A die-cutting leveler as defined in claim 3 wherein: the steel plate discharging machine is characterized in that the machine body (1) is provided with a discharging device for discharging a cut steel plate out of the machine body (1), the discharging device comprises a driven roller (20) horizontally and rotatably connected to the machine body (1), a discharging frame (21) connected to the machine body (1) in a sliding mode in the vertical direction, a driven roller (22) rotatably connected to the discharging frame (21) and located right above the driven roller (20), a discharging screw (23) in threaded connection with the machine body (1) and driving the discharging frame (21) to move downwards, a spring (24) arranged between the lower end face of the discharging screw (23) and the upper end face of the discharging frame (21), and a transmission rod (25) rotatably connected to the machine body (1), and the transmission rod (25) is connected with the driven roller (20) in a bevel gear mode.

6. A die-cutting leveler as defined in claim 1 wherein: the steel plate feeding end of the machine body (1) is provided with a plurality of guide rollers (29), and the guide rollers (29) are parallel to the first leveling roller (7).

A die-cutting leveler as defined in claim 1 wherein: the machine body (1) is provided with a guide rail (19) for the positioning block (18) to slide, the guide rail (19) is arranged on two sides of the guide rod (17) in two components, and the length direction of the guide rail (19) is parallel to the first leveling roller (7).
