a discharging device of a bag making machine comprises a discharging box and a discharging roller; the discharging box is of a hollow structure, and the plastic bag extends into the discharging box from one end of the discharging box, is cut by the cutting mechanism and then extends out of the other end of the discharging box; the cutting mechanism is arranged between the second guide roller and the discharging roller, and the plastic bag is placed on the discharging roller after passing through the first guide roller and the second guide roller in a staggered manner and is discharged out of the material box along the discharging roller; the discharging roller is rotatably arranged at the bottom of the discharging box through an adjusting frame, the adjusting frame comprises a support, a sleeve and a sector gear, the upper end of the support is rotatably connected with the discharging roller, and the lower end of the support is slidably arranged in the sleeve and is fixedly connected with the sleeve through a telescopic spring; the outside fixed mounting of support has the rack, fan-shaped gear rotates through the mounting bracket and installs in the inside of going out the magazine, and fan-shaped gear and rack toothing.
As a further scheme of the invention: the discharging box is provided with a conveyor belt at the discharging position of the plastic bag.
As a further scheme of the invention: and a rotating motor for driving the sector gear to rotate is fixedly arranged in the material outlet box.
As a further scheme of the invention: the discharging roller is of a hollow structure, the discharging roller is installed on the adjusting mechanism through rotation of the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is of a hollow structure, the rotating shaft is communicated with the inside of the discharging roller, the discharging box is fixedly provided with a water tank and a water pump, one end of the water pump is communicated with the inside of the water tank, and the other end of the water pump is communicated with the rotating shaft through a water pipe.

As a further scheme of the invention: the cutting mechanism comprises a top plate, a crankshaft and a cutter, the top plate is fixedly mounted on the top wall of the discharging box, two mounting plates are symmetrically and fixedly mounted on the front side and the rear side of the top plate, the crankshaft is rotatably mounted between the two mounting plates, a rotating sleeve is rotatably mounted at the shaft neck of the crankshaft, the cutter is slidably mounted between the two mounting plates, a connecting rod is hinged to the rotating sleeve, and the other end of the connecting rod is hinged to the cutter.
As a further scheme of the invention: and a driving motor for driving the crankshaft to rotate is fixedly arranged on the rear mounting plate.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, after the plastic bag is cut by the cutting mechanism, the bracket is driven to move downwards through the sector gear, so that the plastic bag is forced to be separated from the discharging roller, the plastic bag is prevented from being heated and adhered to the discharging roller, and cooling water is introduced into the discharging roller, so that the temperature of the surface of the discharging roller is reduced, the viscosity of the plastic bag is reduced, and smooth discharging is ensured.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, a discharging device of a bag making machine includes a discharging box 1 and a discharging roller 9; the discharging box 1 is of a hollow structure, and the plastic bag 2 extends into the discharging box 1 from one end and extends out of the other end of the discharging box 1 after being cut by the cutting mechanism 8; the inside of the discharging box 1 is sequentially provided with a first guide roller 3, a second guide roller 4 and a discharging roller 9 along the moving direction of the plastic bag 2, the cutting mechanism 8 is arranged between the second guide roller 4 and the discharging roller 9, the plastic bag 2 is placed on the discharging roller 9 after passing through the first guide roller 3 and the second guide roller 4 in a staggered manner and is discharged out of the discharging box 1 along with the discharging roller 9, and the cutting mechanism 8 cuts the plastic bag 2;
the discharging box 1 is provided with a conveyor belt 10 at the discharging position of the plastic bag 2, and the cut and separated plastic bag 2 is discharged under the driving of the conveyor belt 10;
in order to prevent the plastic bag 2 from being heated and adhered to the discharging roller 9, the discharging roller 9 is rotatably mounted at the bottom of the discharging box 1 through an adjusting bracket, the adjusting bracket comprises a bracket 11, a sleeve 12 and a sector gear 14, the upper end of the bracket 11 is rotatably connected with the discharging roller 9, and the lower end of the bracket 11 is slidably mounted inside the sleeve 12 and is fixedly connected with the sleeve 12 through a telescopic spring 13; a rack is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the support 11, the sector gear 14 is rotatably arranged inside the discharging box 1 through a mounting rack 15, the sector gear 14 is meshed with the rack, the sector gear 14 intermittently contacts with the rack during rotation, so that the support 11 is driven to move downwards, after the cutting mechanism 8 cuts the plastic bag 2, the plastic bag 2 is heated and possibly adhered to the discharging roller 9, and at the moment, the sector gear 14 drives the support 11 to move downwards, so that the plastic bag 2 is forced to be separated from the discharging roller 9;
specifically, in this embodiment, a rotating motor for driving the sector gear 14 to rotate is fixedly installed inside the discharging box 1, after the cutting mechanism 8 finishes cutting, a pulse signal is given to the rotating motor, the rotating motor adjusts the sector gear 14 to rotate and drives the support 11 to move downwards, at this time, the plastic bag 2 is separated from the discharging roller 9, and then the pulse signal is finished, and the rotating motor stops working;
the discharging roller 9 is of a hollow structure, the discharging roller 9 is rotatably mounted on the adjusting mechanism through a rotating shaft 24, the rotating shaft 24 is of a hollow structure, the rotating shaft 24 is communicated with the inside of the discharging roller 9, a water tank 5 and a water pump 6 are fixedly mounted on the discharging box 1, one end of the water pump 6 is communicated with the inside of the water tank 5, and the other end of the water pump 6 is communicated with the rotating shaft 24 through a water pipe 7 and used for introducing cooling water into the discharging roller 9, so that the surface temperature of the discharging roller 9 is reduced, and the viscosity of the plastic bag 2 is reduced;
specifically, in this embodiment, the water pipe 7 is a hose structure;
in order to further prevent the plastic bag 2 from adhering to the discharging roller 9, the outside of the discharging roller 9 is covered with a release sheet 23.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 3, the embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that the cutting mechanism 8 includes a top plate 16, a crankshaft 21 and a cutter 19, the top plate 16 is fixedly installed on the top wall of the discharging box 1, two mounting plates 18 are symmetrically and fixedly installed on the front and rear sides of the top plate 16, the crankshaft 21 is rotatably installed between the two mounting plates 18, a rotating sleeve 20 is rotatably installed at the journal of the crankshaft 21, the cutter 19 is slidably installed between the two mounting plates 18, a connecting rod 22 is hinged on the rotating sleeve 20, the other end of the connecting rod 22 is hinged to the cutter 19, and the cutter 19 is driven by the connecting rod 22 to slide up and down when the crankshaft 21 rotates;
specifically, in this embodiment, the rear mounting plate 18 is fixedly mounted with a driving motor 17 for driving the crankshaft 21 to rotate.
