17设置于植物19周围,使滴灌口18与地面相贴,在降雨或空气中湿度较大时,空气湿度检测仪30通过电信号使驱动滑轨12启动,也可人工向信号接收模块29发送信号使驱动滑轨12启动,滑动块28向下运动,滑动块28通过铰接杆27带动连接块13运动,连接块13带动伞面25向外展开,伞面25展开后可接受雨水,雨水通过连通腔22进入过滤腔21中,过滤腔21中的雨水通过右侧的过滤网37进行过滤,然后通过单向阀36进入储水腔15中储存;
当土壤湿度检测仪41检测到植物19周围土壤中湿度过低时,向自控阀20发送电信号,自控阀20开启,储水腔15中的水通过送水管16进入浇灌管17中,水通过滴灌口18浇灌进土壤中;
每隔一段时间后,在伞面25没有展开的时候,电动滑轨35确定将封闭板33收纳至收纳腔34中,电动推杆39启动使杂质推出板40向右运动,杂质推出板40将过滤网37上侧的杂质推入到排出腔14中排出,杂质推出后,封闭板33上升复位,杂质推出板40复位。

1.一种沙漠中可蓄水的风电塔筒,包括塔筒,风电叶片安装于所述塔筒上侧,所述塔筒中设有用于安装风电相关设备的设备安装腔,其特征在于:所述塔筒中设有向外开口的安装腔,所述安装腔底壁固定设有固定环,所述固定环上侧安装有可展开的伞面,所述塔筒中设有位于所述安装腔下侧的过滤腔,所述过滤腔与所述安装腔之间通过连通腔连通,所述过滤腔底壁左高右低,所述塔筒中设有位于所述过滤腔下侧的储水腔,所述储水腔与所述过滤腔连通,所述过滤腔中右侧设有过滤网,所述储水腔中设有位于所述过滤网下侧的单向阀,降雨时,所述伞面展开接收雨水,雨水进入所述储水腔中储存,在所述塔筒周围栽种的植物周围设有浇灌机构,所述浇灌机构与所述储水腔连通,所述储水腔中设有自控阀,所述植物周围的土壤中设有土壤湿度检测仪,所述土壤湿度检测仪检测到土壤湿度较低时,所述土壤湿度检测仪向所述自控阀发送信号使所述自控阀开启;所述过滤腔中设有清除机构,所述清除机构可将所述过滤网上侧积累的杂质进行清除;所述塔筒中设有滑动腔,所述滑动腔内壁固定设有驱动滑轨,所述驱动滑轨一侧安装有滑动块,所述伞面外侧安装有连接块,所述连接块与所述滑动块之间铰接有铰接杆;所述塔筒中设有信号接收模块,所述塔筒中设有空气湿度检测仪,所述空气湿度检测仪、所述信号接收模块与所述驱动滑轨之间设有信号传输,所述空气湿度检测仪可检测空气中湿度;所述伞面中设有金属的加强肋,在空气中湿度较高时,水汽可在加强肋上凝结。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种沙漠中可蓄水的风电塔筒,其特征在于:所述浇灌机构包括环形的浇灌管,所述浇灌管围绕所述植物设置,所述浇灌管中设有滴灌口,所述浇灌管与所述储水腔之间通 过送水管连通。
3.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种沙漠中可蓄水的风电塔筒,其特征在于:所述清除机构包括设置于所述过滤腔内壁中的容纳腔,所述容纳腔左壁固定设有电动推杆,所述电动推杆右侧的推杆右端固定设有杂质推出板,所述塔筒中设有向下开口的排出腔,所述排出腔与所述过滤腔连通,所述塔筒中设有向上开口的收纳腔,所述收纳腔后壁固定设有电动滑轨,所述电动滑轨前侧安装有封闭板,所述封闭板将所述排出腔与所述过滤腔分隔,在清除杂质时,所述封闭板收纳在所述收纳腔中。
