the acquiring module is used for acquiring a generation rule set in the contract text, wherein the generation rule set comprises at least generation rules;
a configuration module to configure respective data sources and respective contract templates for at least of the generation rules, the contract templates including at least fill items;
a matching module for matching at least of the filler items to the respective generation rules;
a generating module, configured to generate a target contract text based on the contract template and the data source corresponding to the corresponding generating rule matched with at least filling items.

a memory;
a processor;
a communication interface; and
a computer program;
wherein the computer program is stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor to implement the method of any of claims 1-7.
