The cleaning driving mechanism further comprises a sleeve 2.11 fixed on the intermediate shaft 2.9, and the sleeve 2.11 axially limits the bearing a 2.10.
The walking mechanism further comprises a walking wheel closed end cover 6.5 and a walking wheel blocking disc 6.4, the walking wheel closed end cover 6.5 and the walking wheel blocking disc 6.4 are fixed on the walking shaft 6.10 and located on two sides of the walking wheel bearing 6.6, the walking wheel bearing 6.6 is limited, and impurities are prevented from entering the walking wheel bearing 6.6.
The cleaning motor 2.5 adopts a direct current brushless motor, and the model number is DSBLD300-24 GU-30S.
The model of the water pump 3.1 is P3501.
The connecting disc 4.4 is provided with three bulges and threaded holes which are uniformly distributed, the bulges are clamped on the brush disc 4.1 and the rotating disc 4.2, and the threaded holes are used for being fixedly connected with the brush disc 4.1 and the rotating disc 4.2.
The cleaning motor 4.3 and the walking motor 6.13 both adopt direct current brushless motors, and the models are BLH 015K-20.
The dust collection motor 5.9 adopts a dry and wet dual-purpose dust collection motor which is a D-114 bypass pipe type motor.
The bottom of large granule garbage collection box 5.7 is equipped with a plurality of sieve meshes for filter large granule rubbish, granule rubbish and sewage fall to ground from the sieve mesh.
The working principle and the working process of the invention are as follows:
starting the AGV, and highlighting an indicator lamp 1.4; the two traveling motors 6.8 work to drive the respective traveling wheels 6.7 to rotate, and the AGV car travels according to a preset path;
the two cleaning motors 4.3 work to drive the two brush discs 4.1 to rotate towards opposite directions, and the garbage is gathered in a garbage gathering area between the two brush discs 4.1;
the water pump 3.1 works, the water in the water tank 3.4 is pressurized by the water pump 3.1 and then is sent to the connecting pipe 3.6, and then is sprayed out by the nozzle 3.5, so that the two rolling brushes 2.1 can clean the ground;
the two cleaning motors 2.5 work, and the two cleaning motors 2.5 rotate towards opposite directions to drive the two rolling brushes 2.1 to rotate so as to clean the ground; because the two rolling brushes 2.1 are opposite in rotation direction and same in rotation speed, the garbage gathered by the two brush discs 4.1 can be rolled up, and the granular garbage and the sewage are thrown backwards into the large-particle garbage collection box 5.7 from the space between the two rolling brushes 2.1; the bottom of the large-particle garbage collection box 5.7 is of a screen structure, so that sewage and small-particle garbage fall back to the ground;
the dust collection motor 5.9 works, the dust collection motor 5.9 discharges air in the garbage collection pipeline 5.5, the small particle garbage collection box 5.4 and the sewage delivery pipeline 5.3 to form a vacuum environment, due to air pressure difference, the suction rake 5.6 sucks up the small particle garbage and the sewage and enters the small particle garbage collection box 5.4 through the garbage collection pipeline 5.5, the sewage in the small particle garbage collection box 5.4 enters the dust collection motor 5.9 through the sewage delivery pipeline 5.3, finally the sewage enters the sewage storage box 5.1 through the sewage recovery pipeline 5.2, and meanwhile the small particle garbage is remained in the small particle garbage collection box 5.4, so that garbage classification is realized.

Claims (10)

