Abstract
The invention discloses a switch side active ammeter and a circuit breaker automatic pairing method, which comprises the following steps: step S1: the coding circuit preset on the switch side generates a plurality of current codes carrying identifiable information, and the identifiable information is used for representing the corresponding circuit breaker; step S2: the ammeter side obtains each current code through a connecting wire connected with the circuit breaker; step S3: the ammeter side decodes according to each acquired current code to obtain identifiable information; step S4: the ammeter side is according to distinguishable information to the work of pairing with the circuit breaker that corresponds is accomplished to the cooperation wireless communication mode. The switch side active ammeter and circuit breaker automatic pairing method has the advantages that in the process of the cooperation interaction of the ammeter side and the switch side, the switch side serves as an active side, and identification information used for representing the corresponding circuit breaker is sent to the ammeter side through the main power circuit.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pairing of electric meters and circuit breakers, and particularly relates to a switch side active type electric meter and circuit breaker automatic pairing method.
Background
In the existing wireless intelligent electric energy meter and external circuit breaker wireless technology research, based on the Bluetooth communication technology generally, the palm machine is required to be relied on to sweep the code respectively to the electric meter and the circuit breaker and pair. In an electric meter installation site, installation and assembly are generally carried out in a non-electric environment, code scanning pairing needs to be electrified, and the site environment has difficulty. In addition, field operation personnel need to use a palm machine to scan each pairing switch and ammeter respectively for code pairing, when a plurality of ammeters and breakers exist in an electric energy meter box with multiple meter positions, wrong scanning or wrong configuration is very easy, the whole pairing process needs to be completed for a long time, later-stage asset management also needs personnel to scan codes on the field for recording, and a great deal of inconvenience needs to be further improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention overcomes the defects in the prior art, and provides an automatic pairing method for a switch side active ammeter and a breaker.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme that the automatic pairing method of the switch side active ammeter and the breaker comprises the following steps:
step S1: the coding circuit preset on the switch side generates a plurality of current codes carrying identifiable information, and the identifiable information is used for representing the corresponding circuit breaker;
step S2: the ammeter side obtains each current code through a connecting wire connected with the circuit breaker;
step S3: the ammeter side decodes according to each acquired current code to obtain identifiable information;
step S4: the ammeter side completes the pairing work with the corresponding circuit breaker according to the identifiable information and in cooperation with a wireless communication mode (or other physical communication modes).
According to the above technical solution, as a further preferable technical solution of the above technical solution, in step S1, the identifiable information adopts the MAC address of the circuit breaker (it should be noted that, in practical applications, the identifiable information in step S1 should not be understood as being limited to only the MAC address of the circuit breaker, but should be able to be adaptively extended to other feature codes or character values of the same type).
According to the above technical solution, as a more preferable technical solution of the above technical solution, in step S1, the coding circuit on the switch side is specifically implemented as: a current encoding circuit.
Wherein the current encoding circuit comprises a switch K1 and a load RL (i.e. a 1-bit stream, those skilled in the art should note that in practical application, it should not be understood as being limited to only a 1-bit stream, but should be capable of being adaptively extended to a multi-bit stream).
The load RL is implemented as one of a resistor, a capacitor, an inductor, and a constant current source (it should be noted by those skilled in the art that in practical applications, the load RL may have various specific implementations without considering material cost and implementation difficulty).
The switch side active ammeter and circuit breaker automatic pairing method has the advantages that in the process of collaborative interaction of the ammeter side and the switch side (circuit breaker side), the switch side serves as an active side, and identification information for representing a corresponding circuit breaker, such as an MAC address, is sent to the ammeter side through a main power line. When the ammeter connected with the circuit breaker in a wired mode receives the identification information, the specific identity of the circuit breaker connected/communicated with the ammeter can be identified by matching with a wireless communication mode (or other physical communication modes), and the pairing work between the ammeter and the circuit breaker can be completed.

The invention discloses a switch side active electric meter and a circuit breaker automatic pairing method, and the specific implementation mode of the invention is further described in combination with the preferred embodiment.
It is worth mentioning that the wireless intelligent electric meter, the electric meter and the electric meter side which are possibly related to the patent application are the same concept, and cannot be repeatedly explained; the wireless circuit breaker behind the table, the wireless circuit breaker, the circuit breaker side and the switch side which are possibly related to the patent application are the same concept, and repeated explanation is forbidden.

step S2: the ammeter side (which can be embodied as an ammeter and serves as a passive party of the pairing interaction process) acquires each current code through a connecting wire connected with the circuit breaker;
step S3: the ammeter side decodes according to each acquired current code to obtain identifiable information;
step S4: the ammeter side finishes the pairing work with the corresponding circuit breaker according to the identifiable information and in cooperation with a wireless communication mode (or other physical communication modes).
Further, in step S1, the recognizable information is preferably the MAC address of the circuit breaker (it should be noted that, in practical applications, the recognizable information in step S1 should not be understood as being limited to the MAC address of the circuit breaker, but should be extended to other same type of feature codes or character values.
In other words, when the electric meter on the electric meter side knows the specific identity (i.e., MAC address) of the circuit breaker currently connected/communicating with the electric meter, the circuit breaker can be locked, and pairing work is completed in the wireless communication process such as bluetooth with the circuit breaker.
Further, in step S1, the encoding circuit on the switch side may not only generate the current encoding, but also transmit information.
In this embodiment, the coding circuit on the switch side is specifically implemented as: a current encoding circuit.
Wherein the current encoding circuit comprises a switch K1 and a load RL (i.e. a 1-bit stream, those skilled in the art should note that in practical application, it should not be understood as being limited to only a 1-bit stream, but should be capable of being adaptively extended to a multi-bit stream).
The load RL is implemented as one of a resistor, a capacitor, an inductor, and a constant current source (it should be noted by those skilled in the art that in practical applications, the load RL may have various specific implementations without considering material cost and implementation difficulty).
It is worth mentioning that the invention can be compatible with various types of electric meters and circuit breakers. Therefore, the invention is not limited to one or more specific types and models of electric meters and circuit breakers, and can be applied as long as the pairing process of the method can be realized.
It should be noted that the technical features of the electric meter, the circuit breaker, the specific type of the switch K1, and the like, which are referred to in the present patent application, should be regarded as the prior art, and the specific structure, the operation principle, and the control mode and the spatial arrangement mode, which may be referred to, of the technical features should be adopted by the conventional selection in the field, and should not be regarded as the invention point of the present patent, and the present patent is not further specifically described in detail.

step S2: the ammeter side obtains each current code through a connecting wire connected with the circuit breaker;
step S3: the ammeter side decodes according to each acquired current code to obtain identifiable information;
step S4: the ammeter side is according to distinguishable information to the work of pairing with the circuit breaker that corresponds is accomplished to the cooperation wireless communication mode.
2. The switch-side active meter and circuit breaker auto-pairing method of claim 1, wherein the identifiable information is a MAC address of the circuit breaker in step S1.
3. The switch-side active electricity meter and circuit breaker automatic pairing method according to claim 1, wherein in step S1, the coding circuit on the switch side is implemented as: a current encoding circuit.
4. The switch-side active meter and circuit breaker auto-pairing method of claim 3, wherein the current encoding circuit comprises a switch K1 and a load RL in series.
5. The switch-side active meter and circuit breaker auto-pairing method of claim 4, wherein the load RL is embodied as one of a resistor, a capacitor, an inductor, and a constant current source.
