Claims (10)
1. The composite fruit and vegetable dietary fiber meal replacement powder is characterized by being a mixture prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4-8 parts of pumpkin powder, 4-8 parts of banana powder, 0.5-1.5 parts of yam powder, 0.1-0.5 part of grapefruit peel powder, 0.2-0.8 part of corn stigma powder, 0.2-0.8 part of passion fruit peel powder, 0.04-0.08 part of citric acid, 0.005-0.03 part of xanthan gum or beta-glucan, and 0.5-1.5 parts of sugar or sugar substitute.

The composite fruit and vegetable dietary fiber meal replacement powder as claimed in claim 1, which is a mixture prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6 parts of pumpkin powder, 6 parts of banana powder, 1 part of yam powder, 0.2-0.4 part of shaddock peel powder, 0.4-0.6 part of corn stigma powder, 0.4-0.6 part of passion fruit peel powder, 0.06 part of citric acid, 0.01 part of xanthan gum and 0.1-1 part of sugar or sugar substitute.
3. The preparation method of the composite fruit and vegetable dietary fiber meal replacement powder as claimed in claim 1 or 2, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) selecting fresh pumpkin, peeling, removing seeds, slicing, blanching with boiling water, taking out, draining, drying, pulverizing, and sieving to obtain pumpkin powder;
(2) selecting fresh bananas, peeling, slicing, protecting color, blanching with boiled water, taking out, draining, drying, crushing and sieving to obtain banana powder;
(3) selecting fresh Chinese yam, cleaning, peeling, slicing, taking out and cleaning after color protection, draining after blanching with boiled water, drying, crushing and sieving to obtain Chinese yam powder;
(4) selecting fresh corn silk to remove impurities, cleaning, draining, drying, pulverizing, and sieving to obtain corn silk;
