本文中,瓶体110可以用于旨在用于具有标准的28毫米的瓶口130和标准的基部170的大约250毫升的饮料尺寸。瓶体110可以具有大约167毫米左右的整体高度。然而,瓶体110及其特征可以根据期望放大或缩小尺寸。在250毫升的尺寸中,瓶体110可以使用大约15克或更少PET材料或其他类型的热塑性塑料。波浪形凹槽270的凹痕210可以在瓶体110的侧壁220内延伸大约3.3毫米到大约3.7毫米左右。在当前示例中可以是大约3.5毫米。凹痕210的深度可以变化。
在使用中,瓶体110可以以传统的热填充过程填充并且在传统的加盖工位中加以封盖。随着瓶体110中的饮料冷却,饮料将会收缩并且开始在其中抽真空。与可以设计为通过关于基部变形来适应真空的传统热填充容器相比,本文中的瓶体110由于使用了下部区段160中波浪形凹槽270和舌形面板290而具有改善的刚度。波浪形凹槽270和舌形面板290允许有限的弯折和挠曲来吸收真空,同时保持瓶体110的完整性和形状。Z状的形状280的使用也可以允许受控量的扭曲来适应其中进一步的真空。如果在颈圈下的整个表面面积大约为26,426平方毫米,并且下部区段160的表面面积为大约11,461平方毫米,则挠曲的下部区段160与瓶体110的整体的整体比例可以是大约百分之43.3。下部区段160的直径减小可以小于大约1.5%左右。此外,上部区段150提供具有改进的环向强度和改进的顶部加载的舒适的抓握。标签或其他类型的包装物可以以传统的方式整体或部分地贴到瓶体110上。
明显地,波浪形凹槽270,Z状的形状280和舌形面板290的使用以减少的材料量提供了这种刚度。即使在250毫升的尺寸的情况下,传统的热填充瓶体可能需要附加的材料,尤其是在瓶体通过基部适应真空的情况下更是如此。因此,减少量的材料明显节省了热填充瓶体的成本。本文中,瓶体110可以是超轻的但是具有改善的刚度。在使用用于250毫升的瓶体的少于大约15克的材料的情况下,材料与尺寸的比例因此可以是大约一(1)比十七(17)或更小。

Claims (17)

1.一种用于在热填充过程中填充的饮料的容器,所述容器包括:
上部区段;以及
下部区段;
所述下部区段包括限定多个舌形面板的波浪形凹槽;并且
其中,所述波浪形凹槽包括大体上Z状的形状,并且其中,沿所述下部区段的长度的竖直线截断所述波浪形凹槽至少两次。
2.如权利要求1所述的容器,进一步包括圆顶,并且其中,所述圆顶与所述上部区段通过上部圆周凹槽分隔开。
3.如权利要求1所述的容器,其中,所述上部区段和所述下部区段通过中部圆周凹槽分隔开。
4.如权利要求1所述的容器,其中,所述上部区段包括在其中的上部区段圆周凹槽。
5.如权利要求1所述的容器,进一步包括基部,并且其中,所述基部与所述下部区段通过下部圆周凹槽分隔开。
6.如权利要求1所述的容器,其中,所述下部区段包括大体上沙漏状构型,所述沙漏状构型是呈上部直径减小区域和下部直径增大区域的形式。
