Description

Rare disease diagnosis system and teaching application
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of rare disease detection, in particular to a rare disease diagnosis system and teaching application.
Background
The rare diseases refer to diseases with extremely low incidence rate, and according to the definition of the world health organization, the rare diseases refer to the diseases with the sick people accounting for 0.65-1 per mill of the general population. Although the incidence rate of the rare diseases is not high, China is a large population country, the number of the rare diseases is not small under the condition of a huge population base, and the total number of the population reaches tens of millions according to preliminary statistics.
For rare diseases, a combination of phenotypic and genetic data is often required for diagnosis and a corresponding treatment regimen. In the past rare disease diagnosis process, hospitals often need to provide partial diagnosis records and gene samples of patients to gene testing companies of third parties for analysis and diagnosis, the third party testing companies return paper reports to the hospitals, doctors often have various questions about the diagnosis reports, such as incorrect or incomplete phenotypes cleared from the diagnosis records by the third party testing companies, insufficient match between pathogenic genes and phenotypes observed by the doctors, and the like. Need communicate with third party's detection company again, cause the waste of manpower and materials, also can prolong patient's time of diagnosing.
Aiming at the problems in the related art, the application number 201710804755 and the invention name of an internet-based rare disease auxiliary diagnosis system and a using method thereof provide the internet-based rare disease auxiliary diagnosis system and the using method thereof, so that the diagnosis of rare diseases is more accurate and efficient. However, the main function of the system is to utilize the AI engine to perform remote diagnosis on the patient, thereby avoiding the problems of seeking medical help step by step and running many places.
However, the inventor finds that the diagnosis of the rare diseases cannot be ensured accurately even by professional doctors and large comprehensive hospitals, and the types of the rare diseases are different and continuously evolve although the incidence rate of the rare diseases is small. By simply utilizing an AI engine or a cloud data technology, only rare cases similar to or similar to existing cases can be diagnosed, but more potential abnormal rare diseases cannot be diagnosed or discovered; the remote diagnosis is extremely uncertain, and finally, the patient continuously enters different hospitals.
In addition, the above-mentioned prior art can only display a certain result to the patient, and cannot deal with the case where the AI system does not obtain a result, to be specific, there is a possibility of misdiagnosis. The foregoing is an admission that, aside from the aforementioned 201710804755, the inventors are aware of the time of filing the application as of the day of filing and is not admitted to be prior art. In addition, in the prior art, a rare disease diagnosis system which is used for teaching application is not provided.
