The rotary shaft 2 between the sorting turnplates 3 is provided with a cross cutter 6, the cutting edges of the cross cutter 6 are arranged along the axial direction of the rotary shaft, the whole cross cutter is of a cross star structure, and the middle position of the cross star structure is a rotary shaft through hole.

After a part of the fabric cut into strips falls down, the fabric is driven by the sorting turntable to be pulled down and gradually wound on the rotating shaft and cut off by the cross cutter 6 on the rotating shaft.
After the garbage is treated, large fabric garbage is cut up, normal transportation of the garbage is not blocked, and if more fabrics exist, the fabric garbage can be circularly treated by the equipment for many times until the fabric garbage is cut up, so that the work of the next unit can be conveniently carried out.