1. An AGV with cleaning, cleaning and recovery functions is characterized by comprising a vehicle body, a cleaning device, a spraying device, a cleaning device, a recovery device and a walking device;
the cleaning device comprises a cleaning mechanism and two cleaning driving mechanisms; the cleaning mechanism comprises two rolling brushes and two rolling brush end covers; the cleaning driving mechanism comprises a cleaning motor bracket, a cleaning motor, a driven wheel, a middle shaft, a middle wheel and a driving wheel;
the two rolling brush end covers are symmetrically fixed on two sides of the bottom of the chassis of the vehicle body, and the two rolling brush end covers are close to the front end of the vehicle body; two ends of the two rolling brushes are respectively and rotatably connected with the lower parts of the respective rolling brush end covers; the axes of the two rolling brushes are parallel and opposite in rotation direction, and one end of a rotating shaft of each rolling brush penetrates through a corresponding rolling brush end cover to be fixed with a driven wheel;
the cleaning motor bracket is fixed on a chassis of the vehicle body, the cleaning motor is fixed on the cleaning motor bracket, an output shaft of the cleaning motor faces to the horizontal direction, and a driving wheel is fixed on the output shaft of the cleaning motor; one end of the intermediate shaft is fixed on one side of the corresponding rolling brush end cover, the other end of the intermediate shaft is rotatably provided with an intermediate wheel meshed with the driving wheel, and the intermediate wheel is simultaneously meshed with the driven wheel;
the spraying device comprises a water pump, a water tank, a nozzle and a connecting pipe; the water pump and the water tank are fixed on a chassis of the vehicle body, a water pipe of the water tank is connected with an input end of the water pump in a sealing way, an output end of the water pump is connected with a connecting pipe in a sealing way, the connecting pipe is fixed at the bottom of the chassis of the vehicle body, and a plurality of nozzles are arranged on the connecting pipe;
the cleaning device comprises two cleaning mechanisms which are symmetrically arranged at the front end of a chassis of the vehicle body, a garbage collection area is formed between the two cleaning mechanisms, and the garbage collection area is positioned in the action range of the rolling brush;
each cleaning mechanism comprises a brush disc, a rotating disc, a cleaning motor and a connecting disc; the cleaning motor is fixed at the front end of a chassis of the vehicle body, an output shaft of the cleaning motor penetrates out of the chassis of the vehicle body and faces the ground, a rotating disc is fixed on the output shaft of the cleaning motor, and the rotating disc is fixedly connected with the brush disc through a connecting disc; the brush discs of the two cleaning mechanisms are opposite in rotation direction;
the recovery device comprises a sewage storage tank, a sewage recovery pipeline, a sewage conveying pipeline, a small-particle garbage collection box, a garbage collection pipeline, a suction rake, a large-particle garbage collection box, a fixing frame and a dust collection motor;
the sewage storage tank, the small particle garbage collection box and the dust collection motor are all fixed on a chassis of the vehicle body; the suction rake is fixed at the bottom of a chassis of the vehicle body and is close to the rear end of the vehicle body; the suction rake is connected with the upper part of the small-particle dustbin through a garbage collection pipeline, the small-particle dustbin is connected with the input end of a dust suction motor through a sewage conveying pipeline, and the output end of the dust suction motor is connected with the upper part of a sewage storage tank through a sewage recovery pipeline; a filter screen is arranged at the inlet of the sewage conveying pipeline; the fixed frame is fixed at the bottom of a chassis of the vehicle body and is positioned at the position close to the rear of the rolling brush; the large granule garbage collection box detachably installs on the mount, and the opening of large granule garbage collection box and the terminal parallel and level of round brush.

The AGV with cleaning, washing and recycling functions of claim 1, wherein the traveling means comprises universal wheels, a traveling motor bracket, two traveling motors and two traveling mechanisms; the walking motor bracket is fixed at the rear end of the bottom of the chassis of the vehicle body, two walking motors are fixed on the motor bracket, and output shafts of the two walking motors face opposite directions and are parallel to the ground; the output shaft of each walking motor is respectively connected with the respective walking mechanism; the universal wheel is arranged in the middle of the front end of the bottom of the chassis of the vehicle body.
3. The AGV cart with cleaning, washing and recovery functions of claim 2, wherein said travel mechanism comprises a first gear, a travel wheel, a second gear and a travel axle; the first gear is fixed on the output shaft of the corresponding walking motor; the walking shaft is rotatably arranged at the rear end of the bottom of the chassis of the vehicle body, and a walking wheel and a second gear meshed with the first gear are fixed on the walking shaft.

The AGV with cleaning, washing and recycling functions of claim 3, wherein the traveling mechanism further comprises a connecting cover, a fastening nut, a traveling wheel sealing end cover and a traveling wheel blocking disc; the walking wheel closed end cover and the walking wheel blocking disc are fixed on the walking shaft and positioned on two sides of the connecting position of the walking shaft and the chassis of the vehicle body; the travelling wheel is axially limited by a fastening nut; the traveling wheel bearing is externally coated with a connecting cover which is fixed at the bottom of a chassis of the vehicle body.

The AGV cart with sweeping, cleaning and recovery functions of claim 1, wherein said cleaning device further comprises a barrier, a protective cover and four rolling brush trays; one side of the baffle is fixed at the bottom of the chassis of the vehicle body, and the baffle covers the front of the two rolling brushes; the protective cover is fixed on the cleaning motor bracket and is arranged on the driving wheel, the driven wheel and the middle wheel; the two ends of the two rolling brushes are respectively and rotatably connected with the respective rolling brush end covers through rolling brush bearings, and the four rolling brush baffle discs are respectively fixed on the two rolling brushes and are positioned on one side of the corresponding rolling brush bearings.

The AGV with cleaning, washing and recycling functions of claim 1, wherein the washing driving mechanism further comprises a sleeve fixed on the middle shaft, the other end of the middle shaft is rotatably provided with a middle wheel through a bearing a, and the sleeve axially limits the bearing a.

The AGV cart with cleaning, washing and recovery functions of claim 1, wherein said cart body includes a chassis, a frame, a battery pack and an indicator light; the chassis is welded with a frame, the top of the frame is fixed with an indicator light, and the bottom of the chassis is fixed with a battery pack.
8. The AGV with cleaning, washing and recycling functions of claim 1, wherein the bottom of the large particle garbage collection box is provided with a plurality of sieve holes.
9. The AGV with cleaning, washing and recycling functions of claim 1, wherein the connecting plate has three protrusions and threaded holes arranged uniformly, and the protrusions are clamped on the brush disk and the rotating disk.
