Description

Plane abrasive cloth wheel
Technical Field
The invention relates to an abrasive cloth wheel for grinding, in particular to a plane abrasive cloth wheel.
Background
The flat abrasive cloth wheel is an element used in grinding process, and is structurally characterized in that the abrasive cloth is cut into a plurality of rectangular small blocks and then the small blocks are mutually overlapped and encircled along a ring, a hole in the middle of the ring is used for connecting a rotating piece, the rotating piece can drive the flat abrasive cloth wheel to rotate, and a user can polish an object to be processed by the rotating piece.
Referring to fig. 6, in the conventional flat abrasive cloth wheel, a plurality of abrasive cloth pieces 91 for polishing are overlapped end to form a circular ring shape and adhered to a substrate 93 having a connection hole 92 in the middle, so that a user can mount the flat abrasive cloth wheel on a hand-held device when using the flat abrasive cloth wheel, and a rotation portion of the hand-held device is inserted into the connection hole 92 of the flat abrasive cloth wheel, so that the rotation portion can drive the flat abrasive cloth wheel to rotate together, and then the user can contact the rotating flat abrasive cloth wheel with the surface of an object to be polished, and the surface of the object to be polished can be polished by friction of the abrasive cloth pieces 91.
However, in the prior art, no adjustment is made in the manufacturing process particularly for saving materials, but since the abrasive cloth sheet is already a consumable material, how to effectively increase the usable time of the same abrasive cloth sheet is very important, but in the prior art, only a strip-shaped abrasive cloth sheet is cut into a strip-shaped and smaller abrasive cloth sheet in the process of cutting the abrasive cloth sheet, in other words, the cutting shape of the abrasive cloth sheet in the prior art does not make the usable area of the abrasive cloth sheet to be the maximum.
In addition, after the flat emery cloth wheel is used for a period of time, because the two adjacent emery cloth pieces 91 are tightly attached together, and meanwhile, no gap capable of dissipating heat exists between the emery cloth pieces 91 and the base plate 93, the heat energy generated by the emery cloth pieces 91 in the process of polishing the object is not easy to diffuse from the emery cloth pieces 91, the emery cloth pieces 91 are continuously maintained in a high-temperature state, the structure of the emery cloth pieces 91 is easy to damage, so that the emery cloth pieces 91 lose the polishing effect, in other words, the service life of the flat emery cloth wheel in the prior art is shortened or even directly damaged due to the poor heat dissipation effect of the flat emery cloth wheel.
On the other hand, the abrasive cloth sheet 91, which is not easy to dissipate heat, is likely to cause the surface of the object to be blackened due to high temperature during use, thereby causing unnecessary marks on the surface of the object to be ground.
In summary, the prior art flat abrasive wheel has its drawbacks.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the disadvantages and shortcomings of the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a flat abrasive wheel that greatly increases the area available for each abrasive sheet by redesigning the shape of the abrasive sheet during cutting.
To achieve the above-mentioned creation objective, the technical means adopted by the present invention is to provide a flat emery cloth wheel, which comprises:
a substrate, wherein a connection hole is formed on the substrate in a penetrating way;
the abrasive cloth pieces are arranged on one side face of the substrate, the abrasive cloth pieces surround the connecting hole and are sequentially stacked along the anticlockwise direction or the clockwise direction, the two opposite sides of each abrasive cloth piece are respectively a front side and a rear side, at least one protruding part protrudes forwards on the front side, at least one concave part is concavely arranged forwards on the rear side, and in the two adjacent abrasive cloth pieces, the front side of the rear abrasive cloth piece covers the at least one concave part of the front abrasive cloth piece below the rear abrasive cloth piece.
