本发明涉及无纺布技术领域,且公开了一种亲水化无纺布,包括无纺布基层,还包括纺粘层、活性炭层、柔性吸水树脂层、亲水纳米层、竹棉纤维层、防静电纤维层和棉布层,该亲水化无纺布从下往上依次相互粘连有无纺布基层、纺粘层、活性炭层、柔性吸水树脂层、亲水纳米层、竹棉纤维层、防静电纤维层和棉布层。该亲水化无纺布,通过活性炭层,可以对水中掺杂的杂物进行吸附作用,进而可以对水分进行净化,通过柔性吸水树脂层和亲水纳米层的相互作用,可以对水分进行吸取,进而可以使外侧的棉布层保持干爽,从而可以使该无纺布具有亲水效果,进而可以增强无纺布的适用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布技术领域,具体为一种亲水化无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成。因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布,无纺布具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点。如多采用聚丙烯(pp材质)粒料为原料,经高温熔融、喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取连续一步法生产而成。
由合成纤维形成的无纺布从擦拭纸、湿纸巾、卫生用品等的表面材料开始向日用品的多个领域过渡而使用,例如,优选使用亲水纳米材料对水分进行吸取,进而可以使无纺布呈现出亲水性,进而可以使无纺布适用性增强。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种亲水化无纺布,使无纺布具备亲水性的优点,解决了无纺布疏水的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述无纺布亲水性目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种亲水化无纺布,包括无纺布基层,还包括纺粘层、活性炭层、柔性吸水树脂层、亲水纳米层、竹棉纤维层、防静电纤维层和棉布层,该亲水化无纺布从下往上依次相互粘连有无纺布基层、纺粘层、活性炭层、柔性吸水树脂层、亲水纳米层、竹棉纤维层、防静电纤维层和棉布层。
优选的,所述无纺布基层内部设置有固定纤维丝,固定纤维丝相互纵横交错,固定纤维丝的外侧设置有聚乙烯层。
优选的,所述活性炭层的外部设置有活性炭套,活性炭套的内部设置有活性炭,活性炭套上密集设置有多组通孔。
优选的,所述柔性吸水树脂层为吸水树脂材料,柔性吸水树脂层的外表面设置为波浪形。
优选的,所述亲水纳米层的下表面设置为与柔性吸水树脂层相适配的波浪形,亲水纳米层与柔性吸水树脂层的中部设置有弹性透水网。
优选的,所述竹棉纤维层包括竹纤维和棉纤维,竹纤维相互交错,棉纤维缠绕在竹纤维外侧。
优选的,所述防静电纤维层上设置有多组通水孔,防静电纤维层的上表面固定连接有棉布层,棉布层为棉纱织成的布。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种亲水化无纺布,具备以下有益效果:
1、该亲水化无纺布,通过活性炭层,可以对水中掺杂的杂物进行吸附作用,进而可以对水分进行净化,通过柔性吸水树脂层和亲水纳米层的相互作用,可以对水分进行吸取,进而可以使外侧的棉布层保持干爽,从而可以使该无纺布具有亲水效果,进而可以增强无纺布的适用性。
2、该亲水化无纺布,通过无纺布基层可以对该亲水化无纺布进行连接支撑,通过纺粘层可以对无纺布基层和活性炭层进行连接,对活性炭层进行缓冲保护,通过竹棉纤维层可以对水分进行输送,还可以防止防静电层对亲水纳米层的影响,通过棉布层可以增加该亲水化无纺布的舒适性。

请参阅图1,一种亲水化无纺布,包括无纺布基层1,无纺布基层1内部设置有固定纤维丝,固定纤维丝相互纵横交错,固定纤维丝的外侧设置有聚乙烯层,通过固定纤维丝的相互纵横交错,可以使该亲水化无纺布进行固定,通过聚乙烯层可以对该无纺布进行抗腐蚀性增强,还包括纺粘层2、活性炭层3、活性炭层3的外部设置有活性炭套,活性炭套的内部设置有活性炭,活性炭套上密集设置有多组通孔,通过多组通孔可以方便水分的流动,进而可以使活性炭对水分中的杂质等进行吸附,通过活性炭可以进行吸附净化作用,柔性吸水树脂层4、柔性吸水树脂层4为吸水树脂材料,柔性吸水树脂层4的外表面设置为波浪形,通过柔性吸水树脂层4可以辅助亲水纳米层5对水分进行吸附,进而可以提高该亲水化无纺布的亲水性,通过柔性吸水树脂层4的外表面设置为波浪形,可以增大接触面积,进而增强亲水性,亲水纳米层5、亲水纳米层5的下表面设置为与柔性吸水树脂层4相适配的波浪形,亲水纳米层5与柔性吸水树脂层4的中部设置有弹性透水网,可以使该亲水化无纺布进行加强亲水性的作用,通过弹性透水网可以对亲水纳米层5和柔性吸水树脂层4进行连接,竹棉纤维层6、竹棉纤维层6包括竹纤维和棉纤维,竹纤维相互交错,棉纤维缠绕在竹纤维外侧,通过竹纤维可以对竹棉纤维层6进行支撑,通过棉纤维可以对防静电纤维层7进行辅助连接,防静电纤维层7和棉布层8,防静电纤维层7上设置有多组通水孔,防静电纤维层7的上表面固定连接有棉布层8,棉布层8为棉纱织成的布,通过通水孔可以对水分进行输送,通过棉布层8可以提高该亲水化无纺布的舒适性,该亲水化无纺布从下往上依次相互粘连有无纺布基层1、纺粘层2、活性炭层3、柔性吸水树脂层4、亲水纳米层5、竹棉纤维层6、防静电纤维层7和棉布层8,通过无纺布基层1可以对该亲水化无纺布进行连接支撑,通过纺粘层2可以对无纺布基层1和活性炭层3进行连接,对活性炭层3进行缓冲保护,通过活性炭层3,可以对水中掺杂的杂物进行吸附作用,进而可以对水分进行净化,通过柔性吸水树脂层4和亲水纳米层5的相互作用,可以对水分进行吸取,进而可以使外侧的棉布层8保持干爽,从而可以使该无纺布具有亲水效果,进而可以增强无纺布的适用性,通过竹棉纤维层6可以对水分进行输送,还可以防止防静电纤维层7对亲水纳米层5的影响,通过棉布层8可以增加该亲水化无纺布的舒适性。

1.一种亲水化无纺布,包括无纺布基层(1),其特征在于:还包括纺粘层(2)、活性炭层(3)、柔性吸水树脂层(4)、亲水纳米层(5)、竹棉纤维层(6)、防静电纤维层(7)和棉布层(8),该亲水化无纺布从下往上依次相互粘连有无纺布基层(1)、纺粘层(2)、活性炭层(3)、柔性吸水树脂层(4)、亲水纳米层(5)、竹棉纤维层(6)、防静电纤维层(7)和棉布层(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的亲水化无纺布,其特征在于:所述无纺布基层(1)内部设置有固定纤维丝,固定纤维丝相互纵横交错,固定纤维丝的外侧设置有聚乙烯层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的亲水化无纺布,其特征在于:所述活性炭层(3)的外部设置有活性炭套,活性炭套的内部设置有活性炭,活性炭套上密集设置有多组通孔。
