本发明公开了一种鎏金持久无暇粉底液及其制备工艺,粉底液通过添加氯氧化铋浆,可瞬间提亮整个肌肤,与传统粉底液在配方中添加高折射率的油脂相比,提亮效果更加持久且妆容自然不假面,上妆后不会浮粉和卡粉;本方案的粉底液奶油般质地,涂抹感丝滑不油腻,上妆后持久不油闷,自然服帖、光彩夺目;配方中添加了植物油脂及天然成分可以起到保湿,恢复皮肤弹性,减缓皮肤衰老等功效;其制备工艺可以实现规模量产。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域,具体地说是一种鎏金持久无暇粉底液及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场上销售的粉底液产品有很多种,多数产品虽然有轻薄、遮瑕、控油、防水、保湿、润泽、持妆修饰肤色等功效,但同时具备这些特点的产品不多,无法满足客户的使用需求。
因此,需要设计一种鎏金持久无暇粉底液,使其具有养肤、水润、遮瑕、提亮、持妆等多重功效,质地轻盈、自然服帖,妆感自然、控油能力强、遮瑕力足够、持妆久,上妆后透气、清爽不油腻、良好的铺展性、配方当中的轻质硅油带来丝滑般触感,同时产品具有良好的妆容效果且不卡粉不浮粉。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种鎏金持久无暇粉底液及其制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种鎏金持久无暇粉底液,包含以下按质量分数计算的原料组分:环五聚二甲基硅氧烷8-15%、三硅氧烷8-15%、二苯基甲硅烷氧基苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷5-10%、二氧化钛3-7%、甘油3-6%、滑石粉2-6%、聚二甲基硅氧烷3-7%、丁二醇3-10%、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯2-6%、乙醇2-6%、月桂基PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-3%、PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-3%、聚甘油-2二异硬脂酸酯0.5-2%、二硬脂二甲铵锂蒙脱石0.5-1%、乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基硅氧烷硅倍半氧烷交联聚合物1-4%、氯化钠0.5-2%、氯苯甘醚0.05-0.2%、氯氧化铋浆0.5-5%、聚二甲基硅氧烷PEG-10/15交联聚合物1-4%、氢氧化铝0.01-0.02%、对羟基苯乙酮0.2-0.5%、苯氧乙醇0.4%-0.7%、硬脂酸0.01-0.02%、EDTA二钠0.05-0.1%、生育酚0.1%-0.5%、着色剂余量0.1%-10%。
所述的鎏金持久无暇粉底液其制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
①水相:将丁二醇与对羟基苯乙酮预混,适当搅拌加热至溶解透明,再将甘油、EDTA二钠、氯苯甘醚、超纯保湿剂依次加入水相锅中,加热升温,温度控制在80-85℃溶解透明,搅拌速度控制在450-500r/min,保温15-20min;
②油相:将环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、二苯基甲硅烷氧基苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物、PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷、月桂基PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚甘油-2二异硬脂酸酯、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、膨润土加入到油相锅中,搅拌900-1000rpm/min,搅拌10-15min,再将色浆CI77891、CI77492、CI77491、CI77499依次加入油相锅中,搅拌均匀后,加热升温至80℃-82℃溶解完全;搅拌速度控制在搅拌900-1000rpm/min,保温15-20min;
③乳化:乳化前必须确保油相、水相原料分散完全,料体均一,乳化锅开启搅拌保持1800-2000rpm/min,均质2500rpm/min,将水相缓慢抽入乳化锅,抽水时间控制在10-15min左右,抽完后高速均质10-12min,搅拌2200-2500rpm/min;
④搅拌冷却至40-45℃,观察料体颜色,比对料体以及标样,逐步添加步骤②所得产物,直至料体与标样的颜色相同,之后匀速均质2.5-3min;
⑤调色完成后,加入低温相,保持中速均质2.5-3min;
⑥低速搅拌冷却至38℃以下,经检测合格后出料。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:

下面结合实施例来进一步说明本发明。
本发明的鎏金持久无暇粉底液,包含以下按质量分数计算的原料组分:环五聚二甲基硅氧烷8-15%、三硅氧烷8-15%、二苯基甲硅烷氧基苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷5-10%、二氧化钛3-7%、甘油3-6%、滑石粉2-6%、聚二甲基硅氧烷3-7%、丁二醇3-10%、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯2-6%、乙醇2-6%、月桂基PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-3%、PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-3%、聚甘油-2二异硬脂酸酯0.5-2%、二硬脂二甲铵锂蒙脱石0.5-1%、乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基硅氧烷硅倍半氧烷交联聚合物1-4%、氯化钠0.5-2%、氯苯甘醚0.05-0.2%、氯氧化铋浆0.5-5%、聚二甲基硅氧烷PEG-10/15交联聚合物1-4%、氢氧化铝0.01-0.02%、对羟基苯乙酮0.2-0.5%、苯氧乙醇0.4%-0.7%、硬脂酸0.01-0.02%、EDTA二钠0.05-0.1%、生育酚0.1%-0.5%、着色剂余量0.1%-10%。。
其中,氯苯甘醚可以抗菌消炎止痒,起到保护皮肤,缓解皮肤疼痛的作用。
环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、二苯基甲硅烷氧基苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物添加在配方中,使得产品质地轻薄柔润、易于涂抹上妆,清爽不粘腻,保持稳定的状态。
氯氧化铋浆可以提高皮肤的光泽感,瞬间自然提亮整个肌肤。
聚甘油-2二异硬脂酸酯和生育酚乙酸酯为天然植物油脂具有天然的抗氧化性,滋润性,可以减缓皮肤衰老,有效愈合皮肤伤口,维生素E帮助细胞膜抵抗自由基。
滑石粉带来丝滑般触感,使得产品上妆自然服帖。
实施例1-6的组分含量如下表所示:

