The working principle of the invention is actually a water pressure automatic control process: because the actual water demand of the user from the main fire water pipe 12 is dynamically changed, the pressure in the main fire water pipe 12 fluctuates, the pressure transmitter 11 installed on the main fire water pipe 12 automatically detects the pressure of the main fire water pipe 12 in real time and transmits the pressure to the variable frequency control box 2, the variable frequency control box 2 compares the received real-time pressure value in the main fire water pipe 12 with the preset pressure value, if the pressure value is inconsistent with the set pressure value, the variable frequency control box 2 gives a control signal to automatically adjust the power supply frequency (the working frequency range is adjustable) of the water supply pump or the main fire pump 8 in the constant pressure fire pump set 4, so as to change the rotating speed of the water supply pump or the main fire pump 8, so that the pressure value in the main fire water pipe 12 is as close to the preset pressure value as possible, and the pressure of the main fire water pipe 12 is kept constant (by adjusting the number of the working water, Frequency to match user water demand).
Under the condition that the water consumption of a fire-fighting user is not large, the variable frequency control box 2 automatically starts a No. 1 water supply pump 4-1 in the constant pressure fire-fighting pump group 4 and adjusts the frequency to meet the water consumption requirement of the user; along with the increase of water consumption of a fire-fighting user, the water pressure in the fire-fighting water main pipe 12 is reduced, the pressure transmitter 11 feeds back a pressure signal to the variable-frequency control box 2, the variable-frequency control box 2 sends a command to the constant-pressure fire-fighting pump group 4, the No. 2 water supply pump 4-2 or the No. N water supply pump 4-N in a dormant state is started, or the working frequency of the No. 1 water supply pump 4-1 is increased, so that the water consumption requirement of the user is met, and the pressure of the fire-fighting water main pipe; when the water consumption of the fire fighting user is reduced, the variable frequency control box 2 commands a part of water supply pumps 4-N in the constant pressure fire pump group 4 to reduce the working frequency or sleep according to the pressure signal fed back by the pressure transmitter 11 so as to keep the pressure of the fire main pipe 12 stable. When the constant-pressure fire pump unit 4 still can not satisfy the supply of fire control user water under the full load operating condition, the variable frequency control case 2 starts the work of main fire pump 8, and if necessary, starts the work of main fire pump 8 and constant-pressure fire pump unit 4 simultaneously. Under abnormal working conditions, the main fire pump 8 and the constant-pressure fire pump set 4 can be manually closed or started according to actual conditions.
