Taking high quality pictures and videos using an imaging device such as a camera plays a significant role in many situations, but not all pictures of the taken images have good quality. Due to insufficient illumination during shooting and various electrical noise, mechanical noise, channel noise and other noise interferences during transmission, the captured image is generally dark as a whole, and image noise is accompanied by image degradation, so that it is difficult to clearly identify objects or textures, and therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of low-brightness pictures.
