Claims (10)

1. A mixing self-cleaning device for mixing cement concrete and forming a test piece is characterized by comprising a mixing device, a lifting device (43), a vibrating device and an electronic platform scale (39); the top of the mixing device is provided with a feeding hole, the bottom of the mixing device is provided with a discharging hole (11), the lifting device is arranged at the discharging hole of the mixing device, and the top of the lifting device (43) is provided with a mould and an electronic platform scale (39); the electronic platform scale (39) is arranged below the die, the mixing device comprises a mixing cylinder (13) and a frame (18), a rotating shaft (4) is arranged on the axis of the mixing cylinder (13), a mixing blade (5) is arranged on the rotating shaft (4), a shovel plate (6) is arranged at the free end of the mixing blade (5), the shovel plate (6) is in contact with the inner wall of the mixing cylinder, the driving end of the rotating shaft (4) is connected with the output end of a motor (1), the mixing cylinder (13) and the motor (1) are both arranged at the top of the frame (18), and a supporting leg (19) is arranged at the bottom of the frame (18); the vibration device is arranged on one side of the lifting device; the top of the mixing cylinder (13) is provided with a cleaning spray head (17), the spray head (17) is communicated with the water tank (14) through a water pipeline (16), the water pipeline (16) is provided with a water pump (15), the cleaning spray head (17) is spherical, and the cleaning spray head (17) is provided with a plurality of water spray holes.
