Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the present invention provides an embodiment of a whole-course management system based on RFID security documents.
The RFID-based security file whole-course management system comprises,
the RFID tag 1 is arranged on a file and stores file information, wherein the file information comprises a file ID, a file security deadline, authorization information and the like;
the RFID tag reading end 2 is arranged in a file storage area and a using area and periodically collects RFID tag information on files in the area;
the file transfer device 3 is used for storing the files transferred from the file storage area and the use area and reading and sending RFID label information of the transferred files in real time;
and the security management server 4 is used for receiving the RFID label information read by the RFID label reading end and the file transfer device, and dynamically monitoring and managing the stored, used and transferred file RFID labels.
Specifically, the RFID tag 1 and the RFID tag reading end 2 are not the essential point of the improvement of the present invention, and can be implemented by using the existing technology, and the detailed working principle is not described again. The RFID label reading end is an RFID label reader-writer.
The file transfer device 3 comprises a box body for accommodating files, wherein a wireless module 32, an RFID tag reading end 2 for reading stored RFID tag information of the files, and a control module 31 for controlling the wireless module 32 and the RFID tag reading end to work are arranged on the box body, wherein the wireless module 32 is used for sending the information of the RFID tag reading end 2 to the security management server 4 in real time, and the control module 31 is used for coordinating the wireless module 32 and the RFID tag reading end 2 to work. The working power supply of the file transfer device 3 is powered by a battery carried by the file transfer device. After the file is placed in the box body, the RFID tag reading end 2 periodically reads the RFID tag information on the file, and sends the read RFID tag information to the outside through the wireless module 32 in real time or periodically. The wireless module 32 and the control module 31 can be implemented by using the prior art, wherein the wireless module 32 can be a 4G module, and can also use other RFID tag information that can directly or indirectly transmit the read RFID tag information to the security management server 4; the control module 31 can be implemented by a single chip and a corresponding control circuit, which are not described in detail.
Because the files can only be in three states, the RFID confidential file whole-process management system can monitor the files in three positions in the whole process, and as long as the confidential management server 4 cannot read the file information from the RFID tag reading ends 2 in three different positions, namely, the confidential management server indicates that the files are not in the three positions, the confidential management server starts to alarm and records specific time and specific file information, thereby realizing all monitoring, improving the reliability and safety of file management and preventing the confidential files from being divulged.
In order to ensure that the file transfer device monitors transferred files, the file transfer device is also provided with a positioning module 33 which is in signal connection with the control module 31 and collects the position information of the box body in real time, the control module 31 realizes that the position information collected by the positioning module 33 is sent to the confidential management server 4 through the wireless module 32 and is matched with an electronic map in the confidential management server 4, the specific position of the transferred files can be accurately known, and the monitoring reliability is improved.
In order to ensure that the files placed in the file transfer device 3 are not obtained by unauthorized persons, the file transfer device 3 is further provided with a pre-set authorization information which is obtained from the management server 4 through the wireless module 32, the file transfer device 3 is provided with a biological characteristic collector (not shown in the drawing) which is in signal connection with the control module 31 and is used for collecting authorization to open, when the authorization information input through the biological characteristic collector is consistent with the pre-obtained authorization information, the file transfer device 3 can be opened, otherwise, corresponding files are not obtained. The biological characteristic collector comprises a fingerprint collector and the like.
In order to ensure accurate monitoring of files, a file cabinet (not shown in the attached drawings) is arranged in the file storage area A, and an RFID tag reading end is arranged at each file storage position. When the files placed at each position are fixed during placement, when the information of the files at the specific positions is lost during periodic reading of the RFID tag reading end, a prompt is sent to the server 4, the positions of the lost files are searched in the system, and an alarm is relieved until the files are found. Certainly, the files can be stored in a fixed position, but the files can be read only by the RFID tag reading end as long as the files are stored in the file cabinet, the files to be stored can be read only in the file cabinet, and when the stored files are lacked, an alarm is given or a prompt is given to personnel with corresponding management authority.
The RFID tag is attached to a file or a drawing, and the RFID tag code is associated with the file in a database by using equipment.
The file storage area such as a file room is provided with a file cabinet with an RFID reading antenna, the files are read through a pair of oppositely arranged antennas, and if the antennas are arranged left and right or front and back, the storage position can be inquired and whether the files exist or not can be inquired in real time.
When an authorized person moves a file from the storage area to the confidential file transfer device, such as in a file box, the identity of the authorized person is firstly verified, such as card swiping and biological identification, file inquiry is carried out according to authorized content, the corresponding cabinet door is automatically opened by the file cabinet after the file is selected, the cabinet door is closed after the authorized person takes out the file, and the system immediately checks to determine whether the file is taken by mistake, taken by a few or taken by many.
An authorized person needs to load a file to be moved into a file box within a set time, an RFID tag reading end is arranged in the file box, and if an RFID tag reader-writer, an antenna and a wireless signal transmission device exist, the RFID tag reader-writer in the file box immediately reads the file and transmits the read data to a security management server.
The authorized personnel move the file box to an authorized reading area, such as a reading stand of a workshop or a drawing board of a machine, the file is taken out of the file box and placed on the reading stand at set time, an RFID tag reader-writer is arranged in the reading area to read information, and read data are transmitted to the confidential management server.
The invention also provides a RFID-based confidential file management method, which comprises the following steps:
reading RFID label information on each file in a file storage area, and determining whether the file storage area has the missing file RFID label information;
when the file is absent, sequentially reading the RFID label information in the file transfer device and the RFID label information in the use area, when the file transfer device or the use area is determined to have the file RFID label information, respectively comparing the read RFID label information in the use area or the file transfer device RFID label information with the file RFID label information absent in the file storage area, completing the inventory when the file RFID label information absent in the file storage area is consistent with the file RFID label information or the file transfer device RFID label information in the use area, or else prompting the administrator.
The above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: it is to be understood that modifications may be made to the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments, and equivalents may be substituted for some of the technical features thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
