Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the present application.
The following describes a humidification control method and device for a household appliance and the household appliance according to an embodiment of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In the embodiment of the present application, the household appliance includes a humidifying device, the humidifying device includes a humidifying portion and a water containing portion, and a distance between the humidifying portion and the water containing portion is a first distance. Optionally, a wet film is provided in the humidifying portion.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a humidification control method for a home appliance in an embodiment disclosed in the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the humidification control method for a household appliance according to the embodiment of the present application specifically includes the following steps:
s101, acquiring a current first humidity value in a room.
Generally, a humidity sensor installed in a room may be used to detect a humidity value in the room, so as to obtain a current first humidity value in the room.
S102, detecting and determining that the humidity difference value between the first humidity value and the target humidity value is larger than a preset humidity difference value.
Specifically, after the first humidity value is obtained, a difference value between the first humidity value and a target humidity value set by a user is calculated, so that a humidity difference value between the first humidity value and the target humidity value is obtained. Further, the humidity difference value is compared with a preset humidity difference value, and then the size relation between the humidity difference value and the preset humidity difference value is determined. When the humidity difference is greater than the preset humidity difference, it indicates that the humidity value in the current room is more different from the target humidity value, that is, the current humidification amount is insufficient, and therefore, the humidification amount needs to be increased, that is, step S103 is executed; when the humidity difference is smaller than or equal to the preset humidity difference, it is indicated that the difference between the current indoor humidity value and the target humidity value is small, that is, the current humidification amount is sufficient, and at this time, the current situation is maintained, that is, the first distance is controlled to be kept unchanged.
S103, adjusting the first distance according to the humidity difference.
Specifically, after the humidity difference value is determined to be larger than the preset humidity difference value, the first distance is adjusted according to the humidity difference value so as to adjust the current humidification quantity of the humidification device. For example, when the humidity difference is much greater than the preset humidity difference, the first distance may be adjusted to be the minimum, so that the solution in the water containing portion can rapidly permeate into the humidifying portion, the humidifying efficiency of the humidifying portion is improved, and the humidifying efficiency and the humidifying amount are further improved. Because this application embodiment adjusts the humidification volume through the size of the first distance between humidification portion and the water containing portion, and does not adjust humidification fan's rotational speed among the humidification device, this noise that produces when just making the in-process humidification fan operation of adjustment humidification volume can not change, and then can not influence user's rest.
In some embodiments, when the first distance is adjusted according to the humidity difference, the first distance may be adjusted according to a target humidity interval to which the temperature and humidity difference belongs. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the following steps:
s201, obtaining a target humidity interval to which the humidity difference belongs.
Generally, at least one humidity interval may be preset, and after a humidity difference is obtained, the humidity difference may be matched with the preset humidity interval, so as to determine a humidity interval (i.e., a target humidity interval) to which the humidity difference belongs.
S202, determining a target distance between the humidifying part and the water containing part according to the target humidity interval, and adjusting the first distance to the target distance.
Specifically, after the target humidity interval is determined, the target distance can be determined by querying a mapping relation graph between the target humidity interval and the target distance. For example, the humidity difference value is 5, the humidity difference value belongs to a humidity range of 4-6, the target distance corresponding to the humidity range is inquired to be 10cm, and then the target distance is determined to be 10 cm.
Further, the target distance is determined, that is, the first distance between the humidifying part and the water containing part can be adjusted to the target distance.
In some embodiments, to further improve the humidification efficiency, the humidification portion may be controlled to rotate during the operation of the humidification device, that is, the rotation of the humidification portion promotes the air flow, and the air flow into the chamber through the humidification device is increased. Since the air flowing into the room through the humidifying device is humidified, the humidifying quantity is increased under the condition that the air flow flowing into the room is increased, and the humidifying efficiency is improved.
Further, when the humidifying part is controlled to rotate in the working process of the humidifying device, the rotating speed of the humidifying part can be controlled according to the target humidity interval to which the temperature and humidity difference belongs. As shown in fig. 3, the method comprises the following steps:
s301, acquiring a target humidity interval to which the temperature difference belongs.
