Along with the accelerated progress of industrialization, urbanization and aging, the number of chronic diseases and the number of sick people in China rapidly rises, and the method is a great public health problem. The chronic disease has long course, wide prevalence, high cost and high disability fatality rate, and increases the economic burden of society and families. The burden of diseases caused by chronic diseases accounts for 70% of the total burden of diseases, and is an important reason for the poor circulation of the people caused by pathogenic diseases.
At present, diseases such as cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc herniation, hyperosteogeny, arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, femoral head necrosis, hyperplasia of mammary glands, prostatic hyperplasia, varicosis, chronic pharyngitis, tracheitis, asthma, colitis, facial paralysis and the like have high morbidity in the majority of people, belong to common diseases and frequently-encountered diseases, and belong to worldwide stubborn diseases. At present, only physical methods such as medicine taking, physical therapy, massage, traction, sealing, small needle knife and the like are adopted in the treatment aspect, but the treatment course is long and the cure rate is low. Some diseases are finally treated by adopting an operation method, which has the defects of high risk and a plurality of complications, particularly, the high operation cost brings great economic burden to individuals and society, and the curative effect is difficult to ensure. Most of the chronic patients are old, weak and sick, which increases the risk of operation and is not accepted by general patients. Some current oral medicines have the defects of long treatment course, slow effect and more side effects.
In view of this, the invention is particularly proposed.

The invention also relates to a preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition, which comprises the following steps:
(1) respectively pulverizing the above components except Mentholum, and mixing to obtain medicinal powder;
(2) adding edible alcohol into the medicine powder, soaking, and filtering to obtain a first filtrate and filter residue;
in one embodiment of the invention, the alcohol content of the edible alcohol is 45-65% by volume. The main function of adding edible alcohol is to extract organic substances in the traditional Chinese medicine by means of ethanol.
In one embodiment of the invention, the soaking time is 3-10 h, so that organic matters in the traditional Chinese medicine are completely leached.
(3) Adding water into the filter residue for decoction, and filtering to obtain a second filtrate;
in one embodiment of the invention, the decoction time is 15-30 min. The main function of decocting in water is to dissolve the ethanol insoluble active ingredient in water.
(4) Since ethanol is irritating to some human skins, it is necessary to remove the ethanol from the extract. Subsequently, the first filtrate and the second filtrate are combined, and ethanol is removed by distillation to obtain a purified solution;
the temperature of the ethanol liquid and the vapor is 77-79 ℃ under one atmosphere. The temperature is too high, the ethanol volatilizes too fast, and some macromolecular impurities are contained therein, affecting the distillation purity. In general, for a mixed solution of water and ethanol, ethanol can be distilled off at a temperature of 77 ℃, but in actual operation, the distilled temperature is often higher than 78 ℃, and sometimes the temperature needs to be heated to 90 ℃ or more. Preferably, the distillation temperature in this step is 78-92 ℃. In the temperature range, water does not reach the vaporization temperature, ethanol is distilled out, and water is kept in a liquid state and is not easy to evaporate.
(5) Dissolving Mentholum in the purified solution to obtain the Chinese medicinal composition.
In one embodiment of the present invention, in order to sufficiently dissolve the mentholum, a mentholum water solution with a mass percentage of 0.1-0.5% may be prepared in advance and then mixed with the purification solution.

The medicine source is wide, the medicine of the low-cost and effective wide application therapy has more and simpler material selection, and the excessive money is not required to be consumed. The composition of the application prescription is mostly from clinical experience, the curative effect is remarkable, and a large amount of manpower is saved.
4. The product is applied by acupoint application, has no irritation to intestine and stomach, and has no damage to liver and kidney.
Transdermal formulations have a number of advantages: the influence of various factors on the medicine passing through the gastrointestinal tract can be avoided; the first pass effect which is the metabolic decomposition of enzyme in the liver is avoided; the interlayer of the skin also has the function of storage, so that the peak valley phenomenon of the drug concentration is avoided; the skin contains less proteolytic enzyme, and the environment of the medicine is stable; convenient use, can interrupt medicine taking at any time, and the like.
5. The medicine directly reaches the affected part by acupoint application, and the sustained release of the medicine is maintained; long action time, reduced administration times, saved treatment time and treatment cost.
Stable and reliable, and less side effects. The application therapy is that the medicine is applied on the body surface to achieve the purpose of treating diseases. Is convenient for observing and knowing the change of the state of an illness at any time, is changed by adding or reducing at any time, rarely generates side effects and has the characteristics of stability and reliability.
