The invention discloses a multi-channel connecting valve for a central drainage system tank body of a floating roof storage tank, which comprises branch pipes distributed in an array manner, wherein the branch pipes are directly connected through connecting nuts, one end of each branch pipe is provided with a first threaded end, the other end of each branch pipe is provided with a second threaded end, pipelines are jointly arranged in the branch pipes, branch pipelines are arranged on one side of each branch pipe, switch mounting columns are arranged on the branch pipelines, limit strips distributed in a mirror image manner are arranged on two sides of each switch mounting column, valve core mounting holes are formed in the switch mounting columns, through-stop holes communicated with the valve core mounting holes are formed in the branch pipelines, second internal threads are arranged in the branch pipelines, connecting pipes are arranged in the branch pipelines, a flux valve is arranged in each connecting pipe, an anti-slip ring is arranged on each flux valve, a connecting head is arranged on one side of the anti-slip ring, a valve core is arranged in each valve core mounting hole, a valve switch is arranged on each valve core, and a sealing cover is arranged on each first threaded end. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of oil tanks, in particular to a tank body multi-channel connecting valve of a central drainage system of a floating roof storage tank.
Background
Containers for storing crude oil or other petroleum products. For use in refineries, oil fields, oil depots and other industries, a tank farm is made up of a plurality of tanks, each tank farm typically storing an oil product, and a floating roof tank is made up of a floating roof floating on the surface of a medium and a vertical cylindrical tank wall. The floating roof rises and falls along with the increase or decrease of the storage amount of the medium in the tank, an annular sealing device is arranged between the outer edge of the floating roof and the wall of the tank, and the medium in the tank is directly covered by the inner floating roof all the time, so that the volatilization of the medium is reduced. The storage medium is mainly used for volatile oil products, such as gasoline and similar oil products. The volume of a floating roof tank is generally relatively large. The floating roof is divided into a single-disc type floating roof, a double-disc type floating roof, a floater type floating roof and the like. The existing fire-fighting device for the floating roof oil tank is complex in structure, needs to be arranged separately from a drainage pipeline, is high in cost and troublesome to install, and simultaneously causes the trouble of oil tank maintenance due to the increase of oil tank pipelines.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a multi-channel connecting valve for a tank body of a central drainage system of a floating roof storage tank, which reduces the cost of laying a foam fire-extinguishing pipeline outside the wall of the existing tank, and the foam mixed liquid passes through a floating disc submerged pipeline, so that the volatilization rate of the foam mixed liquid is reduced compared with that of the existing device when the foam mixed liquid meets high temperature, the time from the occurrence of fire to the arrival of the foam mixed liquid at a fire point is shortened, and great promotion and guarantee are brought to the safety of an oil tank and the mechanism of a fire extinguisher.

a multi-channel connecting valve for a central drainage system tank of a floating roof storage tank comprises branch pipes which are distributed in an array manner, wherein the branch pipes are directly connected through connecting nuts, one end of each branch pipe is provided with a first threaded end, the other end of each branch pipe is provided with a second threaded end, pipelines are jointly arranged in the branch pipes, branch pipes are arranged on one side of each branch pipe, switch mounting columns are arranged on the branch pipes, limit strips which are distributed in a mirror image manner are arranged on two sides of each switch mounting column, valve core mounting holes are formed in the switch mounting columns, through-stop holes communicated with the valve core mounting holes are formed in the branch pipes, second internal threads are arranged in the branch pipes, connecting pipes are arranged in the branch pipes, through valves are arranged in the connecting pipes, anti-slip rings are arranged on the through valves, connectors are arranged on one sides of the anti-slip rings, valve cores are arranged in the valve core mounting holes, valve switches are arranged on the valve cores, sealing covers are arranged on the first threaded ends, first internal threads are arranged in the sealing covers, and fixing bases which are distributed in a mirror image manner are also arranged on the branch pipes, the second thread end is connected with a drainage channel of the floating roof storage tank.
Furthermore, one end of the connecting pipe is provided with a first external thread, the other end of the connecting pipe is provided with a second external thread, and a first through hole is formed in the connecting pipe.
Furthermore, the flux valve is provided with rubber rings distributed in an array manner, a second through hole is formed in the flux valve, and the flux valve is further provided with an anti-slip ring clamping groove.
Furthermore, an annular clamping groove is formed in the anti-slip ring, a third internal thread is arranged in the anti-slip ring, and a third through hole is formed in the anti-slip ring.
