Abstract

The invention discloses a packaging sheet set, which comprises a plurality of sheets for forming individual packages, wherein the sheets adopt a composite packaging material which is provided with a base layer, a printing layer and a waterproof layer from inside to outside, each sheet has a complete part structure of an identifiable code, and the complete identifiable code is assembled by the part structures on four sheets. The packaging sheet material group printed with the part structure of the recognizable code reduces the occupied area of the design space on the surface of the sheet material, and the complete recognizable code is formed by splicing the part structures of the recognizable code positioned on different sheet materials, so that the interest of a prize exchanging link is increased.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a set of packaging sheets, in particular for packaging liquid beverages.
Background
Liquid foods, such as milk and yoghurt, and semi-liquid foods, if juice, are usually sold in small volume consumer packaging containers. The packaging container is used to protect the food product throughout the value chain during transport and handling.
Such packaging containers are formed from a continuous web of packaging material which may be slit to form blanks or sealed longitudinally to form a tube of packaging material, and then sealed to form a shape while being filled with the contents, and finally folded into the shape of the final package at a folding station.
For liquid or semi-liquid food products, current packaging containers are made of a paper-based composite packaging material having a paper fiber core surrounded by one or more layers of barrier material, such as a polymer coating and/or a metal film, to provide a composite packaging material. The barrier material serves to protect the core material from contact with the contained product and also to protect the product from the gases and moisture surrounding the packaging container.
The existing package is usually provided with an identifiable code, and a consumer scans the identifiable code by using a mobile phone, so that the consumer can participate in the activities such as prize exchange and points set by a merchant. Typically, the identifiable code is printed completely on each individual package, and for liquid beverage packages, small volume packages are typically used, and the complete identifiable code occupies space on the surface of the product, making the design space available to the surface of the product more limited.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a packaging sheet set, and only a part of structures of an identifiable code is printed on each sheet forming an individual package.
According to one aspect of the invention, there is provided a packaging sheet set comprising a plurality of sheets for forming individual packages, the sheets being formed from a composite packaging material having, from the inside to the outside, a base layer, a printed layer and a water barrier layer, wherein each sheet has a complete part structure of an identifiable code, the complete identifiable code being assembled from the part structures of the identifiable code on four sheets.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the identifiable code portion structure is located at a bottom corner or a top corner of the plane in which the sheet is located after forming the individual packages.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the assembled complete identifiable code is unique.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the recognizable code portion structure is inkjet printed on each sheet.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the recognizable code is a two-dimensional code.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the base layer is paper-based.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the part of the structure of the recognizable code is located on the base layer and under the waterproof layer.
The packaging sheet material group provided by the invention enables the recognizable codes on the surface of the single package to reduce the occupation of the surface design space, provides richer space and flexibility for product design, and meanwhile, the recognizable codes are spliced by adopting different modes, so that the interest of a prize exchanging link is increased.

The technical means adopted by the invention to achieve the preset object are further described below by combining the drawings and the preferred embodiments of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a complete recognizable code structure formed after splicing according to the present invention. A complete and unique identifiable code is divided into an identifiable code first part 1, an identifiable code second part 2, an identifiable code third part 3 and an identifiable code fourth part 4, and the four parts which can be spliced into the complete identifiable code are respectively printed on different sheets of a packaging sheet set.
Further referring to fig. 2-3, fig. 2 is a perspective view showing that part of the structure of the recognizable code is located at the bottom corner of the rear side of the sheet formed into the single package, and fig. 3 is a perspective view showing that the single package made of four sheets respectively provided with the first recognizable code portion 1, the second recognizable code portion 2, the third recognizable code portion 3 and the fourth recognizable code portion 4 is spliced together, so that when the first recognizable code portion 1, the second recognizable code portion 2, the third recognizable code portion 3 and the fourth recognizable code portion 4 are aligned and located on the same plane (any two adjacent planes are about 180 degrees), the first recognizable code portion 1, the second recognizable code portion 2, the third recognizable code portion 3 and the fourth recognizable code portion 4 are spliced to form a complete recognizable code which can be read. As shown in fig. 1, the first recognizable code portion 1, the second recognizable code portion 2, the third recognizable code portion 3 and the fourth recognizable code portion 4 can be recognized by the reading device even though they are spaced apart from each other. Therefore, when the packages made of four sheets having the partial structure of the same recognizable code are spliced, even if a small amount of gaps exist in the middle of the partial structures of the recognizable codes on different packages when the partial structures of the recognizable codes are spliced due to factors such as the thickness of paper (for example, when the recognizable codes are two-dimensional codes, the distance between two parts of the recognizable codes does not exceed the side length of one two-dimensional code pixel grid), as long as the recognizable code first part 1, the recognizable code second part 2, the recognizable code third part 3 and the recognizable code fourth part 4 are aligned and located on the same plane, the complete recognizable code composed of the recognizable code first part 1, the recognizable code second part 2, the recognizable code third part 3 and the recognizable code fourth part 4 can be recognized by the recognition device.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of a sheet material with part of the structure of the recognizable code located at the bottom corner of the front face of the package. Each complete and unique identifiable code information and information of four partial structures forming the identifiable code are stored in a database of the server, and the jet printing equipment respectively jet prints the partial structures of the identifiable code on preset positions on the packaging sheet group. In addition, prompt information for splicing the recognizable codes can be printed on the separately packaged outer packaging box with the recognizable code part structure in a spraying mode, for example, the printing positions of the recognizable code first part 1, the recognizable code second part 2, the recognizable code third part 3 and the recognizable code fourth part 4 which can be spliced into a complete recognizable code on the sheet are prompted, and after a consumer purchases the outer packaging box, the consumer can find the packages respectively provided with the recognizable code first part 1, the recognizable code second part 2, the recognizable code third part 3 and the recognizable code fourth part 4 by referring to the prompt information on the outer packaging box, and the complete recognizable code is further spliced.

The part structure of the recognizable code can be jet-printed at the corresponding position on each sheet of the packaging sheet set according to the recognizable code part structure information and the position information stored in the server at the printing stage of the packaging sheet set production. And after the structure spray printing and the pattern printing of the part with the recognizable code are finished, compounding a waterproof layer on the outermost layer of the packaging sheet set.
The device for reading the recognizable code can be a code scanner, a mobile phone provided with a two-dimensional code scanning app and the like.
