背景技术
纸尿裤的核心关键技术是“芯体”。从技术层面来说，纸尿裤芯体至今共经历了三次革命。纸尿裤是一次性使用后即可抛弃的产品。以无纺布、卫生纸、绒毛浆、高分子吸水树脂、PE膜、橡皮筋等材料制成。有幼儿专用与成人专用两种。
现有的纸尿裤类型众多，但是也存在着各式各样的问题，导流块的防反渗效果差，影响纸尿裤的干爽，容易造成使用者红屁股、湿疹等问题，反渗效果好的导致导流慢，容易发生侧漏现象，造成衣物床褥脏污。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种导流快且防侧漏防反渗的纸尿裤芯体，以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有纸尿裤导流块的防反渗效果差，影响纸尿裤的干爽，容易造成使用者红屁股、湿疹等问题，防反渗效果好的导致导流慢，容易发生侧漏现象，造成衣物床褥脏污的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种导流快且防侧漏防反渗的纸尿裤芯体，包括芯体本体，所述芯体本体包括面层和底层，所述面层和所述底层的边侧均固定设有连接片，两块所述连接片之间通过粘胶粘结，所述面层和所述底层之间设有若干个吸液包，若干个所述吸液包之间填充有吸液树脂球，若干个所述吸液包通过连接绳与所述连接片固定连接，所述面层中部的两侧均固定设有若干组明槽，每组所述明槽之间的所述面层的表面均开设有若干个大小均匀的导流孔，所述导流孔的正下方固定设有防反渗片。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述芯体本体的表面压设有若干个限位压条，所述限位压条与所述明槽垂直设置。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案，所述芯体本体中部宽度大于两端的宽度，所述芯体本体中部的厚度大于两端的厚度。

Claims (6)

1.一种导流快且防侧漏防反渗的纸尿裤芯体，包括芯体本体(1)，其特征在于，所述芯体本体(1)包括面层(2)和底层(3)，所述面层(2)和所述底层(3)的边侧均固定设有连接片(12)，两块所述连接片(12)之间通过粘胶粘结，所述面层(2)和所述底层(3)之间设有若干个吸液包(8)，若干个所述吸液包(8)之间填充有吸液树脂球(11)，若干个所述吸液包(8)通过连接绳(9)与所述连接片(12)固定连接，所述面层(2)中部的两侧均固定设有若干组明槽(5)，每组所述明槽(5)之间的所述面层(2)的表面均开设有若干个大小均匀的导流孔(6)，所述导流孔(6)的正下方固定设有防反渗片(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种导流快且防侧漏防反渗的纸尿裤芯体，其特征在于：所述芯体本体(1)的表面压设有若干个限位压条(4)，所述限位压条(4)与所述明槽(5)垂直设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种导流快且防侧漏防反渗的纸尿裤芯体，其特征在于：所述芯体本体(1)中部宽度大于两端的宽度，所述芯体本体(1)中部的厚度大于两端的厚度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种导流快且防侧漏防反渗的纸尿裤芯体，其特征在于：所述防反渗片(7)的直径大于所述导流孔(6)的直径，所述防反渗片(7)由防水PE膜制成，所述防反渗片(7)的边侧通过四个连接带与所述面层(2)固定连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种导流快且防侧漏防反渗的纸尿裤芯体，其特征在于：所述吸液包(8)由可降解的无纺布材料制成，所述吸液包(8)的内部填充有吸液棉(10)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种导流快且防侧漏防反渗的纸尿裤芯体，其特征在于：所述连接片(12)与外界的纸尿裤的边侧通过粘接固定连接。
