Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of tipping paper preparation, in particular to a preparation method of tipping paper for cigarettes containing edible pigment ink.
Background
The tipping paper for the cigarette is special paper for tipping a filter tip and a cigarette, a consumer must use a type of printed matter contacted with a mouth when smoking the cigarette, the tipping paper is non-toxic and harmless according to the sanitary standard of food packaging paper in China, the tipping paper for the cigarette is usually printed with a certain color or pattern to distinguish the positions of the filter tip and the cigarette, however, the water-based ink pigment used on the market is generally azo organic pigment or inorganic pigment such as titanium white, iron oxide, carbon black and the like, the organic pigment or the inorganic pigment has certain toxicity, and when the ink is applied to food packaging printing, certain risk and hidden trouble exist.
Meanwhile, when a consumer smokes at a party with relatives and friends, the consumer only holds cigarettes in the mouth due to the fact that the consumer has a lot of hands or is in a etiquette, and the cigarettes are put into a cigarette case or are transmitted to other people under an unknown condition after the consumer does not smoke the cigarettes, so that one problem affects the body health, and the other problem affects the oral hygiene.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a preparation method of cigarette tipping paper containing edible pigment printing ink, which can be used for harmlessly detecting whether a cigarette filter head is sucked by other products and eliminating the damage of nicotine to human bodies to a certain extent.
The technical scheme of the invention is to provide a preparation method of cigarette tipping paper containing edible pigment ink, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) printing water-based ink containing anthocyanin pigments to the tipping paper base paper layer through a flexible plate;
(2) spraying starch paste on the tipping paper obtained in the step (1), and drying at low temperature of 50-70 ℃;
(3) bonding ascorbic acid powder containing edible bonding agent to the tipping paper obtained in the step (2);
(4) shading and airing.
Preferably, the edible binder in step (3) is maltodextrin.
Preferably, the aqueous ink containing anthocyanin pigment comprises the following components in parts by mass: 35-50 parts of acrylic resin emulsion, 20-35 parts of anthocyanin pigment, 2-4 parts of wetting dispersant, 0.5-2 parts of transfer agent, 0.2-2 parts of defoaming agent, 10-25 parts of deionized water, 5-10 parts of cosolvent and 0.1-1 part of pH regulator.
Preferably, the defoaming agent is one or more of silicon emulsion, oleic acid monoglyceride and sorbitol oleate.
Preferably, the wetting dispersant is one or more of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, alkylamide taurate, dialkyl succinic acid sulfonate and alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether.
Preferably, the drying time required in step (2) is 20-40 h.
Preferably, the bonding operation mode in the step (3) is low-temperature spraying.
Preferably, the using amount of the ascorbic acid powder is 2-4 times of the mass of the anthocyanin pigment, and the purity of the ascorbic acid powder is 70% -99%.
The anthocyanin pigment is a water-soluble pigment widely existing in plants, forms colorful colors of fruits, flowers and vegetables, is mostly in the form of glycoside with sugar, has strong antioxidant activity due to high activity, temperature, pH, oxygen, metal particles, ascorbic acid and the like which can influence the stability of the anthocyanin, can be faded by adding or condensing with the ascorbic acid due to the structure of the anthocyanin, can not adopt the processes of blanching and the like when the water-based ink of the anthocyanin pigment is used, needs to adopt a flexible plate printing with small influence on the stability of the anthocyanin for color protection of the anthocyanin, and in the scheme, the finished tipping paper can be regarded as being composed of three layers, namely a water-based ink layer containing the anthocyanin pigment and a starch paste layer, namely a glutinous rice paper layer from inside to outside in sequence, namely the glutinous rice paper layer, The ascorbic acid layer is used for protecting the filter head after the tipping paper is finished or the filter head is tipped in during actual use, so that substances such as light, oxygen and the like can be prevented from damaging the ascorbic acid and losing the effect of the ascorbic acid.
It is worth noting that the function principle of the scheme is to assemble the prepared tipping paper containing three layers of substances on the cigarette, when a consumer starts to smoke the cigarette, the lips are contained on the filter head wrapped by the tipping paper of the scheme, when the product is sucked, the water vapor or saliva in the oral cavity can be used for coating the ascorbic acid on the lips, and the temperature of the saliva and the lips melts the glutinous rice paper which is originally used for separating the ascorbic acid from the aqueous ink containing the anthocyanin pigment to be in direct contact with the aqueous ink, so that the ascorbic acid is in direct contact with the aqueous ink, the ascorbic acid is in direct contact with the anthocyanin, and with the increase of saliva and the continuous clamping of lips, the ascorbic acid is accelerated to react with the anthocyanin until the anthocyanin fades, the fading of the anthocyanin indicates that the cigarette is smoked or contained by a consumer, and the next cigarette smoker can judge whether the cigarette end is sanitary.
Meanwhile, the smoker mostly eats vitamin C, namely ascorbic acid, which is beneficial to improving the resistance of cells, keeping the elasticity of blood vessels, eliminating nicotine in the body and relieving the damage of cigarettes to the body of the smoker.
The cigarette with the anthocyanin has the beneficial effects that by the principle that the anthocyanin can fade through the ascorbic acid, when the cigarette is smoked, the glutinous rice paper which is originally used as a partition is melted by saliva or lip temperature, so that the anthocyanin and the ascorbic acid are directly contacted and fade, and a consumer is reminded of whether the cigarette is smoked by other people, and the cigarette is safe and nontoxic.