Generally, at least one humidity interval may be preset, and after a humidity difference is obtained, the humidity difference may be matched with the preset humidity interval, so as to determine a humidity interval (i.e., a target humidity interval) to which the humidity difference belongs.
S302, determining a target rotating speed of the humidifying part according to the target humidity interval, and adjusting the current rotating speed of the humidifying part to the target rotating speed.
Specifically, after the target humidity interval is determined, a mapping relation between the target humidity interval and the target rotating speed of the humidifying part is queried, so that the target rotating speed can be determined. For example, the humidity difference value is 5, the humidity difference value belongs to a humidity interval of 4-6, the target rotating speed corresponding to the humidity interval is inquired to be 20r/s, and then the target rotating speed is determined to be 20 r/s. Further, the target rotating speed is determined, that is, the current rotating speed of the humidifying part can be adjusted to the target rotating speed.
Optionally, when the humidity difference is smaller than or equal to the preset humidity difference, it indicates that the humidity value in the current room is less different from the target humidity value, that is, the current humidification amount is sufficient, and at this time, the rotation speed of the humidification portion may be controlled to keep the current state, that is, the humidification portion is controlled to keep the current rotation speed rotating.
In some embodiments, the operating time of the humidifying device may also be detected before the current first humidity value in the chamber is acquired, so as to avoid frequent adjustment of the first distance and/or the rotation speed of the humidifying portion. As shown in fig. 4, the method comprises the following steps:
s401, controlling the humidifying device to be in a working state.
Specifically, after a control instruction sent by a user to start the humidifying device is received, the humidifying device is controlled to be started, that is, the humidifying device is controlled to be in a working state.
S402, acquiring a first time length of a first distance between the rotating part and the water containing part, and detecting and determining that the first time length reaches a first preset time length.
Specifically, after the first distance is adjusted after the humidifying device is in the operating state, the time period during which the first distance is maintained between the rotating portion and the water containing portion (i.e., the first time period) may be recorded using a timer. And after the first time length is obtained, comparing the first time length with a first preset time length, and when the first time length reaches the first preset time length, starting to obtain a current first indoor humidity value.
In some embodiments, after the first distance is adjusted, the humidification device may be further controlled according to a humidity value in the chamber. As shown in fig. 5, the method comprises the following steps:
and S501, obtaining a current second humidity value indoors at intervals of a second preset time length or continuously.
Specifically, the current indoor humidity value may be detected at intervals of a second preset time or continuously by using the humidity sensor to obtain the current indoor second humidity value.
S502, judging the magnitude relation between the second humidity value and the target humidity value.
Specifically, a second humidity value is obtained and compared with the target humidity value. If the second humidity value reaches the target humidity value, performing step S503; otherwise, step S504 is executed.
And S503, controlling the humidifying device to stop working.
And S504, controlling the humidifying device to work continuously.
For convenience of understanding, the humidification control method for a home appliance in the embodiment of the present application is explained below. As shown in fig. 6, a control flow of a humidification control method for a home appliance in an embodiment of the present application includes the following steps:
and S601, controlling the humidifying device to be started.
And S602, controlling the humidifying part to rotate at an initial rotating speed, and controlling the first distance to keep the initial distance.
And S603, judging whether the time length of the first distance maintaining initial distance reaches the preset time length. If so, step S604 is performed, otherwise, step S602 is returned to.
S604, acquiring a current first humidity value in the room.
S605, whether the humidity difference Z between the first humidity value Y and the target humidity value Y1 is larger than a preset humidity difference Z1. If yes, go to step S606; otherwise, the procedure returns to step S604.
S606, when the humidity difference Z belongs to [ X1, + ∞ ], the target rotating speed is E1, and the target distance is T1; when the humidity difference Z belongs to [ X2, X1], the target rotating speed is E2, and the target distance is T2; when the humidity difference Z falls within (— ∞, X2), the target rotation speed is E3 and the target distance is T3.
S607, adjusting the current rotating speed of the humidifying part to the target rotating speed, and adjusting the first distance to the target distance.
And S608, acquiring a current second humidity value in the room at intervals or continuously.
And S609, whether the second humidity value reaches the target humidity value or not. If yes, step S610 is executed, otherwise, step S605 is returned to.
And S610, controlling the humidifying device to stop working, and ending.
