Abstract

The wire fixing structure is used for being installed on a body of the actuator and comprises an end cover, an upper cover and a wire coating seat. The end cover is arranged at one end of the body and is provided with a first concave part and a first abutting part, and the first concave part is provided with two first grooves. The upper cover comprises an upper wall and a side wall extending downwards from the rear end of the upper wall, the side wall is combined with the top of the end cover, the side wall is provided with a second concave part and a second abutting part, and the second concave part is provided with two second grooves. The wire wrapping seat comprises a necking part, the necking part is assembled in the first concave part and the second concave part, two salient points are arranged on the necking part, the two salient points are positioned in the first groove and the second groove, the front edge of the necking part is provided with a bearing surface, and the bearing surface is abutted against the first bearing part and the second bearing part.

Description

Actuator and wire fixing structure thereof
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a wire fixing structure for an actuator, and more particularly, to an actuator and a wire fixing structure thereof.
Background
The actuator widely used in the industry uses the motor as the power, and then the load end can move linearly through the transmission of the screw. Specifically, when the screw is driven by the motor to rotate, the slide engaged with the screw can move relative to the linear rail, so that the working mechanism on the bearing member is driven to move linearly. The wires of current actuators (including, for example, motor power wires and/or signal transmission wires) are usually covered by a covering base, which is fixed on the body of the actuator in a tight fit manner. However, the conventional fixing method of the wire covering sheath is not only disadvantageous to assembly, but also easily causes the wire to be damaged because the covering sheath is loosened or falls off due to careless pulling of a user.
Disclosure of Invention
The present inventors have made extensive studies and designs in view of the above circumstances, and have made the present invention. Accordingly, the present invention is directed to an actuator and a wire fixing structure thereof, which have the advantages of convenient assembly and effectively prevent a wire covering seat of the actuator from loosening and falling off, thereby prolonging the service life of the wire.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention discloses a wire fixing structure mounted on an actuator having a body, characterized in that the wire fixing structure comprises:
the end cover is arranged at one end of the body and comprises a top part, the top part is provided with a first concave part, two sides of the first concave part are respectively provided with a combining part, the first concave part is provided with at least one first groove, and the front edge of the first concave part is provided with a first abutting part;
the upper cover comprises an upper wall and a side wall extending downwards from the rear end of the upper wall, the side wall is combined with the top of the end cover, the bottom end of the side wall is provided with a second concave part, the second concave part is opposite to the first concave part of the end cover, the second concave part is provided with at least one second groove, the second groove is opposite to the first groove of the first concave part, a second abutting part extends downwards from the rear end of the upper wall and is positioned at the inner side of the side wall, the second abutting part is opposite to the front end of the first abutting part, and two connecting parts extend downwards from two sides of the rear end of the upper wall and are respectively combined with the two combining parts; and
a wire-wrapping seat, which comprises a head segment with a necking part, wherein the necking part is assembled in the first concave part and the second concave part, the necking part is provided with at least one salient point, the at least one salient point is positioned in the at least one first groove and the at least one second groove, the front edge of the necking part is provided with a bearing surface with the outer diameter larger than that of the necking part, and the bearing surface is abutted against the first abutting part and the second abutting part.
The first concave part is provided with two first grooves which are separated, the second concave part is provided with two second grooves which are separated, the two second grooves are opposite to the two first grooves of the first concave part, the necking part is provided with two salient points, and each salient point is positioned in one of the first grooves and one of the second grooves.
The first concave part is provided with two upper ends which are respectively adjacent to the two combining parts, the two first grooves are respectively arranged at the two upper ends, the second concave part is provided with two lower ends which correspond to the two upper ends, and the two second grooves are respectively arranged at the two lower ends.
The two connecting parts are arranged between the second abutting part and the side wall, the bottom end of each connecting part is provided with a hook part, each combining part is provided with a combining hole, and when the side wall of the upper cover is combined with the top of the end cover, the hook parts of the two connecting parts are respectively combined in the combining holes of the two combining parts.
The wire covering seat further comprises a supporting part which is arranged at the rear side of the head section, and the supporting part has a larger outer diameter than the necking part and is assembled in the first flange and the second flange.
The second concave part and the first concave part form a round through hole, and the second flange and the first flange form an oval hole.
The upper wall is provided with a lampshade corresponding to the upper part of the control signal lamp, so that the light of the control signal lamp can be displayed on the upper cover through the lampshade.
Also disclosed is an actuator characterized by comprising:
a body having a front end and a rear end longitudinally spaced apart from the body, the body having a motor mounted therein and an encoder disposed within the rear end of the body;
a sliding seat which is arranged on the body and can be driven by the motor to reciprocate relative to the body along the longitudinal direction; and
the wire fixing structure as described above.
Wherein the end cap is located at a rear side of the encoder.
Through the structure, the wire fixing device can effectively fix and use wires, is simple in structure, convenient to assemble and disassemble and wide in application range, prevents the wires from loosening and falling off, can improve the using effect, can ensure the normal use of the actuator, and avoids unnecessary maintenance and disassembly.
Other objects, advantages and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description of the preferred embodiments thereof, when read in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

