Abstract

本发明公开了一种DOC和SCR在同一载体上分区涂覆的后处理装置,包括:合并催化载体单元,合并催化载体单元上分区涂覆有DOC与SCR催化剂;进气组件,其与合并催化载体单元的进气端相连接,用于向合并催化载体单元输入尾气;DPF,DPF与合并催化载体单元的出气端相连接,用于对尾气中的颗粒进行捕集;以及尿素喷射位置,尿素喷射位置设置在合并催化载体单元的进气端前方,尿素喷射位置用于在尾气进入合并催化载体单元前喷射尿素。本发明将DOC和SCR催化剂在同一载体上分区涂覆,从而减少了DOC和SCR占用体积,同时将尿素喷射位置布置在DOC前,减少布置占用空间,并提高尿素喷射温度,提高尿素转化效率,NO2含量增多能提高DPF被动再生效率,从而降低发动机油耗。

Description

DOC和SCR在同一载体上分区涂覆的后处理装置
技术领域
本发明是关于一种柴油发动机后处理装置,特别是关于一种DOC和SCR在同一载体上分区涂覆的后处理装置。
背景技术
随着国家对柴油车尾气污染物排放标准的要求越来越严格,需要对排气污染物中的颗粒物、NOX(氮氧化物)、HC(碳氢化合物)和CO(一氧化碳)等含量进行控制,因此,需要将DOC(Diesel Oxidation Catalyst,氧化催化转换器)、DPF(Diesel Particulate Filter,颗粒捕集器)和SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction,选择性催化还原转化器)集成在箱式后处理装置中。
为了方便理解,现将部分相关术语解释如下:
DOC催化***:通过催化剂辅助,将催化剂涂覆在载体上进行封装,消除碳氢化合物(HC)、CO;同时通过特殊的结构设计,可以起到消声的作用;
DPF通过交替封堵捕集器载体孔进出口强迫气流通过多孔壁面实现对颗粒的捕集,捕集效率达90%以上,有效降低废气中的PM2.5等排放污染物,当DPF灰分捕集过多时,需要喷射燃油进行DPF再生;
SCR催化***:将催化剂涂覆在载体上进行封装后既可称为SCR催化***,以消除氮氧化物(NOx),同时通过添加的特殊材料及结构设计,可以起到消声的作用。
当前的柴油发动机排气净化***中的催化剂均为DOC、DPF、SCR单独涂覆,发动机尾气从排气歧管排出,先后经过DOC、DPF和SCR三块独立的催化剂单元,最后排到大气中,图1所示。专利CN 208900168U公开了一种DOC-DPF-SCR后处理装置,该后处理装置包括:DOC,该DOC具有供尾气进入DOC的进气组件;DPF,该DPF与DOC连通;与DPF连通的进气混合器,进气混合器具有旋流管和套设于旋流管外的外层管;尿素喷嘴,尿素喷嘴用于向所述进气混合器喷入尿素;和与进气混合器连通的SCR。然而,现有的柴油发动机排气净化***将DOC、DPF、SCR按顺序布置在柴油发动机的排气接管后端,需要占用比较大的空间,不利于整车布置。同时DOC在低温下有NOx还原特性,而DPF的再生需要大量的NO2,因此可能会导致DPF再生效率低等问题。
公开于该背景技术部分的信息仅仅旨在增加对本发明的总体背景的理解,而不应当被视为承认或以任何形式暗示该信息构成已为本领域一般技术人员所公知的现有技术。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种DOC和SCR在同一载体上分区涂覆的后处理装置,其能够减少DOC和SCR占用体积,优化整车空间,提高尿素转化效率。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种DOC和SCR在同一载体上分区涂覆的后处理装置,包括:合并催化载体单元,合并催化载体单元上分区涂覆有DOC与SCR催化剂;进气组件,其与合并催化载体单元的进气端相连接,用于向合并催化载体单元输入尾气;DPF,DPF与合并催化载体单元的出气端相连接,用于对尾气中的颗粒进行捕集;以及尿素喷射位置,尿素喷射位置设置在合并催化载体单元的进气端前方,尿素喷射位置用于在尾气进入合并催化载体单元前喷射尿素。
在本发明的一实施方式中,其中,DOC催化剂涂覆在合并催化载体单元的前段,SCR催化剂涂覆在合并催化载体单元的后段。
在本发明的一实施方式中,DOC催化剂涂覆区域与SCR催化剂涂覆区域的面积比为3:10。
在本发明的一实施方式中,DOC催化剂涂覆区域与SCR催化剂涂覆区域相邻接。
在本发明的一实施方式中,尿素喷射位置设置有尿素喷嘴,以使得尿素喷嘴能够在合并催化载体单元的进气端前方喷射尿素。
与现有技术相比,根据本发明的DOC和SCR在同一载体上分区涂覆的后处理装置具有如下优点:将DOC和SCR催化剂在同一载体上分区涂覆,从而减少了DOC和SCR占用体积,可以优化整车空间,降低成本;将尿素喷射位置布置在DOC前,减少布置占用空间,并提高尿素喷射温度,提高尿素转化效率,NO2含量增多能提高DPF被动再生效率,从而降低发动机油耗。

