Background
When the integrated welding tongs are used for welding small-batch tasks, the positions of the welding tongs need to be frequently replaced and adjusted, and a balancer for hanging the welding tongs also needs to be adjusted in time so as to meet the requirement that the welding tongs with different weights are maintained at proper operation heights.
At present, a common method for adjusting the balancer is to lift maintenance personnel to a proper height by using a forklift or a hydraulic lifting platform for operation, more than two persons are required for operation, the personnel work aloft in the adjusting process, the risk of falling aloft exists, meanwhile, the forklift or the hydraulic lifting platform needs to be frequently moved, and the adjusting efficiency is low.

As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the adjusting tube 24 is fixed on the rod body 21, is perpendicular to the rod body 21, and is disposed near one end of the rod body 21 having the adjusting joint 22, the adjusting tube 24 is hollow and tubular, and has an inner diameter adapted to the diameter of the locking pin 12 of the balancer, that is, the adjusting tube 24 can be sleeved outside the locking pin 12, so that when the rod body 21 is pulled, the adjusting tube 24 can pull the locking pin 12, thereby changing the position of the locking pin 12, and controlling the locking or unlocking state, and when unlocking or locking is completed, the adjusting tube 24 can be removed from the locking pin 12 by controlling the axial movement of the adjusting tube 24 along the locking pin 12, so that the balancer can be unlocked and locked without using a forklift or a hydraulic lifting platform, thereby facilitating the operation process, and the operator can operate on the ground only, the risk of the operators facing the high-altitude operation is avoided, and the efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 3-5, in the embodiment of the present invention, an adjusting seam allowance 23 may be further disposed at the other end of the rod body 21, the adjusting seam allowance 23 is also tubular and disposed perpendicular to the rod body 21, and a seam allowance adapted to the shape of the locking pin 12 is disposed at one end of the adjusting seam allowance 23 away from the rod body, that is, by clamping the seam allowance disposed at one end of the adjusting seam allowance 23 on the locking pin 12, when the rod body 21 is pulled, the adjusting seam allowance 23 drives the locking pin 12 to move, so that the position of the locking pin 12 is changed, and the locking pin 12 is controlled to be in the locked state or the unlocked state, and after the unlocking or the locking is completed, the adjusting seam allowance 23 is removed from the locking pin 12.
In some embodiments of the present invention, an adjusting tube 24 may be disposed at one end of the rod body 21, and an adjusting spigot 23 may be disposed at the other end, or both ends of the rod body 21 may be disposed with the adjusting tube 24 or the adjusting spigot 23, so that both ends of the rod body 21 may be used to unlock or lock the balancer, thereby facilitating the operation of the operator.

Optionally, the circumference of the rod body 21 of the adjusting device is provided with scales, and in the process of rotating the rod body 21, the rotation amount of the rod body 21 can be adjusted according to the scales to control the rotation amount of the adjusting bolt 14, so that the balance weight of the balancer can be accurately adjusted.
