A door opening reducer of a washing machine is combined with figures 1-3 and comprises a rotating seat 2 and a rotating sleeve 1 which are spliced and matched and can rotate mutually, and the centers of the rotating seat 2 and the rotating sleeve 1 are respectively provided with a through shaft hole (1 d, 2 d) for a rotating shaft O to pass through.
Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 6, the specific insertion structure of the rotary base 2 and the rotary sleeve 1 is as follows. The rotating seat 2 is provided with an annular plug 5 towards the end of the rotating sleeve 1, an annular slot 6 is arranged in the rotating sleeve 1, the annular plug 5 is inserted into the annular slot 6, an annular slot groove 6a is formed in the outer side slot wall of the annular slot 6, a circle of annular flange 5a is arranged on the outer wall of the annular plug 5, and the annular flange 5a is embedded into the annular slot groove 6a, so that the rotating sleeve 1 is limited to be axially pulled out.
In order to facilitate the insertion of the annular plug 5, an axial slit 5c is provided in the annular plug 5, and the axial slit 5c extends to the head end surface of the annular plug 5, so that the annular plug 5 has a certain deformation capability. Referring to fig. 3 specifically, an inner seal ring 4 is arranged on the inner side of the bottom end of the annular plug 5, and an outer seal ring 3 is arranged on the outer side; two sealing rings seal the cavity between the annular plug 5 and the annular socket 6 and are filled with a damping medium, in this embodiment, silicon oil is used as the medium. Form first damping clearance between the inboard cell wall of annular slot 6 and the 5 inner walls of annular plug, form second damping clearance between the outside cell wall of annular slot 6 and the 5 outer walls of annular plug, two damping clearances owing to fill there is silicon oil for can produce certain resistance when rotating seat 2 and rotating sleeve 1 relative rotation. With reference to fig. 5, 6 and 9, the outer wall of the rotating base 2 is provided with a first positioning protrusion 2a fixed to the casing of the washing machine, the outer wall of the rotating sleeve 1 is provided with a second positioning protrusion 1a fixed to the door N of the washing machine, the outer wall of the rotating sleeve 1 is further provided with a limiting protrusion 1c, and the limiting protrusion 1c is located below the second positioning protrusion 1a and forms an included angle with the second positioning protrusion 1 a. When an operator presses the machine door N, if the operator presses the machine door N excessively, the limiting protrusion 1c is blocked on the inner wall of the machine body M, and the machine door N rotates downwards to play a limiting role.
Wherein, the outer end of the rotating seat 2 is provided with a first annular column 2b, and the outer end of the rotating sleeve 1 is provided with a second annular column 1 b. The first annular column 2b and the second annular column 1b are used for sleeving the torsion spring 7, one end of the torsion spring 7 is fixed with the machine body M, and the other end of the torsion spring 7 is fixed with the machine door N, so that elastic force is generated between the first annular column and the second annular column.