The invention has the advantages that when each abrasive cloth piece is cut, the front end of each abrasive cloth piece is protruded with at least one protrusion part, and the following two advantages can be simultaneously shown:
first, the usable area of each abrasive cloth piece is increased: compared with the prior art that a linear cutting mode is adopted when the abrasive cloth sheets are cut and manufactured, the invention adopts the mode when the abrasive cloth sheets are cut, so that the front ends of the abrasive cloth sheets protrude forwards for a part, and the rear ends of the abrasive cloth sheets are also recessed forwards; the cutting mode can enable the front end of each abrasive cloth piece to further protrude more area for a user to polish, thereby improving the service cycle of the abrasive cloth piece;
secondly, because each emery cloth piece is when using, its rear end can be set up in another emery cloth piece at this emery cloth piece rear shield, therefore set up in this at least one recessed portion of each emery cloth piece rear side just do not influence this emery cloth piece's life originally, on the contrary, this recessed portion's existence lets each emery cloth piece after the range upon range of, its inside has remained more space and has supplied the circulation of air, therefore these recessed portions still further make each emery cloth piece have better radiating effect, consequently the emery cloth piece is also difficult to last to form the high temperature state under long-term use, just also avoided just naturally just like prior art's emery cloth piece under long-term use, the surperficial black vestige that makes the object to be ground form because of high temperature.
Further, in the aforementioned flat emery cloth wheel, the number, position and shape of the at least one protruding portion on each emery cloth piece correspond to the number, position and shape of the at least one recessed portion on the same emery cloth piece.
Further, in the aforementioned flat emery cloth wheel, each of the protruding portions is a circular arc-shaped protrusion.
Further, in the aforementioned flat emery cloth wheel, each of the concave portions is a circular arc-shaped groove.

The following are embodiments of the present invention and advantages thereof.
Referring to fig. 1A and 5, when the present invention is used, the present invention is sleeved on a handheld device 94 through a connecting hole 11 of a substrate 10, and the handheld device 94 can drive the substrate 10 to rotate relative to the substrate, so that the abrasive cloth pieces 20 arranged on the substrate 10 rotate together, and then a user can gradually polish the surface of an object to be polished by approaching the rotating abrasive cloth pieces 20 to the surface of the object.
The advantages of the present invention include the following.
Firstly, since the present invention cuts the concave portion 24 of one abrasive cloth piece 20 and simultaneously forms the protruding portion 23 of the next abrasive cloth piece 20, in other words, by cutting the abrasive cloth pieces, the present invention can make each abrasive cloth piece after processing form the protruding portion 23 capable of extending the polishing area at the front end thereof and form the concave portion 24 capable of assisting heat dissipation at the rear end thereof, thereby not only increasing the usable area of the abrasive cloth piece 20, but also prolonging the service life of the present invention as a whole.
Secondly, as shown in fig. 3, 4A and 4B, since the concave portions 24 are provided, although the abrasive cloth pieces 20 are bonded to the substrate 10, a gap is left between each abrasive cloth piece 20 and the substrate 10 due to the concave portions 24; in other words, when the emery cloth piece 20 generates heat energy due to the mutual friction with the object to be polished, the heat energy can be dissipated through the gap generated by the recessed portion 24, so as to achieve the purpose of effective heat dissipation, and therefore, the recessed portion 24 can effectively reduce the temperature rise speed of the present invention during use, thereby avoiding the defect that the surface of the emery cloth piece 20 is deteriorated in texture and further the polishing effect is reduced due to the over-high temperature.
Third, as shown in fig. 3, the protrusions 23 protruding from the front end of each of the abrasive cloth pieces 20 also have the function of dissipating heat energy, because the protrusions 23 disposed on each of the abrasive cloth pieces 20 are spaced apart from each other, i.e., when each of the protrusions 23 is used to polish an object, heat energy can also be dissipated from the gaps between the protrusions 23.
Fourthly, referring to fig. 1A, 1B and 3, the shape of the protruding portion 23 and the recessed portion 24 is very convenient for the manufacture of the abrasive cloth 20, and more precisely, the present invention cuts a strip-shaped abrasive cloth to form a smaller abrasive cloth 20, and because the protruding portion 23 and the recessed portion 24 are opposite, the protruding portion 23 of the abrasive cloth 20 behind the recessed portion is cut at the same time when the cutting is performed, in other words, the shape of the present invention facilitates the processing process.
The foregoing is illustrative of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting thereof, since the present invention is not limited thereto. It is to be understood that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof and that all changes and modifications that come within the spirit of the invention and equivalents thereto may be suggested to one skilled in the art.
