Abstract
The invention discloses an inner wall cleaning device for a stainless steel fuel oil injection pipe, which is characterized by comprising the following components: the cleaning mechanism comprises a driving cylinder and a cleaning head arranged on a driving shaft of the driving cylinder, and the driving cylinder drives the cleaning head to clean the inner wall of the stainless steel fuel injection pipe. The invention also discloses a pipe prepared by cleaning the device and a cleaning method thereof. The invention realizes automatic inner wall cleaning of the product, reduces the quality risk of the product cleanliness and improves the quality reliability of the detected product.

Technical Field

Background
The small-caliber stainless steel fuel injection pipe is a main safety part for oil delivery and transfer between a main oil pipe of an engine and a combustion chamber, and plays a key role in controlling and monitoring the production process of the product.

Two side edges of the inclined feeding frame 110 are provided with L-shaped supporting frames 161 and 162, two ends 201 and 202 of the stainless steel fuel injection pipe 200 are placed on transverse edges 161a and 162a of the L-shaped supporting frames 161 and 162, telescopic limiting plates 163 and 164 are further mounted on vertical edges 161b and 162b of the L-shaped supporting frames 161 and 162, and the telescopic limiting plates 163 and 164 are used for limiting the tops of the two ends 201 and 202 of the stainless steel fuel injection pipe 200, so that the stainless steel fuel injection pipe 200 which is not cleaned is prevented from sliding down, and meanwhile, the stainless steel fuel injection pipe 200 is controlled to be clamped and separated in a telescopic mode.
The range of cleaning products for the present device 100 includes, but is not limited to: D8X 1, D8X 0.7 and all short tubes with ID not less than 4mm are delivered.
Because of having the above-mentioned structure, the working principle of the invention lies in:
firstly, the stainless steel fuel injection pipe 200 to be cleaned is placed on the transverse edges 161a and 162a of the L-shaped supporting frames 161 and 162 by a manual or mechanical arm, and the top parts of the two ends 201 and 202 of the stainless steel fuel injection pipe 200 are limited and clamped by the telescopic limiting plates 163 and 164, so that the stainless steel fuel injection pipe 200 which is not cleaned is prevented from sliding down.
Then the material loading position sensing device 130 senses the material loading position of the stainless steel fuel injection pipe 200, the rear driving cylinder 150 drives the cleaning head 152 to clean the inner wall of the stainless steel fuel injection pipe 200, the telescopic limiting plates 163 and 164 are separated after cleaning is completed, and the cleaned stainless steel fuel injection pipe 200 slides into the material receiving box 120 along the inclination of the inclined material loading frame 110.
Claims (7)
1. An inner wall cleaning device for a stainless steel fuel injection pipe is characterized by comprising:

The stainless steel fuel injection pipe manufactured by the inner wall cleaning device for the stainless steel fuel injection pipe as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the stainless steel fuel injection pipe is manufactured by cleaning the inner wall cleaning device for the stainless steel fuel injection pipe.
7. The method for cleaning an inner wall cleaning device for a stainless steel fuel injection pipe according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:
firstly, placing the stainless steel fuel oil injection pipe to be cleaned on the transverse edge of the L-shaped support frame by adopting a manual or mechanical arm, and carrying out limiting clamping on two ends of the stainless steel fuel oil injection pipe through the telescopic limiting plate to prevent the uncleaned stainless steel fuel oil injection pipe from sliding off;
and then the feeding position sensing device senses the feeding position of the stainless steel fuel injection pipe, the driving cylinder drives the cleaning head to clean the inner wall of the stainless steel fuel injection pipe, the telescopic limiting plate is separated after cleaning is completed, and the cleaned stainless steel fuel injection pipe slides down into the material receiving box along the inclination of the inclined material feeding frame.
