Abstract
The disclosure relates to a device control method and apparatus. The method comprises the following steps: monitoring voice information; determining the current user identity corresponding to the current user sending the voice information according to the voice information; and determining whether a preset protection mechanism is started or not when the current user controls the equipment according to the identity of the current user. According to the technical scheme, the control efficiency of the equipment can be improved, the operation of a user can be reduced, and potential safety hazards can be reduced as much as possible.

The disclosure relates to the technical field of intelligent equipment, in particular to an equipment control method and device.
Background
At present, when equipment is controlled, control parameters are generally required to be manually input to control the equipment, if an air conditioner remote controller is manually operated to control an air conditioner, the problems of high operation difficulty, unclear font identification and the like exist in the operation mode for old people or children, high-speed cold wind or low temperature can be triggered to cause cold and even stroke of the old people or children, so that the operation efficiency is low, the operation burden of a user is increased, and even potential safety hazards exist.

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides an apparatus control method, which may be used in an apparatus control program, system or device, and an execution subject corresponding to the method may be various terminals such as a mobile phone, a tablet, a computer, and the like, or may also be a server, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes steps S101 to S103:
in step S101, voice information is monitored;
in step S102, determining a current user identity corresponding to a current user who sends the voice information according to the voice information;
in step S103, it is determined whether a preset protection mechanism is turned on when the current user controls the device according to the identity of the current user.
After the voice information is monitored, the voice information can be identified so as to confirm the current user identity of the current user sending the voice information, and then whether a preset protection mechanism is started or not when the current user controls the equipment can be determined according to the current user identity, so that the equipment control efficiency is improved, the user operation can be reduced, and the potential safety hazard can be reduced as far as possible.

When the current user identity accords with the preset identity, the fact that the current user has limited capability of using the equipment, the equipment cannot be safely used or is not suitable for using the equipment is shown, therefore, the fact that the preset protection mechanism needs to be started when the current user controls the equipment can be determined, the current user can be allowed to use the equipment, and potential safety hazards can be reduced as far as possible.

and when the preset identity is not met, determining not to start the preset protection mechanism, and allowing the current user to normally control the equipment.
When the current user does not conform to the preset identity, the preset protection mechanism is determined not to be started, and the current user is allowed to normally control the equipment, namely the current user can freely control the equipment, so that the user with unlimited identity can freely and normally use the equipment conveniently.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises:
when the preset identity is met, judging whether the equipment control parameter corresponding to the voice information exceeds the safety parameter range corresponding to the preset protection mechanism;
when the safety parameter exceeds the safety parameter range, adjusting the equipment control parameter to enable the equipment control parameter to be located in the safety parameter range;
and performing voice control on the equipment according to the adjusted equipment control parameters.
When the preset identity is met, whether the equipment control parameter in the voice message exceeds a safety parameter range corresponding to a preset protection mechanism or not is judged, if so, the safety problem of the current user is possibly influenced by the operation, therefore, the equipment control parameter can be adjusted (namely, corrected or limited), the adjusted equipment control parameter is positioned in the safety parameter range, and then the equipment is subjected to voice control by utilizing the adjusted equipment control parameter, so that the user operation is reduced, the equipment control efficiency is improved, the potential safety hazard is reduced as much as possible, and the safety problem of the current user is prevented from being influenced by adjusting the equipment by using the equipment control parameter exceeding the safety parameter range.
In one embodiment, the current user identity comprises an age and/or gender of the current user;
the safety parameter range corresponding to the preset protection mechanism comprises at least one item of information:
the method comprises the steps of presetting a control temperature range, a control humidity range, a control mode, a running time and a shutdown time.
The security parameter range corresponding to the preset protection mechanism includes, but is not limited to, the above information, and may also include preset boot time, which may vary from device to device.
The technical solution of the present invention will be further explained in detail below:
the first step is as follows: the collected voice of a large number of users is subjected to signal feature analysis, and is divided according to age dimension, and the voice feature ranges corresponding to children, adults and the elderly are obtained through pre-training.

The gender/age of the user can be judged by using a voice identification algorithm of the background system of the air conditioner, a special algorithm mechanism is provided for old people and children, and wrong setting caused by improper manual setting of the user is avoided, so that more convenient and safer experience is brought to the old people and children, and the air conditioner can be ensured to work in a relatively mild and safe mode all the time.

Corresponding to the above device control method provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, an embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a device control apparatus, as shown in fig. 3, the apparatus includes:
a monitoring module 301, configured to monitor voice information;
a first determining module 302, configured to determine, according to the voice information, a current user identity corresponding to a current user who sends the voice information;
a second determining module 303, configured to determine, according to the identity of the current user, whether a preset protection mechanism is started when the current user controls a device.
As shown in fig. 4, in one embodiment, the second determining module 303 may include:
a judging submodule 3031, configured to judge whether the current user identity meets a preset identity;
and the first determining submodule 3032 is configured to determine that the current user starts the preset protection mechanism when controlling the device, when the current user conforms to the preset identity.
In one embodiment, the second determining module comprises:
and the second determining submodule is used for determining not to start the preset protection mechanism when the preset identity is not met, and allowing the current user to normally control the equipment.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises:
the judging module is used for judging whether the equipment control parameter corresponding to the voice information exceeds the safety parameter range corresponding to the preset protection mechanism or not when the preset identity is met;
the adjusting module is used for adjusting the equipment control parameter to be within the safety parameter range after exceeding;
and the control module is used for carrying out voice control on the equipment according to the adjusted equipment control parameters.

1. An apparatus control method characterized by comprising:
monitoring voice information;
determining the current user identity corresponding to the current user sending the voice information according to the voice information;
and determining whether a preset protection mechanism is started or not when the current user controls the equipment according to the identity of the current user.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining whether the current user turns on a preset protection mechanism while controlling the device according to the current user identity comprises:
judging whether the current user identity accords with a preset identity or not;
and when the preset identity is met, determining that the current user starts the preset protection mechanism when controlling the equipment.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the determining whether the current user turns on a preset protection mechanism while controlling the device according to the current user identity comprises:
and when the preset identity is not met, determining not to start the preset protection mechanism, and allowing the current user to normally control the equipment.
4. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
when the preset identity is met, judging whether the equipment control parameter corresponding to the voice information exceeds the safety parameter range corresponding to the preset protection mechanism;
when the safety parameter exceeds the safety parameter range, adjusting the equipment control parameter to enable the equipment control parameter to be located in the safety parameter range;
and performing voice control on the equipment according to the adjusted equipment control parameters.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
the current user identity comprises an age and/or a gender of the current user;
the safety parameter range corresponding to the preset protection mechanism comprises at least one of the following items:
