As an embodiment of the present invention, the fixing frame 11 includes a fixing frame main body 111 and a cover plate 112 covering the fixing frame main body 111, the electric output part 13 and the information output part 14 are located below the cover plate 112, the first insulating part 17 and the second insulating part 18 are respectively disposed on the cover plate 112, the first through hole 171 penetrates the first insulating part 17 and the cover plate 112, and the second through hole 181 penetrates the second insulating part 18 and the cover plate 112.
The first insulating portion 17 and the second insulating portion 18 are integrally formed on the cover plate 112, which facilitates the processing of the first insulating portion 17 and the second insulating portion 18. By providing the first insulating portion 17 and the second insulating portion 18 on the cover plate 112, the first insulating portion 17 and the second insulating portion 18 can insulate and isolate the electric output portion 13 and the information output portion 14 from each other by simply mounting the cover plate 112 on the holder main body 111, which facilitates mounting of the power communication module 1. In addition, the first insulating portion 17 may be directly fitted over the electric output portion 13, and the second insulating portion 18 may be directly fitted over the information output portion 14 to similarly perform an insulating function.
In this embodiment, the fixing frame main body 111 has a receiving cavity, and the processing unit 12 is disposed in the receiving cavity. The wiring hole 113 is disposed at the bottom of the holder main body 111, the electric output part 13 and the information output part 14 are disposed at the top of the receiving cavity, and the cover plate 112 covers the receiving cavity of the holder main body 111. In addition, the electric output unit 13 and the information output unit 14 may be fixed to the lower portion of the cover plate 112. The first magnet portion 16 may be provided on the cover plate 112 or on the holder main body 111.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first insulating portion 17 and the second insulating portion 18 are column-shaped protrusions, so that the electric output portion 13 and the information output portion 14 are far away from the top of the first insulating portion 17 and the second insulating portion 18, thereby further preventing the user's finger from touching the electric output portion 13 and the information output portion 14, and further improving the safety performance; moreover, when the functional module 2 of the electronic product is installed on the energized communication module 1, the electrical input part 23 of the functional module 2 is correspondingly inserted into the first through hole 171 of the first insulating part 17 and contacts with the electrical output part 13, and due to the matching of the electrical input part 23 and the first through hole 171 of the first insulating part 17, the electrical input part 23 is plugged with the first insulating part 17, so that the contact stability of the electrical input part 23 and the electrical output part 13 is improved; the information input part 24 is correspondingly inserted into the second through hole 181 of the second insulating part 18 and contacts with the information output part 14, and due to the matching of the information input part 24 and the second through hole 181 of the second insulating part 18, the information input part 24 and the second insulating part 18 are inserted, so that the contact stability of the information input part 24 and the information output part 14 is improved.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the electric input portion 23 and the electric output portion 13 are both made of a magnetic material, and the electric input portion 23 is magnetically attracted when in contact with the electric output portion 13; the information input portion 24 and the information output portion 14 are made of magnetic materials, and the information input portion 24 and the information output portion 14 are magnetically attracted when they are in contact.
In this embodiment, the electric input part 23 and the electric output part 13 are in contact with each other through magnetic interaction, so that the electric input part 23 and the electric output part 13 are in contact with each other more stably, the information input part 24 and the information output part 14 are in contact with each other through magnetic interaction, so that the information input part 24 and the information output part 14 are in contact with each other more stably, good electric signals and information signal transmission performance are ensured, and the reliability of work of electronic products is effectively improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, when a user installs the electronic product for the first time, all the components of the electrified communication module 1 are assembled into a whole, an input wire is connected into the wiring terminal 15 of the electrified communication module 1, the wiring terminal 15 is electrically connected with the processing unit 12 of the electrified communication module 1, and then the fixing frame 11 of the electrified communication module 1 is fixed on a wall; the components of the functional module 2 are assembled into a whole, then the second magnet part 25 on the panel assembly 21 is aligned and adsorbed with the first magnet part 16 on the fixed frame 11, and the catching groove 210 on the panel assembly 21 is aligned and buckled with the catching table 110 on the fixed frame 11, at this time, the electric input part 23 of the functional module 2 correspondingly contacts with the electric output part 13 of the electrified communication module 1, and the information input part 24 of the functional module 2 correspondingly contacts with the information output part 14 of the electrified communication module 1, so that the functional module 2 is installed on the electrified communication module 1. When the user needs to replace the electronic product, the user only needs to take the functional module 2 off the power-on communication module 1 and install the functional module 2 of the new electronic product on the power-on communication module 1, and the whole process is very simple and quick.