Furthermore, a fourth internal thread is arranged in the connector, a connecting clamping head is further arranged on the outer side of the connector, one of the connecting clamping heads is connected with the water pump, and the other two connecting clamping heads are connected with the foaming machine.
Furthermore, the valve core is provided with a connecting square column, the lower end of the valve core is provided with a through-stop sheet, and the through-stop sheet is provided with blocking heads distributed in a mirror image manner.
Furthermore, one end of the valve switch is provided with an installing head, the other end of the valve switch is provided with a rocker arm, the lower end of the installing head is provided with a fan-shaped clamp, the fan-shaped clamp directly forms a fan-shaped groove, and the lower end of the installing head is provided with a square pin hole.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention reduces the cost of laying foam fire-extinguishing pipelines outside the existing tank wall, and the foam mixed liquid passes through the floating plate submerged pipeline;
2. the invention reduces the volatilization rate in high temperature compared with the foam volatilization rate of the prior device, and shortens the time from the occurrence of fire to the arrival of foam mixed liquid at the fire point;
3. the invention brings great promotion and guarantee for the safety of the oil tank and the fire extinguishing mechanism.

A multi-channel connecting valve for a tank body of a central drainage system of a floating roof storage tank comprises branch pipes 1 distributed in an array mode, as shown in figures 1, 2 and 3, the branch pipes 1 are directly connected through connecting nuts 11, one ends of the branch pipes 1 are provided with first threaded ends 12, the other ends of the branch pipes 1 are provided with second threaded ends 121, pipelines 122 are jointly arranged in the branch pipes 1, branch pipelines 13 are arranged on one sides of the branch pipes 1, switch mounting columns 14 are arranged on the branch pipelines 13, limiting strips 141 distributed in a mirror image mode are arranged on two sides of the switch mounting columns 14, valve core mounting holes 142 are formed in the switch mounting columns 14, through-stop holes 131 communicated with the valve core mounting holes 142 are formed in the branch pipelines 13, second internal threads 132 are formed in the branch pipelines 13, connecting pipes 15 are arranged in the connecting pipes 15, anti-slip rings 17 are arranged on the anti-slip rings 16, connectors 18 are arranged on one sides of the anti-slip rings 17, valve cores 2 are arranged in the valve core mounting holes 142, the valve core 2 is provided with a valve switch 3, the first thread end 12 is provided with a sealing cover 4, the sealing cover 4 is internally provided with a first internal thread 41, the branch pipe 1 is also provided with a fixed base 5 with mirror image distribution, and the second thread end 121 is connected with a floating roof storage tank drainage channel.
One end of the connection pipe 15 is provided with a first external thread 151, as shown in fig. 2, the other end of the connection pipe 15 is provided with a second external thread 152, and the connection pipe 15 is provided with a first through hole 153.
The flux valve 16 is provided with rubber rings 161 distributed in an array, as shown in fig. 2, a second through hole 162 is provided in the flux valve 16, and an anti-slip ring clamping groove 163 is further provided on the flux valve 16.
The anti-slip ring 17 is provided with an annular clamping groove 171, a third internal thread 173 is arranged in the anti-slip ring 17, and a third through hole 172 is further arranged in the anti-slip ring 17.
A fourth internal thread 181 is arranged in the connector 18, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a connecting chuck 182 is further arranged on the outer side of the connector 18, one of the connecting chucks 182 is connected with a water pump, and the other two connecting chucks 182 are connected with a foaming machine.
The valve core 2 is provided with a connecting square column 21, as shown in fig. 4, the lower end of the valve core 2 is provided with a through-stop sheet 22, and the through-stop sheet 22 is provided with blocking heads 23 distributed in a mirror image manner.
As shown in fig. 5, the valve switch 3 has a mounting head 31 at one end, and a rocker 32 at the other end of the valve switch 3, a sector clip 33 is provided at the lower end of the mounting head 31, the sector clip 33 directly forms a sector groove 34, and a square pin hole 35 is provided at the lower end of the mounting head 31.
When the floating roof storage tank is used for normally draining water, the valve switch 3 connected with the water pump behind the connecting clamping head 182 is opened, other valve switches 3 connected with the clamping head 182 are closed, the working state is illustrated in figures 6, 7 and 8, when the floating roof storage tank is on fire and needs to extinguish the fire, the non-return device closes the drainage channel, the valve switch 3 connected with the foaming machine behind the connecting clamping head 182 is opened, the valve switch 3 connected with the water pump behind the connecting clamping head 182 is closed, and foam enters the foam branch pipe after pressurization and then is sprayed out to extinguish the fire in a floating roof gap.
