And (3) comparison test III: (without addition of VAE emulsion from test one)
Example 4 above is used as comparative test three;
item | Test No.) | Comparative experiment 2 | Comparative experiment three |
Viscosity of the oil | 2600cps(25℃) | 400cps(25℃) | 2600cps(25℃) |
Solid content | 18% | 24% | 16% |
Applicability to mounting on a computer | Impermeable glue | Permeable adhesive | Impermeable glue |
Amount of sizing | 21 | 32 | 25 |
The test data are shown in the table above.
And (3) analyzing experimental data:
the viscosity of the medium-line adhesive in the first test is 2600 cps, which is far higher than that of the medium-line adhesive in the second comparative test, and the solid content is 18%, which is not much different from 24% in the second comparative test, so that the requirement of the cigarette bobbin paper adhesive on the solid content can be met; meanwhile, the gluing amount of the first test is obviously reduced relative to the second test, the gluing amount of 21 can ensure that glue cannot penetrate after the middle line glue is arranged on a machine, and the glue penetrating phenomenon can easily occur after the middle line glue prepared by the second test for replacing the wood pulp paper raw material of the first test is arranged on the machine, so that the middle line glue of the first test has an obvious effect in adhering the cigarette paper for the tobacco material with the penetration absorption degree of 12000cu, has good adhesion performance and proper gluing amount, can meet the requirement of the cigarette paper on viscosity, can ensure that the glue cannot penetrate after the machine is arranged, and has high mechanical production efficiency.
The third test is the embodiment 4 of the invention, namely, the addition amount of the VAE emulsion in the first test is changed into 0, and on the basis of not adding the VAE emulsion, the viscosity of the obtained neutral line adhesive of the third test is 2600 cps as that of the neutral line adhesive of the first test, and no difference exists; the solid content is not much different from that of the neutral line adhesive in the first experiment; the sizing amount of 25 is improved compared with 21 in the first experiment, but the gum penetration can still be ensured after the machine is operated, so that whether the VAE emulsion is added or not or the addition amount of the VAE emulsion can be adjusted according to specific requirements in the preparation of the midline gum.
