Example 1
Before describing further details of embodiments of the present application, an alternative vein identification apparatus that may be used to implement the principles of the present application will be described with reference to fig. 1. In its most basic configuration, FIG. 1 is a block diagram of a vein identification device according to an embodiment of the present invention. For descriptive purposes, the architecture portrayed is only one example of a suitable environment and is not intended to suggest any limitation as to the scope of use or functionality of the application. Neither should the apparatus be interpreted as having any dependency or requirement relating to any one or combination of components illustrated in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the present application provides a vein recognition apparatus including:
and a housing 30 configured to house the plurality of light sources 10.
In an alternative, the housing may be a semi-enclosed housing, with the non-enclosed portion being used for the insertion and extension of fingers, palm and back of the hand.
The plurality of light sources can be integrated in one light source module or a plurality of light source modules; the plurality of light sources may emit infrared light; the plurality of light sources are disposed at either end of the housing.
A plurality of light sources 10 arranged to provide light in a plurality of different directions onto a target object.
In an alternative, the target object may be, but is not limited to, a finger, a palm, a back of a hand, a wrist, a toe, and other parts of the body.
The light beams in different directions are irradiated to the target object together, so that the brightness of the target object can be uniform.
For example, the plurality of light sources can be divided into two light areas, the light irradiation direction of the first light area irradiates to the fingernail of the finger, and the light irradiation direction of the second light area irradiates to the second joint of the finger, so that the uniform light irradiation of all parts of the finger is ensured.
Of course, in order to provide light in different directions, the light sources can be integrated into two light source modules, the two light source modules are arranged on the shell at different angles with the horizontal plane, and the angle between one light source module and the horizontal plane is larger than that between the other light source module and the horizontal plane.
And the identification module 40 is arranged on the shell 30 and used for acquiring the image of the target object and identifying the vein information in the image.
In an alternative, the identification module may be disposed at the other end of the housing opposite the plurality of light sources.
Vein recognition mainly uses the structure of vein blood vessels for identification. The principle of finger vein recognition is also to perform vein angiography using absorption characteristics of vein blood vessels, muscle and bone, which differ from each other with respect to infrared light of a specific wavelength. The part with vein absorbs infrared light and emits dim, and the muscle and bone parts reflect strongly, thereby realizing vein radiography. Vein veins are difficult to forge inside the human body.
Taking finger vein recognition as an example, referring to fig. 1, one end of the housing 30 carries the plurality of light sources 10, and the other end carries the recognition module 40. The casing 30 is a semi-closed structure, and the unsealed space is used for accommodating the finger to be measured. The plurality of light sources 10 provide infrared light in different directions to irradiate the finger to be measured, so that the light density irradiated on the finger is basically consistent. The recognition module 40 captures images of the fingers, extracts vein information, and performs recognition and verification.

In an alternative, the above-mentioned detection mechanism is arranged in the housing, and may be a capacitive sensor, a pressure sensor, or the like; the capacitive sensor can be arranged at the tail end of the guide mechanism or in the guide mechanism and is in communication connection with the guide mechanism; the pressure sensor may be disposed inside the guide mechanism, on an upper surface or a lower surface of the guide mechanism, for detecting a pressure change of the guide mechanism.
Taking a capacitive sensor as an example, whether the target object is placed in place is detected through the change of capacitance. If the capacitive sensor detects that the placement position of the target object is correct, a capacitance change value in a certain interval is generated, and then the controller is informed to light the plurality of light sources; if the capacitive sensor detects that the target object is placed at a deviation, the controller may be informed to emit a prompt message such as a sound and light to prompt the user to reposition.