其中,各组分单位为百分比,每个实施例中的配方各原料总和为100%,组分含量为-即未添加该组分。
上述实施例1-6的鎏金持久无暇粉底液均按照如下方法制备:
①水相:将丁二醇与对羟基苯乙酮预混,适当搅拌加热至溶解透明,再将水相其它原料(甘油、EDTA二钠、氯苯甘醚、超纯保湿剂)ST-ultral-moist依次加入水相锅中,加热升温,温度控制在80-85℃溶解透明,搅拌速度控制在500r/min,保温20min;
②油相:将环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、二苯基甲硅烷氧基苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物、PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷、月桂基PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚甘油-2二异硬脂酸酯、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、膨润土加入到油相锅中,搅拌900-1000rpm/min,搅拌10-15min,再将色浆CI77891、CI77492、CI77491、CI77499依次加入油相锅中,搅拌均匀后,加热升温至80℃-82℃溶解完全;搅拌速度控制在搅拌960rpm/min,保温15-20min;
③乳化:乳化前必须确保油相、水相原料分散完全,料体均一,乳化锅开启搅拌保持2000rpm/min,均质2500rpm/min,将水相缓慢抽入乳化锅,注意控制抽取速度,确保水相乳化,抽水时间控制在10-15min左右,抽完后以3000rpm高速均质12min,搅拌2500rpm/min;
④搅拌冷却至45℃,观察料体颜色,比对料体以及标样,逐步添加步骤②所得油相产物,色差显著,5-10%,差异不显著但是有色差,2-5%调色;直至料体与标样的颜色相同,之后以2000rpm匀速均质3min;
⑤调色完成后,依次加入低温相,如酒精和苯氧乙醇,以2000rpm保持中速均质3min;
⑥低速搅拌冷却至38℃以下,经检测合格后出料。

1.一种鎏金持久无暇粉底液,其特征在于,包含以下按质量分数计算的原料组分:环五聚二甲基硅氧烷8-15%、三硅氧烷8-15%、二苯基甲硅烷氧基苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷5-10%、二氧化钛3-7%、甘油3-6%、滑石粉2-6%、聚二甲基硅氧烷3-7%、丁二醇3-10%、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯2-6%、乙醇2-6%、月桂基PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-3%、PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5-3%、聚甘油-2二异硬脂酸酯0.5-2%、二硬脂二甲铵锂蒙脱石0.5-1%、乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚甲基硅氧烷硅倍半氧烷交联聚合物1-4%、氯化钠0.5-2%、氯苯甘醚0.05-0.2%、氯氧化铋浆0.5-5%、聚二甲基硅氧烷PEG-10/15交联聚合物1-4%、氢氧化铝0.01-0.02%、对羟基苯乙酮0.2-0.5%、苯氧乙醇0.4%-0.7%、硬脂酸0.01-0.02%、EDTA二钠0.05-0.1%、生育酚0.1%-0.5%、着色剂余量0.1%-10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鎏金持久无暇粉底液,其特征在于:所述着色剂余量为CI77891、CI77492、CI77499、CI77491、硬脂酰谷氨酸二钠、三乙氧基辛基硅烷、三乙氧基甲硅烷基乙基聚二甲基硅氧乙基己基聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或几种的组合。
3.一种鎏金持久无暇粉底液的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
①水相:将丁二醇与对羟基苯乙酮预混,适当搅拌加热至溶解透明,再将甘油、EDTA二钠、氯苯甘醚、超纯保湿剂依次加入水相锅中,加热升温,温度控制在80-85℃溶解透明,搅拌速度控制在450-500r/min,保温15-20min;
②油相:将环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、二苯基甲硅烷氧基苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物、PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷、月桂基PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚甘油-2二异硬脂酸酯、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、膨润土加入到油相锅中,搅拌900-1000rpm/min,搅拌10-15min,再将色浆CI77891、CI77492、CI77491、CI77499依次加入油相锅中,搅拌均匀后,加热升温至80℃-82℃溶解完全;搅拌速度控制在搅拌900-1000rpm/min,保温15-20min;
