A roller massage cartridge as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the driven rolling body (213) is provided with a driven shaft (212) corresponding to the driven rolling body, the driven shaft (212) penetrates through the main seat (201) and is parallel to the driving shaft (208), the driven rolling body (213) is coaxially rotated and sleeved on the driven shaft (212), two shaft ends of the driven shaft (212) are coaxially and rotatably sleeved with second rollers (215), and the second rollers (215) roll along rolling support surfaces (101a) arranged on the support (1) during massage.
11. A roller massage cartridge according to any of claims 1-10, wherein: the shapes of the bracket (1) and the guide rail component are matched with the shape of the region of the human body needing to be massaged.