According to the electronic product provided by the embodiment of the invention, by arranging the power-on communication module 1 and the functional module 2 detachably mounted on the power-on communication module 1, the power-on communication module 1 converts an input signal of an input electric wire into an electric signal and an information signal through the processing unit 12, and outputs the electric signal and the information signal through the electric output part 13 and the information output part 14 respectively; when the functional module 2 of the electronic product is installed on the power-on communication module 1, the functional module 2 is in contact with the electric output part 13 of the power-on communication module 1 through the electric input part 23, and the functional module 2 is in contact with the information output part 14 of the power-on communication module 1 through the information input part 24, so that power supply and signal transmission of the functional module 2 of the electronic product can be realized, and the electronic product is simple and convenient to install. When an electronic product breaks down and needs to be replaced or electronic products with other functions need to be replaced, only the functional module 2 needs to be taken down from the power-on communication module 1, and the functional module 2 of a new electronic product is installed on the power-on communication module 1, so that the functional module 2 of the new electronic product is in contact with the electric output part 13 through the electric input part 23, the information input part 24 is in contact with the information output part 14, the power-on communication module 1 does not need to be detached in the electronic product replacement process, only the functional module 2 of the electronic product needs to be replaced, the functional module 2 of the electronic product is simple to replace, the functional module 2 of the electronic product is convenient to exchange, and the electronic product replacement process does not need to be disconnected and wired by a user, so that the electronic product is simple and convenient to replace, and is convenient for.

the power-on communication module comprises a fixed frame, a processing unit arranged on the fixed frame and connected with an input wire, and at least two electric output parts and an information output part which are connected with the processing unit; the processing unit is used for converting an input signal of the input electric wire into an electric signal and an information signal, the electric output part is used for outputting the electric signal, and the information output part is used for outputting the information signal;
the functional module comprises a panel assembly, a functional circuit board arranged on the panel assembly, at least two electrical input parts connected with the functional circuit board, and an information input part connected with the functional circuit board; the panel component is detachably mounted on the fixing frame, the electric input part is correspondingly contacted with the electric output part so as to input the electric signal to the functional circuit board, and the information input part is correspondingly contacted with the information output part so as to input the information signal to the functional circuit board.
2. The electronic product of claim 1, wherein the panel assembly is detachably mounted on the fixing frame in a manner of magnetic attraction, a snap-fit manner, or a combination of the magnetic attraction and the snap-fit manner.
3. The electronic product of claim 1, wherein the powered communication module further comprises:
a first insulating portion covering the electric output portion, the first insulating portion being provided with a first through hole through which the electric input portion can pass and be in contact with the electric output portion; and
and a second insulating part covering the information output part, the second insulating part being provided with a second through hole through which the information input part can pass and come into contact with the information output part.
4. An electronic product according to claim 1, wherein the electrical input and output are made of a magnetic material, the electrical input and output being magnetically attracted when in contact; the information input part and the information output part are both made of magnetic materials, and the information input part and the information output part are attracted through magnetism when in contact.
5. The electronic product of claim 1, wherein the processing unit is a power carrier module or a ZigBee module.
6. A power-on communication module for an electronic product, the power-on communication module comprising:
a fixed mount;
the processing unit is arranged on the fixed frame and connected with the input electric wire, and is used for decomposing the input signal of the input electric wire into an electric signal and an information signal;
at least two electrical output parts connected with the processing unit and used for outputting the electrical signals; and
an information output unit connected to the processing unit for outputting the information signal;
when the functional module of the electronic product is arranged on the fixed frame, the electric output part is correspondingly contacted with the electric input part of the functional module so as to input the electric signal to the functional module; the information output part is correspondingly contacted with the information input part of the functional module so as to input the information signal to the functional module.
7. The module of claim 6, wherein the functional module is mounted on the fixing frame in a magnetic-attraction manner, a snap-fit manner, or a combination of the magnetic-attraction manner and the snap-fit manner.
8. The power-on communication module for electronic products according to claim 6, further comprising:
a first insulating portion covering the electric output portion, the first insulating portion being provided with a first through hole through which the electric input portion can pass and be in contact with the electric output portion; and
and a second insulating part covering the information output part, the second insulating part being provided with a second through hole through which the information input part can pass and come into contact with the information output part.
9. The module of claim 6, wherein the electrical input and output are made of magnetic material, and the electrical input and output are magnetically attracted when in contact; the information input part and the information output part are both made of magnetic materials, and the information input part and the information output part are attracted through magnetism when in contact.
10. The power-on communication module for electronic products according to claim 6, wherein the processing unit is a power carrier module or a ZigBee module.
