Description

Novel hydration heat measurement needle tubing
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hydration heat measurement, in particular to a novel hydration heat measurement needle tube.
Background
The needle tube is usually an elongated round tube-shaped tool with a diameter of 0.36 mm to 5.16 mm, and modern needle tubes are used in the medical field, i.e. the syringe needle used in medical treatment. In addition, there are many applications where syringes are required, such as syringe glue, syringe coating, and syringe injection. The needle tube has wide application and is a common tool for human beings. The invention provides a needle tube, in particular to a needle tube for measuring hydration heat.
The heat of hydration refers to the heat released by a substance when it hydrates. The heat of hydration is an important parameter of materials, and particularly in large-volume concrete engineering, accurate measurement and calculation of the heat of hydration of cement are important.
Hydration heat measuring instruments on the market today are various in type, and can be classified into an external stirring type hydration heat tester, an internal stirring type hydration heat tester, and a non-stirring type hydration heat tester according to the stirring manner. Among them, the external stirring type hydration heat tester has a disadvantage that it cannot measure hydration heat release quantity of the slurry at an early stage; the internal stirring type hydration heat tester has a disadvantage in that the heat generated by the internal stirring rod while stirring the slurry may cause errors in the test results. The test method of the non-stirring hydration heat tester is that the injector with solution is firstly sleeved into the test bottle, the sample to be tested in the test bottle is contacted with the needle tube, after the tester is started, the liquid is extruded out of the injector by means of extrusion, the solution is mixed with the solid, and the hydration heat is simultaneously measured. The method is simple to operate, and avoids the problems of the stirring method. However, since conventional syringe needles are typically single-bore hollow needles, insufficient dissolution of solids and liquids often occurs, which greatly affects the accuracy of hydration heat testing.
Therefore, there is a need for a new hydration heat measurement syringe that solves the above-mentioned problems of the prior art.