Detailed Description
The present invention is capable of many different structural embodiments. An embodiment of the present invention will now be described, by way of example only and not by way of limitation, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:
fig. 1-3 illustrate one embodiment of a wire fixing structure 10 constructed in accordance with the present invention applied to an actuator 12. In the present embodiment, the actuator 12 is an electric cylinder and includes a body 14 and a slide 16 disposed on the body 14, a motor 18 and a screw 20 are disposed inside the body 14, an outer end 22 of the screw 20 is coupled to a shaft fixing plate 24, and the fixing plate 24 is coupled to the slide 16. When the motor 18 is operated, the screw 20 is driven to drive the fixing plate 24 and the slider 16 to reciprocate relative to the body 14 along a longitudinal direction (as indicated by arrows a-a in fig. 3) of the body 14. Since the motor 18, the screw 20 and the slider 16 are not the technical features of the present invention, they are not described in detail herein. Further, the present invention does not limit the actuator 12 to be an electric cylinder and does not limit the application range of the wire fixing structure 10.
The body 14 has a front end 26 and a rear end 28 spaced apart in the longitudinal direction, an encoder 30 is provided within the rear end 28 of the body 14 to sense the rotational position of the rotor of the motor 18 and to feed information back to the control system, and at least one control signal light 32 is provided within the rear end 28 of the body 14 to indicate the operating status of the mechanism. The wire fixing structure 10 of the present invention is disposed at the rear end 28 of the body 14 for positioning the wire (e.g., power line or transmission line, not shown) of the actuator 12 on the body 14. The wire fixing structure 10 includes an end cap 34, an upper cap 36 and a wire covering base 38. In the present embodiment, the end cap 34 is mounted to the end of the rear end 28 of the body 14 behind the encoder 30, and the upper cap 36 is mounted to the upper portion of the rear end 28 of the body 14 above the control signal lamp 32 (see fig. 2).
Referring to fig. 4 to 9, the end cap 34 includes a top portion 40, the top portion 40 has an arc-shaped first recess 42 at the center, two sides of the first recess 42 respectively extend upward to form a combining portion 44, and each combining portion 44 has a combining hole 46. The first recess 42 has two upper ends 48 respectively adjacent to the two combining portions 44, and each upper end 48 has a first groove 50. Further, a first abutment 52 extends outwardly from the leading edge of the first recess 42 and a first flange 54 extends outwardly from the trailing edge of the first recess 42.
The top cover 36 includes a top wall 56 and a side wall 58 extending downward from a rear end of the top wall 56. In the present embodiment, the upper wall 56 is provided with two lampshades 60 corresponding to the upper side of the control signal lamp 32, so that the mechanism status lamp light reflected by the control signal lamp 32 can be displayed on the upper cover 36 through the lampshades 60, so that a person can easily grasp the problem point that may occur when the actuator 12 is actuated and deal with the problem point in time. The side wall 58 is combined with the top portion 40 of the end cap 34. in the present embodiment, the bottom end of the side wall 58 has an arc-shaped second recess 62, the second recess 62 is opposite to the first recess 42 of the end cap 34, and the two are formed with a substantially circular through hole 64 therein (see fig. 6). The second recess 62 has two lower ends 66 corresponding to the two upper ends 48 of the first recess 42, each lower end 66 having a second groove 68, the second grooves 68 being substantially opposite the first grooves 50 of the first recess 42 (see fig. 6). Further, a second flange 70 extends outwardly from the rear edge of the second recess 62 generally opposite the first flange 54 of the end cap 34 and defines a generally oval aperture 72 therein (see FIG. 4). A second abutting portion 74 extends downward from the rear end of the upper wall 56 and is located inside the side wall 58, in the present embodiment, the second abutting portion 74 is separated from the side wall 58 by a specific distance and is substantially opposite to the front end of the first abutting portion 52 (see fig. 8). Two connecting portions 76 extend downward from two sides of the rear end of the upper wall 56 and are located between the second abutting portion 74 and the side wall 58, and a hook portion 78 is provided at the bottom end of each connecting portion 76. When the side wall 58 of the upper cover 36 is combined with the top portion 40 of the end cap 34 (see fig. 9), the hook portions 78 of the two connecting portions 76 are respectively combined in the combining holes 46 of the two combining portions 44, so that the upper cover 36 is firmly combined with the end cap 34.
The wire covering base 38 includes a cylindrical tail section 80, a head section 84 having a necked-down portion 82, and a support portion 86 located between the tail section 80 and the head section 84, the support portion 86 having an outer diameter larger than the necked-down portion 82 and being assembled in the hole 72 formed by the first and second flanges 54, 70, the necked-down portion 82 being assembled in the through hole 64 formed by the first and second recesses 42, 62, the necked-down portion 82 having at least one protrusion 88 thereon, in the present embodiment, the necked-down portion 82 having two protrusions 88 thereon, the protrusions 88 being located in the first and second grooves 50, 68 (see fig. 7). Furthermore, the front edge of the necked portion 82 has a bearing surface 90 with an outer diameter larger than that of the necked portion 82, and the bearing surface 90 abuts against the first and second abutting portions 52, 74 (see fig. 8). The tail end 80 is wrapped around the wire (not shown) and the tail end 80 has an outlet 92.
The wire fixing structure 10 of the present invention is assembled by fixing the bottom 96 of the end cap 34 to the body 14 by a connecting member 94 such as a screw (see fig. 1); assembling the wire cover seat 38 on the end cap 34 such that the support portion 86 of the wire cover seat 38 is located on the first flange 54, the necked-down portion 82 is located on the first recess 42 and the two protrusions 88 of the necked-down portion 82 are located in the first groove 50; then, the upper cover 36 is assembled on the wire covering seat 38, such that the second flange 70 is located on the wire covering seat 38, the second recess 62 is located on the necking portion 82 and the second groove 68 is located on the two protrusions 88, and the hooks 78 of the upper cover 36 are respectively engaged with the engaging holes 46 of the end cover 34. When the upper cover 36 is firmly combined with the end cover 34, the bearing surface 90 of the wire covering seat 38 will abut against the first and second abutting portions 52, 74 (see fig. 8) to prevent the wire covering seat 38 from falling off from the body 14 due to pulling of external force, and in addition, the protruding points 88 of the necking portion 82 are combined in the first and second grooves 50, 68 to limit the rotation of the wire covering seat 38 relative to the body 14, so as to prevent the wire covering seat 38 from loosening due to external force.
While the foregoing is directed to a particular embodiment of the present invention, many variations and modifications may be made which will be apparent to those skilled in the art in light of the above teachings. Obvious substitutions and modifications will now occur to those skilled in the art and are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (9)

