Claims (5)

1. A refund system for the mis-recharge of an off-line asset, comprising: the system comprises a user wallet system, a customer service system, a financial system, a management system, a filling and lifting system, a terminal wallet system and a safety auditing system;
the customer service system is used for acquiring the off-line asset recharging information sent by the user wallet system after receiving the refund request sent by the user terminal, and determining the right of the asset corresponding to the off-line asset recharging information, and if the owner of the asset corresponding to the off-line asset recharging information is determined to be the user and the commission charge larger than or equal to the preset money amount is reserved, initiating the refund approval of the off-line asset; if the non-online asset return approval passes, sending a non-online asset return approval passing message to the financial system;
the financial system is used for deducting the commission charge of the preset amount after receiving the approval passing message and sending the commission charge deduction message to the management system;
the management system is used for receiving an off-line asset return order submitted by a customer service if the fee deduction message is successful in fee deduction, wherein the off-line asset return order comprises a user ID, and sending the off-line asset return order to the charging and lifting system;
the charging and withdrawing system is used for determining a withdrawing request according to the offline asset withdrawing order and the flow order if a user recharging address corresponding to a user ID in the offline asset withdrawing order is a txhash receiving address, and adding the withdrawing address and a contract address into the withdrawing request to send the withdrawing request to the security auditing system if the offline asset withdrawing order is the offline flow order; if the user recharging address corresponding to the user ID in the offline asset returning order is not the receiving address of the txhash, the submitting request is not sent;
the security auditing system is used for receiving the refund request, and if the contract address auditing is passed, the refund request is sent to the terminal wallet system;
the terminal wallet system is used for making money according to the refund request; if the money is successfully printed, sending a money printing success message to the charging and lifting system;
and the charging and withdrawing system is also used for updating the order and money printing result to be successful in money printing according to the money printing success message.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the security audit system is further configured to send a contract address audit not passed message to the charging and submission system if the contract address audit is not passed;
and the charging and raising system is also used for updating the order and money printing result to be unsuccessful according to the contract address auditing failure message.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the terminal wallet system is further configured to send an unsuccessful make-out message to the fill-and-lift system if the make-out is unsuccessful;
and the charging and lifting system is also used for updating the order and money printing result to be unsuccessful in money printing according to the unsuccessful money printing message.
4. The system of claim 2 or 3, wherein the replenishment system is further configured to send a result of an unsuccessful wager of funds to a management system;
the management system is also used for judging whether to refund the commission charge after receiving the payment result of unsuccessful payment;
if the fee is returned, sending a return fee message to the customer service system;
the customer service system is also used for initiating the examination and approval of the refund commission charge, and if the examination and approval of the refund commission charge is passed, sending a message of passing the examination and approval of the refund commission charge to the financial system;
the financial system is used for carrying out money transfer according to the refund commission approval message, and if the money transfer is finished, the money transfer finishing message is sent to the management system;
and the management system is also used for marking returned commission charge and closing the off-line asset returning order after receiving the money transfer completion message.
5. A refund method for the mistaken recharge of the non-online asset is applied to a refund system for the mistaken recharge of the non-online asset, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:

if the user recharging address corresponding to the user ID in the offline asset returning order is the receiving address of the txhash, determining a returning request according to the offline asset returning order and the flow order, and if the offline asset returning order is the offline flow order, adding a returning address and a contract address into the returning request and sending the returning request to a security auditing system; if the user recharging address corresponding to the user ID in the offline asset returning order is not the receiving address of the txhash, the submitting request is not sent;
receiving a refund request, and if the contract address is approved, sending the refund request to a terminal wallet system;
making a money according to the refund request; if the money printing is successful, sending a money printing success message to the charging and extracting system;
and updating the order and money printing result as successful money printing according to the successful money printing message.
