To protect the planetary gear assembly 22, a water deflector 5 is also provided within the housing 1, the water deflector 5 being located between the planetary gear assembly 22 and the sprinkler 4. In order not to influence the planetary gear 222 to drive the stirring piece 23 to work, the water baffle 5 comprises an inner baffle 51 and an outer baffle 52, the gap of the inner baffle 51 is positioned at the inner periphery of the outer baffle 52, an annular gap is formed between the inner baffle 51 and the outer baffle 52, and the stirring piece 23 can move along the annular gap. Specifically, the inner baffle 51 is fixedly connected with the driving gear 221, the stirring piece 23 on the driving gear 221 penetrates through the inner baffle 51 and extends into the drainer 3, and the outer baffle 52 and the inner gear 223 are fixed on the upper cover 12. Preferably, the outer baffle 52 is provided with two second through holes 521, and the two second through holes 521 correspond to the water inlet 121 and the rice inlet 122, respectively.
When the draining device is installed, the draining device 3 is placed in the casing 1, the inner gear 223, the outer baffle 52 and the sprinkler 4 are stacked from top to bottom and fixedly installed on the upper cover 12, the lower end of the sprinkler 4 is just connected with the upper end of the draining device 3, the diameter of the inner circumferential surface of the sprinkler 4 is equal to the diameter of the top opening of the draining device 3, and the outer circumferential surface of the sprinkler 4 is connected with the inner wall of the barrel 11. The rice inlet 122, the first through hole 2231, the second through hole 521 and the conduit 6 are communicated in sequence, and rice can enter the drainer 3 through the above structures; the water inlet 121, the first through hole 2231, the second through hole 521 and the water inlet 411 of the water guiding groove 115 are communicated in sequence, water can enter the sprinkler 4 through the structures and then is sprayed on the side wall of the drainer 3 through the water spraying holes 42; the stirring piece 23 extends into the drainer 3 through the inner baffle 51 or the gap between the inner baffle and the outer baffle, and fully stirs and cleans the water and the rice in the drainer 3.

Claims (10)

1. An automatic rice washing device, comprising:
the device comprises a shell (1), wherein a containing cavity is formed in the shell (1);
agitating unit (2), agitating unit (2) set up in shell (1), agitating unit (2) are including driving piece (21), planetary gear assembly (22) and at least one stirring piece (23), driving piece (21) pass through planetary gear assembly (22) drive at least one stirring piece (23) rotation and revolution simultaneously.

The automatic rice washing device of claim 1, wherein the planetary gear assembly (22) comprises a driving gear (221), a planetary gear (222) and an internal gear (223), the internal gear (223) is fixedly installed on the inner top surface of the housing (1), the driving gear (221) and the internal gear (223) are coaxially arranged with a gap therebetween, the driving gear (221) is rotated by the driving member (21), the planetary gear (222) is engaged with the driving gear (221) and the internal gear (223), the driving gear (221) drives the stirring member (23) to rotate, and the planetary gear (222) drives the stirring member (23) to rotate and revolve simultaneously.

An automatic rice washing device according to claim 2, wherein a drainer (3) is further provided in the casing (1), the lower end of the casing (1) is provided with at least two water discharge ports (111) having different heights, and at least one of the water discharge ports (111) is provided near the inner bottom surface of the casing (1).

The automatic rice washing device of claim 3, wherein the drainer (3) is in the shape of a truncated cone with an open top end, the diameter of the top end of the drainer (3) is larger than that of the bottom end of the drainer, the bottom end of the drainer (3) is in the shape of a funnel, a rice outlet (32) is formed in the bottom surface of the drainer (3), a rice outlet (112) is formed in the bottom surface of the housing (1) corresponding to the rice outlet (32), and an open/close door (113) is arranged at the rice outlet (112).
5. The automatic rice washing device as claimed in claim 4, wherein an open/close valve is provided at the water outlet (111), the open/close valve (113) is a rotary baffle plate, and the rotary baffle plate is driven by the steering engine to rotate.

An automatic rice washing device as claimed in any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein the top end surface of the housing (1) is provided with a water inlet (121) and a rice inlet (122), the side wall of the housing (1) is provided with a water guide groove (114) and a rice guide groove (115), water entering from the water inlet (121) flows into the housing (1) along the water guide groove (114), and rice entering from the rice inlet (122) falls into the drainer (3) along the guide pipe (6) in the rice guide groove (115).

The automatic rice washing device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the water introduced from the water guide groove (114) washes the side wall of the water draining device (3) through a sprinkler (4), the sprinkler (4) is located between the planetary gear assembly (22) and the water draining device (3), the sprinkler (4) comprises an annular water channel (41), a plurality of sprinkler holes (42) are circumferentially distributed on the wall of the annular water channel (41), the water introduced from the water guide groove (114) enters the annular water channel (41) through the water inlet holes (411) and then flows out from the sprinkler holes (42) onto the side wall of the water draining device (3).
8. An automatic rice washing device according to claim 7, characterized in that the annular water channel (41) has a gap (43), and the outlet end of the conduit (6) extends through the gap (43) to above the opening of the drainer (3).

An automatic rice-washing device according to any one of claims 7-8, further comprising a water guard (5), said water guard (5) being located between said planetary gear assembly (22) and said sprinkler (4), said water guard (5) comprising an inner baffle (51) and an outer baffle (52), said inner baffle (51) being spaced apart and coaxially disposed at an inner periphery of said outer baffle (52), said planetary gear (222) driven agitator (23) revolving along the gap between said inner and outer baffles.
10. The automatic rice washing device of claim 9, wherein the inner gear (223), the outer baffle (52) and the sprinkler (4) are sequentially stacked and fixedly arranged on the inner top surface of the casing (1) from top to bottom, through holes corresponding to the water inlet (121) and the rice inlet (122) are formed in the inner gear (223) and the outer baffle (52), the inner diameter of the sprinkler (4) is equal to the opening diameter of the water drainer (3), and the outer peripheral wall of the sprinkler (4) is connected with the inner peripheral wall of the casing (1).
