The invention relates to a flexible information display device and method of an electronic billboard, the invention provides a set of standard data acquisition interfaces and a definition standard of an electronic billboard display template, an electronic billboard template comprising a plurality of electronic billboard units is defined based on the standard, and the positions and the proportion of the units in the display template are defined; and a display data object, a data acquisition interface, a display interface and a display strategy are defined in each electronic billboard unit. When the electronic billboard is displayed, parallel display of each unit is carried out according to the display layout defined in the electronic billboard template; when the electronic billboard unit displays, the required data is automatically acquired by using the data acquisition interface, and is displayed in a corresponding form after data processing; and in the display process, screen cutting and data refreshing are carried out according to the display strategy.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of computer software and computer information visualization, in particular to a flexible information display method and device of an electronic billboard. The method can rapidly configure the content and the form of the electronic billboard so as to meet the diversified requirements of different application fields on the content and the format display of the electronic billboard.
Background
The electronic billboard is used as an important tool for lean production visual management, is widely applied to large-scale factory workshops, enables enterprise management to be more convenient and faster, and improves the labor productivity of workers. With the development of technologies such as internet of things, big data, intelligent manufacturing and the like, the electronic billboard plays an increasingly important role in realizing factory intelligent production.
At present, electronic signboards applied by enterprises in a large number have single functions, display contents and styles are determined when an electronic signboard system is deployed, and the electronic signboards are almost difficult to adjust after being deployed, namely, specified data information can only be displayed in a fixed display form, so that the flexibility is poor, and the requirement of expansion of factory workshops on electronic signboard display, such as the requirement on customizability of electronic signboard display contents, diversity of display forms and the like, cannot be met. Therefore, the electronic billboard should be more flexible to improve its usability and save cost.
The document discloses a construction and system realization of a configurable monitoring billboard in a complex product assembly workshop field monitoring technology based on a flow and a computer integrated manufacturing system, stage 7 in 2017 and p 1474-1478. However, a set of data acquisition standards and a method for defining an electronic billboard display template are lacked in the research, so that the standardization and the flexibility are poor; the parallel display of different types of data sets is realized by adopting a data set matching mode, and the parallel display can be realized by needing multiple times of adjustment, so that the practicability is poor; in addition, the problems of screen-cut display and data refreshing of the electronic billboard are not considered in the aspect of real-time data display.

Detailed Description
The invention will now be further described with reference to the following examples and drawings:

The whole electronic billboard device comprises: the electronic billboard definition module is used for defining an electronic billboard template comprising a plurality of billboard units and defining the position and the display scale of each unit in the template; the data acquisition module is used for automatically acquiring data to be displayed from an application system database; the data processing module is used for analyzing and processing data; the display module is used for displaying the data processing result according to the display interface definition of the billboard unit; the dynamic display control module is used for resetting the screen cutting interval and the refreshing interval of the billboard unit; and the data refreshing module is used for regularly carrying out screen switching and data refreshing according to the screen switching interval and the refreshing interval reset by the billboard unit. When the electronic billboard is displayed, the parallel display of the billboard units is carried out according to the display layout defined in the template, the billboard units automatically acquire data through the data acquisition interface, and the data are processed and displayed in a corresponding form according to the mapping relation of the unit display interface.

3.1) data acquisition
The flexible information display method of the electronic billboard provided by the invention provides a set of standard data acquisition interfaces, and access addresses, access authorization and query conditions are defined in each interface; the billboard unit acquires data from an application system database in a certain field through a standard data acquisition interface, and returns a data set structured according to the display data object. Taking the example of acquiring the production information data of a worker from a manufacturing enterprise production process execution system (MES system), the electronic billboard unit data acquisition interface acquires a specified production information data set of the worker from the MES system through a defined database access address, access right and query condition. The data set is a set of display data objects defined according to the template, and has a fixed and uniform structure, including information such as the job number of workers, the name, the type of the work, the actual working hours, the product name, parts, production tasks and the like.
3.2) data processing
The data processing comprises two aspects, namely on one hand, denoising processing of data, and possibly existing noise data in a data set returned by the electronic billboard unit through a standard data acquisition interface, such as redundant data, error data, default data and the like; these data will affect the normal display of the data to a different extent and require a data cleansing process.
And the other aspect is to carry out data calculation, statistics or analysis processing according to the mapping relation defined in the unit display interface. Taking the worker production information data set acquired from the MES system by using the standard data acquisition interface in the step 3.1) as an example, if the display element defining the billboard unit display interface is a pie chart and the mapping relationship is the actual work time display of various work types, the data processing needs to count the production information data set according to the work time of each worker, and calculate the total work time and the proportion of the work time of each work type in the total work time.

It should be noted that, referring to fig. 3, an electronic billboard template example defined based on the electronic billboard template definition standard, where the electronic billboard template defined in this example includes a unit one, a unit two, a unit three, and a unit four, and defines the positions and proportional sizes of four billboard units in the template; referring to fig. 4, on the basis of the example of the electronic billboard template defined in fig. 3, each unit in the template is defined hierarchically. It should be noted that the number of electronic billboard units, the positions of the units, and the proportional sizes in one electronic billboard template can be redefined or adjusted as needed.
The embodiment of the invention can be suitable for flexibly displaying factory workshop data and can be used in any occasions needing information display through the electronic billboard.
