Abstract
本申请实施例提供一种无线通信方法和设备,可以避免信号选择或上报的乒乓效应,提升通信性能。该方法包括:在确定利用第一测量方式测量的第一参考信号的信号质量差到满足第一条件后,基于第二测量方式对至少一个参考信号进行测量得到的测量结果,从至少一个参考信号中选择第二参考信号,选择的所述第二参考信号的信号质量优到满足第二条件,且针对所述第二参考信号发生的第一事件已满足第三条件或针对所述第二参考信号在预设的或者配置的范围内未发生所述第一事件,其中,所述第一事件为利用所述第一测量方式进行测量的信号质量差到满足所述第一条件;向网络设备上报选择的所述第二参考信号。
