9. The method for implementing the scr dimmable linear non-stroboscopic LED circuit of any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
the input rectification circuit (1) is used for converting an alternating current signal into a direct current signal and supplying power to the small night lamp dimming driving circuit (2) and the light-on detection and small night lamp control circuit (3);
the small night lamp dimming driving circuit (2) is used for matching with a silicon controlled dimmer to dim and providing constant current output current for the output LED;
the light-on detection and small night lamp control circuit (3) is used for switching between two modes, namely a normal illumination mode and a small night lamp mode, by switching on and off detection and controlling output current;
and fourthly, the non-stroboscopic LED circuit (4) carries out text wave removing processing on the output current.
