Abstract
The invention discloses a waterproof soil-release processing agent for spinning, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of component A, 50-60 parts of component B, 5-10 parts of cross-linking agent, 0-1 part of glacial acetic acid and 5-15 parts of deionized water, wherein: the component A comprises 18-20 parts of perfluoroalkyl acrylic copolymer, 0.1-1 part of surfactant, 0-0.2 part of glacial acetic acid, 0.1-0.5 part of acetone and 78-80 parts of deionized water in parts by weight; the component B comprises, by weight, 23-25 parts of six-carbon fluorine alkyl acrylate, 0.1-1 part of surfactant, 1-5 parts of propanol ether or butanediol, 0-0.1 part of glacial acetic acid and 70-75 parts of deionized water. The invention solves the problem of poor waterproof and oil-proof effects of the existing fluorine-containing waterproof and easy-to-decontaminate, improves the washing resistance of the product, has no harmful substances such as PFOS, PFOA and the like in the raw materials, meets the international environmental protection requirements, and can be widely applied to various textile products.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of spinning, in particular to a waterproof soil-release processing agent for spinning.
Background
The textile is stained with stains generated by oil stains, dust and the like when in use, the phenomenon of difficult cleaning and even re-pollution is often generated during washing, the defects of the textile can be improved through easy-to-remove finishing, and the grade of the product is improved. The existing easy-to-clean agents can be roughly divided into two categories, namely hydrophilic type and waterproof type. The hydrophilic easy-to-decontaminate agent is mostly used for skin-friendly products such as towels, T-shirts, underwear and the like, and the products have the advantages of good moisture absorption, static resistance and the like. The waterproof detergent is widely used for home textiles, outdoor textiles, automotive interiors and the like, can enable textile products to have the protection effects of water resistance, oil resistance and easy detergent, and has high added value.
The existing waterproof type easy detergent products are high in price and are mostly produced by foreign companies, and the product components are octafluorocarbon resin, hexafluorocarbon resin or tetrafluorocarbon resin. The octafluorocarbons resin has good water and oil repellent properties, but the product contains harmful substances such as PFOS, PFOA and the like, and is not accepted by the international market. The four-carbon and six-carbon fluorine resin has no environmental protection doubtful consideration at present, has better easy decontamination, but has poorer water-proof and oil-proof effects, and particularly has more limitations on the use of the four-carbon fluorine resin.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the waterproof easy-decontamination processing agent for textiles aiming at the defects of the existing waterproof easy-decontamination processing agent, solves the problem of poor waterproof and oil-proof effects of the existing fluorine-containing waterproof easy-decontamination processing agent, improves the washing resistance of products, and does not contain harmful substances such as PFOS, PFOA and the like.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the waterproof soil release processing agent for the textile comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of component A, 50-60 parts of component B, 5-10 parts of cross-linking agent, 0-1 part of glacial acetic acid and 5-15 parts of deionized water, wherein:
the component A comprises 18-20 parts of perfluoroalkyl acrylic copolymer, 0.1-1 part of surfactant, 0-0.2 part of glacial acetic acid, 0.1-0.5 part of acetone and 78-80 parts of deionized water in parts by weight;
the component B comprises, by weight, 23-25 parts of six-carbon fluorine alkyl acrylate, 0.1-1 part of surfactant, 1-5 parts of propanol ether or butanediol, 0-0.1 part of glacial acetic acid and 70-75 parts of deionized water.
Further, the cross-linking agent comprises 40-50 parts by weight of polyurethane resin and 50-60 parts by weight of deionized water.
Further, the surfactant in the component A is one or more of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, dodecyl trimethyl ammonium acetate, dodecyl sodium sulfate and TX-10.
Further, the surfactant in the component B is one or more of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, dodecyl trimethyl ammonium acetate, dodecyl sodium sulfate and TX-10.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the textile waterproof soil release processing agent does not contain octafluorocarbons alkyl acrylate, does not contain PFOS, PFOA and other environmental harmful substances, wherein the component A has good soil release effect through testing, but has poor waterproof and oil-proof effects, and the component B has good soil release effect through testing, but has poor waterproof and oil-proof effects.

