背景技术
我国是世界上最大的纺织品生产和出口大国,纺织纤维加工量占世界总量的55%以上。其中,纱线作为纺织工业重要的中间产品,其品种和颜色的发展趋势都渐渐趋向于多元化、功能化。
但传统的对于纱线的研究往往着重于功能性特点的研究,比如保暖性、抗菌性、吸湿透气性和防水性等。对于现代化的城市,消费者越来越重视织物的时尚性,如多色彩性和发光性;尤其夜晚,穿着色彩多变且发光的衣物更增添了时尚感,然而对于发光的纱线和发光的面料,往往通过乳胶印刷和黏贴,但这种纱线或面料,可纺性差,穿着体验差,透气性也差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种多色混纺织物的织造方法,其织造出的织物具有优异的发光时尚感,更兼具优异的可纺性、舒适性和透气性。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种多色混纺织物的织造方法,包括:
(1)将第一纱线由染色工艺一得到红色纱线、将第二纱线经由染色工艺二得到蓝色纱线,将第三纱线经由染色工艺三得到黑色纱线,其中,所述红色纱线为涤纶和尼龙丝纤维混纺而成的纱线,所述蓝色纱线为椰炭纤维和羊毛纤维混纺而成的纱线,所述黑色纱线为粘胶纤维和棉纤维混纺而成的纱线,所述红色纱线、所述蓝色纱线和所述黑色纱线中的一种或几种,其外侧沿Z向加捻发光纤维后分别得到红色复合纱、蓝色复合纱和黑色复合纱;
(2)将所述红色复合纱、所述蓝色复合纱和所述黑色复合纱的一种作为纬线,将所述蓝色纱线、所述红色纱线、所述黑色纱线、所述红色复合纱、所述蓝色复合纱和所述黑色复合纱中的一种或两种作为经线一和经线二,将所述经线一、所述经线二和所述纬线采用平纹组织,利用剑杆或喷气织造法织成织物。
作为优选的,所述多色混纺织物的织造方法,其特征在于,所述染色工艺一为:退卷、退浆、清水浸泡、酸性处理液浸泡、洗涤剂洗涤、柔软剂处理、入染缸一浸染、水洗、还原清洗、水洗、烘干、干燥;其中,所述退浆的温度为80~110℃,时间为30~45min;所述清水浸泡的时间为30min;所述处理液浸泡的时间为30min,浸泡的温度为35~50℃;所述浸染的温度为85~140℃,浸染的时间为8~10h,浸染的PH为4~6。

作为优选的,所述多色混纺织物的织造方法,其特征在于,所述染色工艺三为:退卷、退浆、清水浸泡、入染缸三浸染、水洗、皂洗、烘干、干燥;其中,所述退浆的温度为60~110℃,时间为40~50min;清水浸泡的时间为30min;所述浸染的温度为20~60℃,浸染的时间为10~15h,浸染的PH为7~8,在浸染的过程中加入氯化钠固体。
作为优选的,所述多色混纺织物的织造方法,其特征在于,所述染缸一、所述染缸二和所述染缸三中的溶液根据不同的颜色采用不同的植物作原料,其中所述染缸一中的染色溶液为茜草、红花、苏木、杨梅汁、虎杖、棠叶、冬青或山石榴的一种或多种,所述染缸二中的染色溶液为板蓝根、蓝草或艾蒿的一种或几种,所述染缸三中的染色溶液为五倍子或苏木。

作为优选的,所述多色混纺织物的织造方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中所述平纹组织的经向密度为20~70根/cm,纬向密度为30~80根/cm。

1、本发明根据纤维本身的特性进行适用于其优点的染色,将蛋白质纤维、纤维丝纤维和合成纤维分别染色,避免了蛋白质纤维与纤维素纤维同时染色时使用染料的酸碱性上的矛盾,取得了良好的效果,之后进行上机能够得到多彩绚丽的色泽质感,提高了织物的附加值和技术含量。
2、本发明通过设置发光纤维,使得织物具备舒适保暖,弹性好的优点外,还具有发光的效果,实用性强又时尚大方,适用于多个领域,市场前景好。

