The pivot shaft 11513 includes three portions, a first portion received in a cavity formed in the middle of the pivot guide 11512, a second portion having a lower surface that abuts an upper surface of the cam 11512a of the pivot guide 11512, and a third portion having a pivot post formed therebelow for pivotal connection to a pair of intermeshing drive gears 11521 disposed in the pivot support housing 1152.
Each rotating main shaft 11513 is rotatably connected to drive gear 11521 by the rotational connection of the rotating posts to intermeshed drive gears 11521. By designing the two intermeshing drive gears 11521 to give the rotating spindle 11513 a rotational urging force, the spindle guide 11512 is facilitated to move since the rotating spindle 11513 serves to position the spindle guide 11512.
In addition, a washer 11516 is provided on the top of the shaft supporting box 1152, and a washer 11516 is covered above the above-mentioned pair of driving gears 11521 engaged with each other, and the washer 11516 contacts with the third portion of the rotating main shaft 11513 to reduce the frictional resistance during the rotation of the rotating main shaft 11513.
Further, the main ridge 11511 is provided with a U-shaped hole 11511b, and in this embodiment, the U-shaped hole 11511b is provided below the second return spring 11515. The hinge mechanism 115 further includes a positioning pin 1153, and the positioning pin 1153 is connected to the first support frame 113 or the second support frame 114 through the U-shaped hole 11511 b. By designing the U-shaped aperture 11511b such that the main spine 11511 is able to move within the U-shaped aperture 11511b by the positioning action of the positioning pin 1153 during rotation of the support housing 1152 relative to the shaft, a guiding rotational action is provided to the main spine 11511 to avoid skewing.
When the mobile terminal 10 is used, the two main ridges 11511 rotate relative to the supporting box 1152 under the action of an external force, when the housing 11 and the display 12 are folded inwards, the two second return springs 11515 are compressed to have an elastic force of restoring to the original state, and the two first return springs 11514 are stretched to have a tensile force of restoring to the original state, so that the elastic force of the two second return springs 11515 and the tensile force of the two first return springs 11514 are balanced against each other, and the housing 11 and the display 12 can be kept in the folded-inwards state. When the housing 11 and the display screen 12 are maintained in a flat state, both the two second return springs 11515 and both the two first return springs 11514 handle a natural state.
The above-described hinge mechanism 115 is used as follows: when the mobile terminal 10 needs to be folded, the opposite ends of the mobile terminal 10 in the direction of the front surface 11a are pressed by the hand of a human body to be folded inwards, at this time, the main ridge 11511 rotates around the shaft supporting box 1152 as a central point, the U-shaped hole 11511b on the main ridge 11511 moves along the positioning pin 1153, the two second return springs 11515 are compressed, the rotating main shaft 11513 rotates around the shaft supporting box 1152 as a central point, and at the same time, the rotating column on the rotating main shaft 11513 pushes the driving gear 11521 to rotate, the two first return springs 11514 are stretched, the two second return springs 11515 are compressed to have an elastic force for recovering, the two first return springs 11514 are stretched to have a tensile force for recovering, and the elastic force and the tensile force are in a balanced state, so that the mobile terminal 20 can be folded inwards in different forms and in a folded state like as a wallet. When the mobile terminal 10 needs to be restored, the above components may move in opposite directions.
Above-mentioned mobile terminal 10, through be equipped with first carriage 113 in mobile terminal 10, second carriage 114 and connect the hinge mechanism 115 between first carriage 113 and second carriage 114, thereby the rotation of hinge mechanism 115 drives the infolding of casing 10, thereby can drive the bending of locating display screen 12 on casing 10, in order to present a folding mobile terminal 10, when being the state of buckling, both ends that display screen 12 is located casing 11 front 11a direction are close to each other, the part that is located back 11c rotates and is the display main interface, can be used to show main information and carry out corresponding operation, improve user's visual effect and use experience.

1. A mobile terminal, comprising:
a foldable and tiled mobile terminal housing having a front, sides and a back; and
the display screen is arranged on the shell and extends from the front surface to one side surface of the shell until reaching the back surface of the shell, wherein the inward folding area of the shell corresponding to the display screen is a foldable screen;
when the shell is in a folded-in state, one end of the display screen extending in the front direction is close to the other end.
2. The mobile terminal according to claim 1, wherein a first support frame, a second support frame and a hinge mechanism connected between the first support frame and the second support frame are disposed in the housing, and the hinge mechanism is correspondingly disposed in the fold-in region.
3. The mobile terminal according to claim 2, wherein the hinge mechanism comprises two symmetrically arranged folder members and a shaft support box connecting the two folder members, each folder member being rotated about the shaft support box as a center point by an external force.

The mobile terminal of claim 3, wherein the folding assembly comprises a main spine, a hinge guide block, a rotation main shaft, a first return spring, and a second return spring, the main spine is rotatably connected to the shaft support box, the hinge guide block is connected to the rotation main shaft and the first support frame or the second support frame, the first return spring is connected between the hinge guide block and the rotation main shaft, and the second return spring is connected between the first support frame or the second support frame and the main spine.
5. The mobile terminal of claim 4, wherein a U-shaped hole is formed in the main spine, and the hinge mechanism further comprises a positioning pin, and the positioning pin penetrates through the U-shaped hole to be connected with the first support frame or the second support frame.
6. The mobile terminal as claimed in claim 4, wherein a pair of driving gears engaged with each other are further provided in the shaft supporting box, and each of the rotating spindles is rotatably connected to both of the driving gears.
7. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the display does not extend beyond the fold-in area of the back side.
8. The mobile terminal according to claim 1 or 7, wherein the one side of the housing is one of the sides in the width direction.
9. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the area corresponding to the side surface where the display screen extends is a curved screen.
10. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the housing comprises a main housing and a rear housing, the rear housing is disposed on the back surface and connected to the display screen, the rear housing comprises a bending portion and a leveling portion, and the bending portion is curved when the main housing is folded inward.