Other variations and modifications which may occur to those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention are intended to be included within the scope of the invention.
Example 1
A waterproof soil release processing agent for textiles comprises, by weight, 23 parts of a component A, 57 parts of a component B, 8 parts of a cross-linking agent, 0.1 part of glacial acetic acid and 14 parts of deionized water
The component A comprises, by weight, 19.5 parts of a perfluoroalkyl acrylic copolymer, 0.5 part of a surfactant, 0.1 part of glacial acetic acid, 0.3 part of acetone and 79.6 parts of deionized water; wherein the surfactant is dodecyl trimethyl ammonium acetate.
The component B comprises 24.5 parts of fluorocarbon alkyl acrylate, 0.8 part of surfactant, 4 parts of propanol ether, 0.1 part of glacial acetic acid and 70.6 parts of deionized water in parts by weight; wherein the surfactant is a mixture of sodium dodecyl sulfate and TX-10.
The crosslinking agent comprises 44 parts of polyurethane resin and 56 parts of deionized water in parts by weight.
Example 2
The water-proof soil-release processing agent for textile obtained in example 1 and the existing fluorine-containing water-proof soil-release agent AG-E100 were used for a washing resistance test, a soil release test, a water-proof test and an oil-proof test.

The test method comprises the following steps: the textile waterproof soil release processing agent obtained in example 1 and the existing fluorine-containing waterproof soil release agent AG-E100 are respectively diluted by water to obtain two agents: 1. white tatting cotton cloth is padded with the two agents (3.5 kg/cm)2) After baking and shaping, testing by using the test standard; 2. the white woven terylene cloth is respectively padded with the two medicaments (3.5 kg/cm)2) And after baking and shaping, testing by using the test standard.
The test results are shown in table 1.

As shown in Table 1, the results of the conventional fluorine waterproof detergent-susceptible AG-E100 test are as follows: 1. the initial waterproof effect is 50-70 minutes, the oil-proof effect is 1-2 grades, and the soil release effect is 3-4 grades; 2. the water-proof effect of the fifth washing is 0-50 minutes, the oil-proof effect is 0-1 grade, and the soil release effect is 3-4 grade; the test result of the waterproof soil release processing agent for textile of the invention is as follows: 1. the initial waterproof effect is 70-80 minutes, the oil-proof effect is 5-6 grades, and the soil release effect is 3-4 grades; 2. the water-proof effect of the five-time washing is 50-70 minutes, the oil-proof effect is 4-5 grades, and the soil release effect is 3-4 grades.
The results show that the invention has more excellent washing fastness, water resistance and oil resistance compared with the prior products.

the component A comprises 18-20 parts of perfluoroalkyl acrylic copolymer, 0.1-1 part of surfactant, 0-0.2 part of glacial acetic acid, 0.1-0.5 part of acetone and 78-80 parts of deionized water in parts by weight;
the component B comprises, by weight, 23-25 parts of six-carbon fluorine alkyl acrylate, 0.1-1 part of surfactant, 1-5 parts of propanol ether or butanediol, 0-0.1 part of glacial acetic acid and 70-75 parts of deionized water.
2. The waterproof soil release processing agent for textile use according to claim 1, wherein the cross-linking agent comprises 40-50 parts by weight of polyurethane resin and 50-60 parts by weight of deionized water.
3. The waterproof soil release processing agent for textile use of claim 1, wherein the surfactant in the component a is one or more of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, dodecyl trimethyl ammonium acetate, dodecyl sodium sulfate, TX-10.
4. The waterproof soil release processing agent for textile use of claim 1, wherein the surfactant in the component B is one or more of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, dodecyl trimethyl ammonium acetate, dodecyl sodium sulfate and TX-10.
