Specifically, the server 1 determines a specified queuing position in the queuing queue of the historical reservation number according to the credit level of the user, and determines the determined specified queuing position as the queuing position of the reservation number in the queuing queue, wherein the queuing number at the queuing position before the specified queuing position has a credit level greater than or equal to the credit level of the user, and the queuing number at the queuing position after the specified queuing position has a credit level less than or equal to the credit level of the first user. That is, in this embodiment, the server 1 determines, directly according to the credit level of the user, a position where the user can be inserted in the queuing queue of the historical reservation number, that is, a specified queuing position, where in the process of determining the specified queuing position, it is required to ensure that the credit level of the user at the queuing position before the specified queuing position is greater than or equal to the credit level of the user currently requesting to queue, and the credit level of the user at the queuing position after the specified queuing position is less than or equal to the credit level of the user currently requesting to queue. The condition that the credit level of the user at the queuing position after the specified queuing position is equal to the credit level of the user who requests queuing currently means that a new user is subsequently arranged in the queuing queue, and the credit level of the new user is equal to the credit level of the first user.
In this embodiment, after the server 1 receives the queuing request sent by the number calling terminal 2, a timestamp may be generated based on the time point of receiving the queuing request of the user, and after the server 1 determines the credit level of the user according to the user information, the server may determine the sequence in which the user is served, that is, the queuing position of the reservation number in the queuing queue, according to the timestamp. That is, according to the sequence of the time corresponding to the timestamp and the credit rating of the first user, the server determines the number of users whose credit rating is greater than or equal to the credit rating before the time corresponding to the timestamp, and according to the determined number of users, the sequence of the reservation number in the queue, that is, the queue position of the reservation number, can be further determined. For example, if the determined number of users is M, the queuing order of the users is M +1, that is, the users are at the M + 1-th queuing position of the queuing queue.
And step S104, sending the reservation number carrying the user information and the arrangement position of the reservation number to the number calling terminal 2 or the user terminal 4.
In one embodiment, when it is determined that the user sends a number calling request through the number calling terminal 2, the server 1 controls the number calling terminal 2 to print the reservation number and the arrangement position to the user. Specifically, a number outlet is formed in the number calling terminal 2 and connected with a thermal printer. When the user is determined to send a number calling request through the number calling terminal 2, the server 1 controls the thermal printer to print a receipt with a reservation number and a arranging position, and outputs the receipt from the number outlet.
In one embodiment, when it is determined that the user generates the reservation number based on a number calling request sent by the personal account through the user terminal 4, the number calling terminal 2 prints the reservation number and the arrangement position of the reservation number on an electronic ticket through the account of the instant messaging system and sends the electronic ticket to the user terminal 4.
Step S105, sending the subscription number carrying the user information and the arrangement position of the subscription number to the salesman terminal 5.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment, the server 1 sends a subscription number carrying user information and an arrangement position of the subscription number to an attendant terminal 5 in communication with the server 1, so as to facilitate an attendant to identify a user identity according to the subscription number and serve the user according to the arrangement position of the subscription number. The business member can know the identity of the user in advance through the reservation number which is sent by the server 1 and carries the user information, can initialize the information of the user in the business member terminal 5 in advance, shortens the work process and improves the efficiency of the business member.
And step S106, receiving the evaluation information of the customer through an evaluation page.
In an embodiment, if the service corresponding to the current subscription number is completed, the server 1 further displays an evaluation page on the operator terminal 5 to receive the evaluation information of the user. Specifically, the evaluation page includes electronic subscription number information and a service satisfaction degree option. Wherein the service satisfaction options include options of very satisfactory, general, poor, very poor, and the like. The user inputs evaluation information by checking the satisfaction degree option, and the server 1 records the evaluation information corresponding to the electronic appointment number input by the user through the evaluation page. In the embodiment, the method and the device are used for correlating the user information with the reservation number, so that one reservation number is only used by one user, and the problem that a salesman falsely reports the performance through false number fetching is solved.
In another embodiment, if the service corresponding to the current subscription number is completed, the server 1 further displays the evaluation page on the instant messaging system corresponding to the user's instant messaging system account, and receives the evaluation information input by the user in the evaluation page displayed in the instant messaging system.