1. A wire fixing structure mounted on an actuator having a body, the wire fixing structure comprising:
the end cover is arranged at one end of the body and comprises a top part, the top part is provided with a first concave part, two sides of the first concave part are respectively provided with a combining part, the first concave part is provided with at least one first groove, and the front edge of the first concave part is provided with a first abutting part;
the upper cover comprises an upper wall and a side wall extending downwards from the rear end of the upper wall, the side wall is combined with the top of the end cover, the bottom end of the side wall is provided with a second concave part, the second concave part is opposite to the first concave part of the end cover, the second concave part is provided with at least one second groove, the second groove is opposite to the first groove of the first concave part, a second abutting part extends downwards from the rear end of the upper wall and is positioned at the inner side of the side wall, the second abutting part is opposite to the front end of the first abutting part, and two connecting parts extend downwards from two sides of the rear end of the upper wall and are respectively combined with the two combining parts; and
a wire-wrapping seat, which comprises a head segment with a necking part, wherein the necking part is assembled in the first concave part and the second concave part, the necking part is provided with at least one salient point, the at least one salient point is positioned in the at least one first groove and the at least one second groove, the front edge of the necking part is provided with a bearing surface with the outer diameter larger than that of the necking part, and the bearing surface is abutted against the first abutting part and the second abutting part.
2. The wire fixing structure according to claim 1, wherein the first concave portion has two first grooves spaced apart, the second concave portion has two second grooves spaced apart, the two second grooves are opposed to the two first grooves of the first concave portion, the necked-down portion has two protrusions, and each protrusion is located in one of the first grooves and one of the second grooves.

The wire fixing structure according to claim 2, wherein the first concave portion has two upper ends respectively adjacent to the two engaging portions, the two first grooves are respectively provided at the two upper ends, the second concave portion has two lower ends corresponding to the two upper ends, and the two second grooves are respectively provided at the two lower ends.

The wire fixing structure according to claim 1, wherein the two connecting portions are located between the second abutting portion and the side wall, the bottom end of each connecting portion has a hook, each engaging portion has an engaging hole, and when the side wall of the upper cover is engaged with the top portion of the end cover, the hooks of the two connecting portions are engaged with the engaging holes of the two engaging portions, respectively.

The wire fixing structure according to claim 1, wherein a rear edge of the first recess has a first flange, a rear edge of the second recess has a second flange opposite to the first flange of the end cap, and the wire covering base further includes a support portion at a rear side of the head portion, the support portion having an outer diameter larger than the constricted portion and being assembled in the first and second flanges.
6. The wire fixing structure according to claim 5, wherein the second recess and the first recess define a circular through hole, and the second flange and the first flange define an oval through hole.

The wire fixing structure according to claim 1, wherein at least one control signal lamp is disposed inside the rear end of the body, and the upper wall has a lampshade corresponding to the control signal lamp, so that light of the control signal lamp can be displayed on the upper cover through the lampshade.
8. An actuator, characterized by comprising:
a body having a front end and a rear end longitudinally spaced apart from the body, the body having a motor mounted therein and an encoder disposed within the rear end of the body;
a sliding seat which is arranged on the body and can be driven by the motor to reciprocate relative to the body along the longitudinal direction; and
the wire fixing structure according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. The actuator of claim 8, wherein the end cap is located on a rear side of the encoder.
