Management provisions: some special machines need to report construction operation permission (such as hoisting order, dispatching order and the like) every time of operation, and the operation is reported by an operation requirement person or an operation driver, and the operation driver implements the operation according to the approved procedures.
How to implement the management method and carry out effective supervision and early warning, a scheme for judging irregular construction behaviors by monitoring accurate positions of personnel and machinery through installing a plurality of high-precision monitoring base stations on site, installing base stations or radars for machinery, wearing electronic positioning tags for personnel and based on an accurate positioning method is provided on the market.
The disadvantages of this type of solution are also evident: when the construction area is large, a plurality of high-precision positioning devices need to be installed, and the cost is very high; most of machines are leased or cross-job-site transfer sources, and a base station or a radar needs to be installed and dismantled when the machines enter and exit the current job site every time, so that the application process is complicated; the machine data and the operation qualification of the operation driver cannot be monitored.
