Preferably, the screw speed of the S5 step is 300 revolutions per minute, and the pellet length is 4 mm to 6 mm.

1. A manufacturing process of a waterproof moisture-permeable fastening tape is characterized by comprising the following steps: the manufacturing process of the fastening tape comprises the following steps:
p1, selecting knitted mesh cloth as a surface layer material, and cutting the knitted mesh cloth into a proper width according to the size;
p2, spreading the knitted mesh fabric, introducing the knitted mesh fabric into a perforating machine, and drilling holes on the surface of the knitted mesh fabric to form moisture permeable holes to obtain a perforated fabric;
p3, adding the punched fabric into a film coating machine, and spraying waterproof glue solution to form a glue film coating to obtain a glue coated fabric;
p4, placing the coated fabric into ventilation equipment, introducing strong wind to the surface of the fabric, taking out the waterproof glue solution in the moisture permeable holes, and then air-drying and shaping to obtain the moisture permeable fabric;
p5, selecting nylon master batches as bottom layer materials, heating the materials in a laminating machine to be in a molten state, and performing spinning and compounding on the surface of one side of the moisture permeable fabric to form a blank belt;
p6, brushing the nylon yarns on the surface of the embryonic band into curls by a fluffer, and then carrying out sizing treatment to manufacture a rough-surface embryonic band;
p7, gluing and shaping the hook surface of the embryonic band, and then carrying out hook surface breaking treatment on the nylon monofilament on the surface of the hook surface embryonic band by a hook breaker to manufacture a hook surface embryonic band;
p8, placing the hair-surface embryonic band and the hook-surface embryonic band into a cleaning tank, and carrying out ultrasonic cleaning to obtain a cleaning embryonic band;
and P9, adding the cleaned embryonic band into a dryer, drying, and cutting on a slitting machine according to the required size to obtain the water-resistant moisture-permeable fastening tape.
2. The manufacturing process of the water-resistant moisture-permeable fastening tape according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the diameter of the moisture permeable holes in the step P2 is 1 mm to 1.5 mm, and the transverse and longitudinal arrangement intervals are 8 mm to 10 mm.
