本发明公开的齿轮偏心轴多缸活塞泵结构,主动齿轮和从动齿轮的多个齿轮依次啮合,齿数相同的齿轮设置有偏心轴,所有偏心轴的偏心距离相同且偏心轴和对应的偏心轴之间的相对角度相同,各偏心轴带动的连杆活塞运动方向相同。相对于一个偏心轴带动多个连杆活塞的径向活塞泵,本发明各偏心轴带动的连杆活塞运动方向相同,减小了体积,降低了材料成本;相对于曲轴带动多个连杆活塞的径向活塞泵,本发明只是简单的齿轮啮合,降低了加工的工艺要求,从而降低了生产成本。

本发明涉及径向活塞泵领域,尤其涉及一种齿轮偏心轴多缸活塞泵结构。
背景技术
在相关的现有技术中,通常采用一个偏心轴带动多个连杆活塞的径向活塞泵的结构,连杆活塞在主轴径向等角度分布,这种结构简单,但体积大,材料成本高;曲轴带动多个连杆活塞的径向活塞泵,连杆活塞可以设置在主轴径向相同方向,运动方向相同,体积小,但曲轴加工复杂,要求精度高,加工成本高。
发明内容
本发明公开的齿轮偏心轴多缸活塞泵结构,主动齿轮和从动齿轮的多个齿轮依次啮合,齿数相同的齿轮设置有偏心轴,所有偏心轴的偏心距离相同且偏心轴和对应的偏心轴之间的相对角度相同,各偏心轴带动的连杆活塞运动方向相同。
本发明中的齿轮偏心轴多缸活塞泵结构,主动齿轮转动带动从动齿轮转动,齿轮带动偏心轴连接的连杆,连杆带动活塞在活塞缸内做直线往复运动,应用到活塞液压泵,活塞气泵等设备中,体积小,结构简单、稳定可靠。
同时,相对于一个偏心轴带动多个连杆活塞的径向活塞泵,本发明各偏心轴带动的连杆活塞运动方向相同,减小了体积,降低材料成本;相对于曲轴带动多个连杆活塞的径向活塞泵,本发明降低了加工工艺要求,只是简单的齿轮啮合,降低加工成本。

如图1,如图1所示,每个齿数相同的齿轮设置一个偏心轴。
进一步地,本发明优选3缸,偏心轴3之间的相对角度120度,既3个齿轮,3个偏心轴,3个连杆,3个活塞,3个活塞缸工作,泵压效果好,效率高,成本控制好。
