a. cleaning Ginseng radix, vacuum pulverizing, adding calcium carbonate 1.5% of Ginseng radix weight, adding water for wetting for 12 hr, and sterilizing to obtain Ginseng radix fermentation substrate;
b. activating Cordyceps militaris strain, inoculating to culture medium, and culturing for 4-6 days to obtain fermentation strain;
c. inoculating the fermentation strain obtained in step S2 into Ginseng radix fermentation medium, and culturing at 20-30 deg.C under dark for 8-15 days to obtain mycelium of Ginseng radix and Cordyceps militaris.
Wherein the formula of the culture medium in the step b is as follows:
20g/L of glucose, 10g/L of yeast extract powder, 10g/L of peptone, 3g/L of monopotassium phosphate, 3g/L of magnesium sulfate and 10g/L of vitamin B.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

b. activating Cordyceps militaris strain, inoculating to culture medium, and culturing for 4-6 days to obtain fermentation strain;
c. inoculating the fermentation strain obtained in step S2 into Ginseng radix fermentation medium, and culturing at 20-30 deg.C under dark for 8-15 days to obtain mycelium of Ginseng radix and Cordyceps militaris.
Wherein the formula of the culture medium in the step b is as follows:
20g/L of glucose, 10g/L of yeast extract powder, 10g/L of peptone, 3g/L of monopotassium phosphate, 3g/L of magnesium sulfate and 10g/L of vitamin B.

Compatibility: 52 parts of cordyceps militaris, 10 parts of ginseng, 10 parts of medlar, 8 parts of pawpaw, 5 parts of red date, 5 parts of longan, 6 parts of honey, 8 parts of maltodextrin, 8 parts of microcrystalline cellulose and 6 parts of vitamin C
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
s1, sterilizing, drying and crushing ginseng cordyceps militaris hyphae to obtain a material A for later use;

50.5 parts of cordyceps militaris, 12.5 parts of ginseng, 12.5 parts of medlar, 10 parts of pawpaw, 4 parts of red date, 4 parts of longan, 5 parts of honey, 2 parts of maltodextrin, 5 parts of microcrystalline cellulose and 4 parts of vitamin C.
3. The ginseng-wolfberry cordyceps militaris tablet as claimed in claim 1, wherein the effective components comprise, by weight:
48 parts of cordyceps militaris, 14 parts of ginseng, 14 parts of medlar, 12 parts of pawpaw, 6 parts of red date, 5 parts of longan, 4 parts of honey, 4 parts of maltodextrin, 6 parts of microcrystalline cellulose and 5 parts of vitamin C.
4. The ginseng-wolfberry cordyceps militaris tablet as claimed in claim 1, wherein the effective components comprise, by weight:
52 parts of cordyceps militaris, 10 parts of ginseng, 10 parts of medlar, 8 parts of pawpaw, 5 parts of red date, 5 parts of longan, 6 parts of honey, 8 parts of maltodextrin, 8 parts of microcrystalline cellulose and 6 parts of vitamin C.
5. The method for preparing SHENQICHONGCHONGCAO tablet as claimed in any of claims 1-4, which comprises the following steps:
s1, sterilizing, drying and crushing ginseng cordyceps militaris hyphae to obtain a material A for later use;

7. The preparation method of the ginseng cordyceps militaris hyphae according to claim 6, which is characterized by comprising the following specific steps:
a. cleaning Ginseng radix, vacuum pulverizing, adding appropriate amount of growth factor, adding water, wetting for 12 hr, and sterilizing to obtain Ginseng radix fermentation substrate;
b. activating Cordyceps militaris strain, inoculating to culture medium, and culturing for 4-6 days to obtain fermentation strain;
c. inoculating the fermentation strain obtained in step S2 into Ginseng radix fermentation medium, and culturing at 20-30 deg.C under dark for 8-15 days to obtain mycelium of Ginseng radix and Cordyceps militaris.
8. The method for preparing hyphae of ginseng cordyceps militaris according to claim 7, wherein the formula of the culture medium in the step b is as follows:
20g/L of glucose, 10g/L of yeast extract powder, 10g/L of peptone, 3g/L of monopotassium phosphate, 3g/L of magnesium sulfate and 10g/L of vitamin B.
