Abstract
The invention discloses an auxiliary welding device for butt welding, which comprises: the clamping device comprises a base, a clamping device and a clamping device, wherein two clamping seats are arranged on the base at intervals; through holes which are coaxially arranged are formed in the two clamping seats, and rotating rings which can rotate are arranged in the through holes; the end faces of the two ends of the rotating ring are provided with a plurality of clamping cylinders extending along the radial direction of the rotating ring, and the clamping ends of the clamping cylinders extend towards the axis direction of the through holes. This supplementary welding set can improve welding accuracy nature and work efficiency.

Background
At present, butt welding of two coaxial straight pipes is carried out by manually judging whether the straight pipes are welded or not according to experience or measuring and calculating by means of a complex tool, and the welding process is complicated and poor in precision. Especially, the straight pipe is difficult to weld under the condition that the end section of the straight pipe is not flat.

5. Auxiliary welding device for butt welding according to claim 1, characterized in that a plurality of said clamping cylinders (7) are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of said rotating ring (4).
6. Auxiliary welding device for butt welding according to claim 1, characterized in that a driving motor is arranged on the clamping seat (2) below the rotating ring (4);
a gear (5) is sleeved on a rotating shaft of the driving motor, and a rack meshed with the gear (5) is formed on the side wall of the rotating ring (4).
7. Auxiliary welding device for butt welding according to claim 6, characterized in that the rack and pinion (5) are both located outside the clamping seat (2).