图2是根据本发明一实施方式的DOC和SCR在同一载体上分区涂覆的后处理装置结构示意图。如图2所示,根据本发明优选实施方式的DOC和SCR在同一载体上分区涂覆的后处理装置,包括:合并催化载体单元1、进气组件、DPF 4以及尿素喷射位置5,其中,合并催化载体单元1上分区涂覆有DOC与SCR催化剂,如图2所示的DOC催化剂涂覆区域21和SCR催化剂涂覆区域31。进气组件与合并催化载体单元1的进气端相连接,用于向合并催化载体单元1输入尾气。DPF 4与合并催化载体单元1的出气端相连接,用于对尾气中的颗粒进行捕集。尿素喷射位置5设置在合并催化载体单元的进气端前方,尿素喷射位置5用于在尾气进入合并催化载体单元1前喷射尿素。
在本发明的一实施方式中,其中,DOC催化剂涂覆在合并催化载体单元的前段,SCR催化剂涂覆在合并催化载体单元的后段。
在本发明的一实施方式中,DOC催化剂涂覆区域与SCR催化剂涂覆区域的面积比为3:10,并且DOC催化剂涂覆区域与SCR催化剂涂覆区域相邻接,以达到最优的催化效果。
在本发明的一实施方式中,尿素喷射位置设置有尿素喷嘴,以使得尿素喷嘴能够在合并催化载体单元的进气端前方且在较高温度下喷射尿素。由于尿素在合并催化载体单元前并且在高温下喷射,从而提高了尿素喷射温度,有利于转化成NO2,NO2含量增多能提高DPF被动再生效率,进而降低发动机油耗。
综上所述,本发明提供的DOC和SCR在同一载体上分区涂覆的后处理装置将DOC和SCR催化剂在同一载体上分区涂覆,从而将现有的DOC与SCR两块独立的载体单元合并成一块载体,并将尿素喷射位置布置在DOC前,从而显著减少了布置占用的空间。

Claims (5)

1.一种DOC和SCR在同一载体上分区涂覆的后处理装置,其特征在于,DOC和SCR在同一载体上分区涂覆的后处理装置包括:
合并催化载体单元,所述合并催化载体单元上分区涂覆有DOC与SCR催化剂;
进气组件,其与所述合并催化载体单元的进气端相连接,用于向所述合并催化载体单元输入尾气;
DPF,所述DPF与所述合并催化载体单元的出气端相连接,用于对尾气中的颗粒进行捕集;以及
尿素喷射位置,所述尿素喷射位置设置在所述合并催化载体单元的进气端前方,所述尿素喷射位置用于在尾气进入所述合并催化载体单元前喷射尿素。
2.如权利要求1所述的DOC和SCR在同一载体上分区涂覆的后处理装置,其特征在于,其中,所述DOC催化剂涂覆在所述合并催化载体单元的前段,所述SCR催化剂涂覆在所述合并催化载体单元的后段。
3.如权利要求2所述的DOC和SCR在同一载体上分区涂覆的后处理装置,其特征在于,DOC催化剂涂覆区域与SCR催化剂涂覆区域的面积比为3:10。
4.如权利要求3所述的DOC和SCR在同一载体上分区涂覆的后处理装置,其特征在于,所述DOC催化剂涂覆区域与SCR催化剂涂覆区域相邻接。
5.如权利要求1所述的DOC和SCR在同一载体上分区涂覆的后处理装置,其特征在于,所述尿素喷射位置设置有尿素喷嘴,以使得所述尿素喷嘴能够在所述合并催化载体单元的进气端前方喷射尿素。