其中,上述染色工艺三为:退卷、退浆、清水浸泡、入染缸三浸染、水洗、皂洗、烘干、干燥;其中,所述退浆的温度为60~110℃,时间为40~50min;清水浸泡的时间为30min;所述浸染的温度为20~60℃,浸染的时间为10~15h,浸染的PH为7~8,在浸染的过程中加入氯化钠固体,上述氯化钠固体增加了浸染的均匀性。
其中,上述染缸一、上述染缸二和上述染缸三中的溶液根据不同的颜色采用不同的植物作原料,其中上述染缸一中的染色溶液为茜草、红花、苏木、杨梅汁、虎杖、棠叶、冬青或山石榴的一种或多种,上述染缸二中的染色溶液为板蓝根、蓝草或艾蒿的一种或几种,上述染缸三中的染色溶液为五倍子或苏木。
其中,上述染缸溶液根据不同的颜色采用不同的有机溶剂作原料,上述染缸一中的染色溶液为蒽醌染料,上述染缸二中的染色溶液为强酸性偶氮染料,上述染缸三中的染色溶液为苯胺黑染料。
其中,上述步骤(2)中所述平纹组织的经向密度为20~70根/cm,纬向密度为30~80根/cm。
其中,上述经线一与上述经线二交替等间距排列。
进一步的,上述椰炭纤维与上述羊毛纤维增加上述织物的保暖性和透气性,上述涤纶和尼龙丝纤维增加了上述织物的强度和可纺织性,上述粘胶纤维和棉纤维增加了上述织物的吸湿排湿性,从而增加了上述织物的舒适度。

Claims (9)

1.一种多色混纺织物的织造方法,其特征在于,包括:
(1)将第一纱线由染色工艺一得到红色纱线、将第二纱线经由染色工艺二得到蓝色纱线,将第三纱线经由染色工艺三得到黑色纱线,其中,所述红色纱线为涤纶和尼龙丝纤维混纺而成的纱线,所述蓝色纱线为椰炭纤维和羊毛纤维混纺而成的纱线,所述黑色纱线为粘胶纤维和棉纤维混纺而成的纱线,所述红色纱线、所述蓝色纱线和所述黑色纱线中的一种或几种,其外侧沿Z向加捻发光纤维后分别得到红色复合纱、蓝色复合纱和黑色复合纱;
(2)将所述红色复合纱、所述蓝色复合纱和所述黑色复合纱的一种作为纬线,将所述蓝色纱线、所述红色纱线、所述黑色纱线、所述红色复合纱、所述蓝色复合纱和所述黑色复合纱中的一种或两种作为经线一和经线二,将所述经线一、所述经线二和所述纬线采用平纹组织,利用剑杆或喷气织造法织成织物。
2.如权利要求1所述的多色混纺织物的织造方法,其特征在于,所述染色工艺一为:退卷、退浆、清水浸泡、酸性处理液浸泡、洗涤剂洗涤、柔软剂处理、入染缸一浸染、水洗、还原清洗、水洗、烘干、干燥;其中,所述退浆的温度为80~110℃,时间为30~45min;所述清水浸泡的时间为30min;所述处理液浸泡的时间为30min,浸泡的温度为35~50℃;所述浸染的温度为85~140℃,浸染的时间为8~10h,浸染的PH为4~6。
3.如权利要求1所述的多色混纺织物的织造方法,其特征在于,所述染色工艺二为:退卷、退浆、清水浸泡、酸性处理液浸泡、洗涤剂洗涤、柔软剂处理、入染缸二浸染、水洗、烘干、干燥;其中,所述退浆的温度为60~100℃,时间为35~40min;所述清水浸泡的时间为10min,所述处理液浸泡的时间为30min~1h,浸泡的温度为60~100℃;所述浸染的温度为70~110℃,浸染的时间为7~11h,浸染的PH为2.5~4,浸染的过程中加入氯化钠固体。
4.如权利要求1所述的多色混纺织物的织造方法,其特征在于,所述染色工艺三为:退卷、退浆、清水浸泡、入染缸三浸染、水洗、皂洗、烘干、干燥;其中,所述退浆的温度为60~110℃,时间为40~50min;清水浸泡的时间为30min;所述浸染的温度为20~60℃,浸染的时间为10~15h,浸染的PH为7~8,在浸染的过程中加入氯化钠固体。
5.如权利要求2~4所述的多色混纺织物的织造方法,其特征在于,所述染缸一、所述染缸二和所述染缸三中的溶液根据不同的颜色采用不同的植物作原料,其中所述染缸一中的染色溶液为茜草、红花、苏木、杨梅汁、虎杖、棠叶、冬青或山石榴的一种或多种,所述染缸二中的染色溶液为板蓝根、蓝草或艾蒿的一种或几种,所述染缸三中的染色溶液为五倍子或苏木。

9.如权利要求2所述的多色混纺织物的织造方法,其特征在于,所述还原清洗的溶液选用保险粉与烧碱的混合溶液。
