In addition, it should be noted that, in order to avoid the influence of environmental conditions on the accuracy of wine sample measurement and reduce the use risk of the instrument, the laboratory conditions for installing the device need to meet the conditions of constant temperature (about 20 ℃) and easy ventilation, and the device is matched with a fire extinguishing device; meanwhile, in order to reduce the interference of the equipment material in contact with the wine body on the quality of the sample and reduce the difference between the prepared sample and the final product, the materials of the sample bottle 1, the pipeline, the cavity of the sampler 205 and the sample outlet needle 3 in direct contact with the wine body in the embodiment preferably adopt inert materials with stable properties and corrosion resistance, such as stainless steel, silica gel, ceramics, glass and the like.

comprises a sampling and sample-out subsystem, a sample receiving subsystem and a control subsystem;
the sampling and sample discharging subsystem comprises a single sample bottle, a sampling device and a sample discharging needle which are sequentially communicated through a pipeline;
the sample receiving subsystem comprises a sample tray and a rotating motor, the output end of the rotating motor is coaxially connected with the sample tray, and the sample tray is positioned on the lower side of the sample outlet needle;
the control subsystem is respectively connected with the sampling device and the rotating motor.

the single sample bottle comprises a plurality of volume specifications;
the single sample bottle with each volume specification is correspondingly communicated with a set of sampling device and a set of sample outlet needle in sequence through a set of pipelines arranged;
the sample outlet needles are arranged in a cluster.

the device also comprises a cantilever support;
the cantilever support comprises a base, a lifting arm, a cantilever and a bundling sleeve;
the base is connected with the lower end of the lifting arm, the upper end of the lifting arm is connected with one end of the cantilever, the other end of the cantilever is connected with the bundling sleeve, and the sample outlet needle is installed in the bundling sleeve.

the sampling device comprises a sampler, a linear motor and a piston;
the pipeline comprises a sample inlet pipe and a sample outlet pipe, the sample inlet pipe is provided with a first valve, and the sample outlet pipe is provided with a second valve;
the sampler is in an injector structure, the telescopic end of the linear motor is connected with the piston, and the piston extends into the cavity of the sampler;
the sampling end of the sampler is simultaneously communicated with the sample inlet pipe and one end of the sample outlet pipe, the other end of the sample inlet pipe is communicated with the single sample bottle, and the other end of the sample outlet pipe is communicated with the sample outlet needle.

the control subsystem is respectively connected with the linear motor, the first valve, the second valve and the rotating motor, wherein the first valve and the second valve are electromagnetic valves.

the sample tray, the rotating motor, the cantilever, the bundling sleeve and the sample outlet needle are arranged in a dust cover.
7. A blending method based on the wine body sample rapid blending device of any one of claims 1 to 6 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, sample preparation: loading different types of single-sample wine with preset usage amount in each single-sample bottle respectively, matching the serial number of each single-sample bottle with the parameter information of the corresponding loaded single-sample wine, and inputting the serial number of each single-sample bottle to the control subsystem;
s2, recipe input: inputting the type and the dosage of the required single-sample wine into a control subsystem;
s3, automatic preparation: and the control subsystem controls each set of sampling device to independently sample the single-sample wine in the corresponding single-sample bottle, and various types of sample wine are injected into the sample bottle after all the samples are taken, so that the prepared sample wine is obtained.

step S2 further includes: the control subsystem calculates and analyzes the expected value of the parameter information of the pre-prepared corresponding sample wine according to the input formula information;
when the expected value is different from the parameter information of the typical wine body with the same style corresponding to the sample wine, the type and the dosage of the single sample wine in the formula are adjusted until the parameter information of the pre-prepared sample wine is close to the parameter information of the typical wine body with the same style corresponding to the sample wine.
